Staff & surrounding people very polite, friendly

The property looks very different when you get there I would recommend only booking 1 or 2 days at first to see if you like it .
The beach is very poor condition next to condo so if it’s A beach you want not recommend.
It’s a well used condo,limited facilities excellent for peace and quiet only 2 restaurants and 1 shop close by but extremely good food and service.
The staff are very friendly and polite
This makes the stay more pleasant
Nice pool small but enjoyable.
Out of the way from the regular hustle and bustle of its night life you’re looking for it’s not the place for you .
Very clean and cleaned every day fresh towels for swimming.
I would say 2 star ⭐️⭐️ resort
There is other options for this price .
did enjoy the stay at a discounted price .

If you have transportation, the value for the money is unbeatable. Breakfasts++, Pool++ The only gripes are small: the aircon was difficult to dial in to a comfortable temperature and the shower door was sticky and did not close all the way. Small gripes - we didn't even report them I would recommend Cera to anyone visiting the Cha-am area.

Wonderful getaway

Very clean and well-kept property in a VERY quiet area. Midway between Hua Hin and Cha Am, it's a great place to get away from the crowds and noise and just relax. Staff is friendly and helpful and just a nice place to stay.

Staff were super friendly and helpful. One even gave me a phone charger adapter for the night as I broke mine. Always someone maintaining the place, super clean. Was super quiet for my visit and peaceful. Breakfast had an excellent choice! Only stayed a few days but was very relaxed. Thanks

Fantastic pool

Great Hotel, fantastic swimming pool, friendly staff.
Beds a little hard but rooms are great.
Breakfast buffet fantastic, both western and Thai, bakery on site also.
Close to local village for restaurants, shopping, and massages.

Cera what can we say clean friendly huge big bed lovely view 5th floor gardens maintained well 2 lady Gardner’s
Quiet but may struggle for beds around the pool if it got busy
Breakfast is across the road not lots of choice but something for everyone good eggs
Nothing was to much trouble would recommend 100% and cant wait to return

Everything was Meh!!

Great location, but lacks attention, maintenance, proper care. Lots of staff standing around but no one gives hoot. Typical thai style. II can't do it today, how about next month kinda attitude.

The village offers a number of good Thai restaurants to choose from and the local market is fun to visit (Wednesday and Saturday only). Phetchaburi is a bit far but worth visiting for its beautiful temples and king Rama V summer palace. Absolutely beautiful.

Arrived at the hotel and greeted with complimentary fresh drinks. Booking at reception quick and efficient. The room was large with a huge comfortable double bed. Nice swimming pool area with comfortable sun beds and parasol The beach is just 50 yards away but no beds and parasol on it.The hotel is just a short distance from a nice quiet village with sufficient choice of bars and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and comfortable the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is quite good with choices of both local and western dishes.Overall a very pleasant two weeks and would not hesitate to revisit this hotel

Booked one of the more expensive suite rooms. While it was spacious amenities not to a level you expect 200+ euro room. TV channel selection poor. Picture quality poor. Aircon not functioning and had to relocate to another room. Breakfast very poor with cold coffee and food. Standard room better although entrance is via toilet. Can't recommend unless get low enough price to justify couple of nights stay.

Nice hotel but the beach not that really nice.

Far from hua hin night market, we late check in without welcome drink. The breakfast almost everyday same. Serounding area not that happening. Need to build more hotel to attract the tourist. The hotel food dinner is expensive.Overall, ok for all.

Cozy hotel walking distance from beach

Stayed here only two nights on a quick weekend vacation. Was greeted by the very nice staff with welcome drinks. We did not have much time to spend in the hotel, but the room was nice and cozy, although the bathroom arrangement is a bit strange. The bathroom can be locked only that way that the entrance door is not accessible. Basically that's the first room we enter when we enter the room. There was some construction going on on the beach, presumably it was being filled with sand as the sea got too close to the buildings on the shore. So no info about the beach closeby. Breakfast was OK, the usual continental buffet we can see almost everywhere. There is a small parking lot ~50m from the hotel, where our car could be left for the night.

Quiet seaside village

An excellent 5 day stay.The resort is not close to Chaam or Hua Hin but is in between the two.Fantastic resort,great pool and dining.Very easy to arrange transport from BKK and also local rides.Just ask the front desk staff.
It was low season when we stayed there so the village(3 mins walk)was very quiet but most bars/cafes open .Good local food,euro food offered also.A couple of mini markets close by.
The beach was under going rehabilitation so there was a lot of heavy machinery working.This did not interfere with our stay.
Highly recommended for families or couples not wanting to party.

