The resort is hidden inside out from the main road. Thru a rough patchy road. Only have a 7-11 and a few massage shops outside nothing much very quiet. Rooms are quite old. Breakfast was not up to standard but no choice as nothing around there. Town is far unless you have car. Swimming pool was great nice slide. Beach was awful.

Beach access wasn’t impressive. Building is a bit old compared to Radisson’s name. In Hua Hin competition is high and most other resorts offer better stay. That said, it was still well worth the $$$ in the day’s rate.

Decent stay overall
As other reviews mention the property is tired in some aspects and location isn't perfect however the rooms were good and staff were friendly.
Breakfast was excellent and the pool was a perfect temperature.
Overall be prepared to factor in travel to Hua Hin or Cam Am but from a value for money perspective there are no complaints

This hotel is great for kids with a number of special touches at breakfast and around the grounds. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas. The rooms are a bit worn but the focus on keeping the grounds and lobby at a good level has been a great decision . No beach access from the hotel grounds.

The hotel was good and reasonably priced, but Joe Kool’s Terrace felt overpriced. We found better food and value just outside the hotel for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet, though, was excellent and absolutely worth it.

Hotel was ok. Room was fine, bed comfortable. Food at hotel was poor quality and way over priced. We ate at nearby family restaurants at 1/3 the cost. Alcohol was overpriced, same family restaurants cost B60 while hotel was B199 for bottle of beer. Internet was difficult to get onto almost everywhere and dropped consistently. Staff were exceptional!

Packs of wild dogs roaming everywhere outside of the resort, some are aggressive, be prepared to defend yourself against the dogs you WILL need to. Pepper spray, Mace, at least a big stick!!! Better to stay inside resort.

This property is in a remote area the roads are terrible to get to it the lobby and the restaurant are in good condition the outside pool and all activities look like they could be fun except for everything is run down all the railings the building all needs to be remodeled or painted or stained all the rooms need to be remodeled clean all the caulking is mold the bathroom countertops or stained it needs a full remodel they're not very many people staying at this resort I'm not sure that we saw more than 10 people

I stayed for 2 nights due to plan changes. Understanding this hotel is meant for families I booked anyway since I just needed the room. The internet was horrible spotty and I ended up using my phone hot spot. They never responded to my whatapp message. The in room phone didn’t work. The hotel was totally dead maybe 30 families. Keep in mind this is a 27 story building. I’m guessing in its former Novotel years it may have been better but now it’s dated in need of some work but more importantly traffic. Without customers no money to update anything

A bit disappointing

Reception and pool area excellent. Room and WiFi not so good. Bed bullet hard, asked for a solution, they gave us a topper which did help but we both had sore backs and hips by the end of our 6 night stay. WiFi was terrible in our room, complained but nothing was done about it. Main shower head didn’t work but the smaller hand held shower head clipped into the wall was sufficient. Rooms are tired and need updating.

This hotel isn’t bad, the product is ok, but there are just no staff anywhere… can’t get service by the pool at all, the lobby restaurant/bar has one guy there and he has to go get any food ordered form another kitchen, so then it’s zero service for other guests. These are revenue generating positions so it’s just really really weird that the management doesn’t hire for these roles. Place feels like a captain-less ship, staff are all demotivated and under manned

Quiet and far from the busy city but a 20 min grab taxi ride gets you to markets and mall.

Please do not shower before breakfast

WiFi is limited on few devices only.
You want to sweat having your breakfast? Than, please choose this hotel. We prefer air-conditioned lobby and breakfast area. This property needs lots of renovation. Our bathroom had been attacked by an army of aunts. After mentioning this to reception desk it happened exactly nothing. Finally we left after two days, going back to our nice and clean home in Bangkok. We will not come back.