Vera resorts where very friendly and welcoming. The room was a great size and the breakfast was great every morning lots of variety. What really impressed me was there customer service, the manager and her team would go out of there way to answer or help with any situation. It was a great Hotel and i will definitely be stopping there again! I seriously recommend this hotel!

The Cera Theme

The Cera hotel indeed lived up to the \"Ceramics\" theme. The owner obviously takes great pride in presenting a unique motif based on the multiple uses of ceramics throughout the facilities and the grounds. It is very pleasing asthetics. The staff were very helpful in all of our experiences. We did have to request for maintenance to repair our air conditioning but thankfully the weather wasn't so bad that we couldn't survive the night. The food at the resort was a very pleasing surprise. The care that went into the preparation and presentation was excellent. Beach access was a bit understated but there were extreme conditions of high tides and rough surf that influenced that during our stay. The location is very nice as you can walk to the village and all the available establishments with ease...

A Great Get Away From It All

We booked for a 4 night relaxing stay by the beach and got just that.
We were made very welcome on arrival and shown to a great room in the smaller block above the reception area and overlooking the pool area.
I had read previous comments about walking straight into the bathroom area so did wonder what to expect. As you enter the room yes the bathroom area is to your right - a shower type curtain can be drawn across - and to your left is the wardrobe etc with s louver door in front of you leading to the spacious bedroom. Although unusual this did not cause a problem.
A large bathroom area with a huge walk in shower enclosure and most unique brightly coloured ceramic bathtub which was a lot more comfortable than it looked.
A well equipped room with the most comfortable of beds.
We used the restaurant a couple of times for dinner eating in the area set up around the pool - both the food and service were first class and we would highly recommend doing this.
Breakfast was served in a small open air restaurant behind the pool area and just across a small road. A great selection each day and again first class service.

Unpleasant stay in the superior hotel room

The hotel staffs seldom smile, I only see them smile to me at the moment when I check out. There r many insects in the hotel, mosquitoes terribly appeared in room, no toothbrushes n shower gels r provided! The bed sheets never been changed unless u request the housekeeping to do so! No hot water for shower, the water pressure is not good to give out hot water, it is inconvenient for bathing with kids!

3 days of relaxation

First trip to Thailand, what a beautiful place to stay pool is amazing and beach is only a 2 min walk. We upgraded to a suit and could not have been hapier, our son had plenty of room to walk around. Will definitely stay there again in our next trip

The place was nice looking except that it was away from the shopping and restaurants and had no beach. Sand flies were annoying. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast a little limited. Stayed at the Novotel for two nights before our stay at Cera and the room rate was less than $10 more a night. Chose the Cera based on the photos provided on the website. A little disappointed with what we got.

Modern hotel, good sized rooms

Nice modern hotel, locality is quiet but there are a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms are good size and well equipped, only slight issue is the bathroom is the first room to walk in to and there is little privacy.

We were very satisfied with this place. However, it is situated about half way between Cha-am and Hua Hin, so I would probably not stay there if I did not have a car, even though there are a number of restaurants and shops in the area. Breakfast was excellent, apart from the coffee, which was plentiful but undrinkable - no idea what it was made of ... roasted dandelion root? Very special Cera-mic furniture in the room and all over the place. There is one very quirky thing: for some reason the bathroom has no door ... instead there is a folding door between the hall/bathroom area and the main room. No idea why they chose this option rather than a bathroom door. If you stay there, you will see what I mean.... But all in all a good hotel with good service and some excellent facilities.

Very well kept hotel

Beautiful hotel, rooms are large and immaculate. The bathrooms are beautiful with an enormous double shower. The staff are so friendly and all want to please, from the cleaners to the manager, they cant do enough to make sure you have a great stay. Location is great for the village where there are bars and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel without hesitation

Service of staff similar to five star hotel

The Cera Resort was a very relaxing place to stay. Upon arriving, the staff made it very clear they were there to service our needs. The manager introduced himself, and was made available throughout our stay. This quaint hotel is a few minutes walk from a small village where you could have food, get a massage, or even have a suit made for you. The people at both the hotel and village were very warm, and friendly. If you like the idea of a clean and relaxing hotel, then this is your destination. The only negative I had was a hard bed, so if you like a stiff bed, your idea of perfect can be found at the Cera Resort.