We stayed in a 2 twin beds room. Taking shower experience was horrible. Only a glass window partition so water gets splashes all over the place which needs be cleaned afterwards. Breakfast needs little bit more varieties. Staffs were very friendly. Near beach not in a condition to soak your feet. kids had fun. Lots of local thai restaurants are nearby including a 7-11. Hua Hin Beach is 17KM or 20 minutes if you are lucky to get a hold of a GRAB

The Hotel is really well designed and built. The rooms face the ocean, pool is great. They have a kids play area as well which is awesome.

The not so good:
-Front desk staff although very friendly, are not up to speed with most basic guest requirements. We had breakfast included and this turned out to be a debate with them. Didn’t provide an extra bed and had issues with points.
-Property needs a bit of TLC-bathroom and a few other things needed to be updated.
-Breakfast was pretty terrible. Below average food quality and poor variety.

Hotel is in disrepair, our room awaiting to be refurbished, shower falling apart, sink plug not working correctly, wait ages for lifts, Spa not operating, no upgrade offered, kids club was excellent and staff for my grandkids.
Also to far out from main centres.
I know Radission have just taken this back over, but will need looks of time and money spent on it. Not up to Thailand hotel quality

Check in normal got key cards. There was supposed to be free welcome drinks we didn’t receive anything. I should not have to beg for drinks should be there at check in like all other hotels do. Went to room and it was not the room I paid for. I paid for deluxe with 1 king bed received 2 twin beds. Called desk they
gave me attitude finally they changed room after 30 minutes. The new room shower didn’t work but was tired of complaining so used as is. There is no beach at this hotel only wall to ocean. This hotel should not be very good should be under average

This was a short getaway to the beach. I've stayed at Novotel brands before and this facility was in the worst condition I have ever witnessed of the brand. The overall hotel is dated and in many areas including the pool in disrepair with broken concrete and tile, damaged wood, an unusable mini-golf. No social distancing is being enforced in the restaurant (only 1 open currently) The beach is only for walking as it's littered with coral. The breakfast for $10 USD pp was absolutely not worth it in food or service. We were told certain facilities were closed only later to see other kids using the same facilities. Room service is slow and the food is very bland. The GM here either does not care about the property or is OK with the status quo. Regardless, I will not be coming back, and unless you are looking for just a simple room, there are better options near by.

Spacious room with practical lay out. Nice ocean view. Lots of kid friendly activities for free including inflatable slide, mini golf, playstation, indoor playground, foam pool party etc. Breakfast venue is spacious with many food to choose from.
However, as some other reviews have pointed out, room condition is a bit old, although our room is kept clean.
But my biggest disappointment and reason for a lower rating is the misleading Accor point system. Before I made my booking, I called the hotel and got confirmation that even if I book my room thru hotels.com I would still get points with my Accor membership. But when I checked in I was told I don't. Ok fine I undestand about the room. But what about all the f&b spending at the hotel? I was told at check out that to get the points I needed to show my membership on my mobile at the restaurant when order, even though I was paying everything at check out. Moreover because I didn't book the room directly with Accor, I actually was not qualified to get points even the f&b one. This business decision I just don't understand. If anything, the hotel group should be happy to get more loyal customers, not to drive them away. When customers have so many hotel choices and you choose to be this stingy about giving points especially with the covid situation, it is not sending the right message. Also at membership sign up website says the first reservation will get discount. That didn't happen either. The whole thing is misleading.

The mini golf did not exist, food in the executive lounge was not available until I complained, the roof top bar was not open during the week, 4 beer pumps in the sports bar did not work and beer had to come from another area, food was not served as one so my party was eating ar different times. The rooms had coffee makers but no pods until I complained and coffee mate for only two Cups. Large areas of the complex in very poor maintenance and the “brown deck area” by the pool was dangerous to walk on as I found out and reported to staff who placed warning cones. A bottle of wines was £88! of the 5 PS4 only 2 worked in the kids play room all of my stay.
The staff were excellent working very hard with obvious depleted resources and special mention of Bunty Mulaker (Guest Journey Manager) and the executive lounge staff who went the extra mile. The pool was excellent for kids and adults with a constant lifeguard on duty.

The hotel has a lot of entertainment activities for kids which my children loved. The room was good and all are facing the sea. Staff was friendly. Environment area is not too crowded and peaceful.

But the hotel is a little bit old and need some updated. The wifi in the room was intermittent and needed to be rebooted a few times which is annoying. The pool slides was not built correctly as it was not a smooth slide. Keep stucked in the middle. Beach not suitable for swimming. Was informed by a hotel staff that the hotel served Halal food but after checking with the F&B, it wasn't. Need the right info to be communicated to guest.

A bit distant from hua hin town. Access to the beach is poor at the hotel.

Building, woodwork and stone tiles are ageing and it shows. Bed comfort is 7/10.

The property was pretty isolated. You would need to secure a taxi to get around. The rooms were not as advertised. Very outdated. The price at the hotel restaurants were very expensive. Most of the kids activities at the resorts carried hidden cost. The pool slide had a funny smell. Not a lot of kids used the slides which speaks volume. The resort grounds were well kept and the service was good. The buffet was good. Would not revisit again.

We rented a family suite with adjacent superior room, the superior room only had 2 twin beds and not one king. The hotel had fantastic activities for the Kids and they loved it; the food at the restaurants was very good but on the pricey side especially when you can get great cheap food 200 metres from the hotel. The rooms are dated and in need of renovation. The shower head was spewing water all over, two of our bath towels had holes in them big enough to stick my finger through and toilet paper was so thin you could see through it. The rooms were pretty big and the views were excellent and clean even if they were old. Buffet breakfast was ok but not great.

Hotel itself is very good, nice clean rooms. Unfortunately during our visit the sea wall was being rebuilt meaning the pool area was very noisy with diggers, mixers, delivery trucks and rock breakers! This continues till end of May 2019 --- BE AWARE. Also the hotel is moving to encourage children and tending toward china for guests obviously an increase in noise in the grounds. Europeans are, according to the manager, no longer the target client.

Great value for money stay

Pros: staff are all polite and dedicated. well maintained hotel despite the age. many activities for children (pool foam party, mini fun fair etc). Great value for money. Great breakfast selection. Strong WiFi

Cons: should have scheduled trips of beach shuttle from night market back to hotel. No direct access to beach

Hotel staff are friendly. Suitable for family with young children. The hotel has a big swimming pool and playroom for kids. Breakfast is good. Nice seaview and sunrise from our room balcony. The only thing is the bathroom needs to be improved and cleaned up the stain in the shower area.

Nice hotel away from the busy city with great ocean view. Very good for kids. However, Should have more games for bigger kids at kids world, the arcade games are not working most of the time.
The executive lounge should have more food varieties. Doesn’t feel any special staying at the executive suite. Room was quite dusty with cob webs on the wall and floor was dusty as well.

Children bunk bed mattress is very hard not comfortable to sleep. My friends in another room got bitten by bed bugs. Restaurant staff need to improve on their English literacy, orders placed were mixed up and wrong orders are placed. Unlikely we will consider going back to this hotel.

Overall ok, would rate 6/10.

The towels in the bathroom are old and grey. I didn’t use them.

Breakfast starts 6.30am however all spread will be ready by 7am. So if you are rushing for morning departure, just grab a toast.

Nice quite location in a small village. Lots of restaurants a couple of bars and many massage rooms all within easy walking distance. Hotel runs a shuttle to Hua Hin but only from 14.00 until 20.00 but taxis are available for 300 bht.
Hotel itself was very good, a bit tired but being refurbished good value for money. We took the \"executive package\" well worth the money.
Cannot speak highly enough of the staff

Overall was good, ocean view with amazing sunrise in the morning and nice pool. Just the hotel a little bit old and need some refurbish to make it amazing again.