A great place to stay and relax.

We had a great stay here and would certainly return. Everything was wonderful, as the hotel only opened this year, it is all very fresh and new. The staff go out of their way to make you feel special, it was very quiet while we stayed with only a few guests. Easy and cheap taxi service to where-ever you want to go. I would highly recommend a holiday here.

We stayed at Cera for 3 nights in October. On arriving at the hotel we had a very warm welcome from the staff and this continued throughout the stay and this is what sets the hotel apart from others.The rooms were very clean and spacious as were all the other hotel areas. Breakfast was good and the food was prepared tasty and prepared well. We had dinner once at the hotel and the quality of the food was excellent. The location was a little isolated but there were restaurants within 4-5 minute walking distance from the hotel.There is only a small beach at low tide.Would definitely recommend this hotel

Absolutely dissapointing like a sewer work station

On arrival we were given a room with 2 single rooms, we ordered a double bed.The bed was rock hard should of lsept on the floor. In the morning the toilet got blocked. It took nearly 2 hours to unblock , imagine the smell through the room, unbearable. The cleaner did not clean the room till we asked late in the evening. The next day the toilet blocked up. Oh thats not all the 3rd day the toilet blocked again and it took some 45 mins to get unblocked by which this time we made up our mind to leave the area completely. During the whole 3 days the sewage smell kept comming through the drains whilst having a shower. Wonderful trip/not, however we did get offered a new room .Wow it took 3 times to realise that the toilet needed a complete fix not the use of a plundger. My recomendations is keep away they got no idea unlike other hotels I have stayed in whilst in Thailand.

Siisti hotelli, erittäin rauhallisella sijainnilla. Mukava allas-alue. Ranta lähellä, mutta ei uimakelponen. Pitää mennä kauemmas, jos haluaa löhöillä rannalla ja uida meressä.
Hotellissa joulukuussa niin hiljaista, että buffet - aamiainen muutettiin listalta tilattavaksi, jossa siinäkin vaihtoehdot vähissä.
Noin puolen kilometrin päässä mukavia pikku ruokapaikkoja, yksi seven/eleven, pesuloita yms. eikä paljon muuta.

新しいようですので、きれいです。スタッフのサービスは良かったです
ビーチは少し遠いですが、散歩がてら行けます。（隣のホテルのビーチ？）
食事はチャイニーズNEW YEARだったのか歩いて10分ぐらいの繁華街はかなりこんでいました。
７１１は遠いですが、近場の店でビールなどは調達できます。
プールはうちの2歳児は喜んでいました。
乗馬散歩が２００Bでまあまあよかったです。
全体的には、満足でした。

最上階6階からは海が一望でき朝日を見ることができます。

2018年1月27日1泊しました。水平線あたりは曇っていてきれいな朝日を見ることはできませんでしたが、すっきりした天候ならば最高なのではないでしょうか？
またビーチまでは徒歩2～３分です。目の前って感じです。海を眺めながらタイマッサージ、足マッサージ、ネイルができます。足マッサージは1時間２００バーツでした。
プールはこじんまりしていて、え？？と目を疑いましたが、、、、でも清潔だし子供のプールもあるし、良しといった感じです。しかし海を眺めながらプールで泳ぐ環境ではありません。
部屋は白が基本で清潔感はありました。シャワーもお湯は普通に出ます。冷蔵庫のシンハービール１缶は７０バーツでした。
夜たまたまか分かりませんが、数百メートル先のホテル？？で大音量の音楽が流れていて寝る際うるさかったので★は３つです。

Chambre spacieuse , confortable, bien équipée , propreté irréprochable ,au calme tout en restant proche des restaurants et des boutiques, piscine géniale .Personnel attentif, souriant et professionnel .( faire 200 m pour accéder à une plage propre ). Petit bemol , le petit. Déjeuner n`est pas inclus...250 baths..mais il est tres correct ( thaï et continental, bon le café c`est plutôt tisane caféine, pas de l`expresso italien ) Cet hotel est a recommander .

Jag var ute efter sol och bad utan uteliv och då var vistelsen perfekt. Möjligheter till bad i havet vid hotellet var inte så bra då det inte fanns någon egentlig strand men gick man 300 meter bort fanns bättre badmöjligheter. Vid frukosten ska man säga till om vissa saker t.ex. bacon. Mycket vänlig personal.
