This was my first time in Cha Am / Hua Hin in the last 10 years. I was so impressed with Ace of Hua Hin. The property is beautiful, clean andstylish. Staff are so prompt and friendly. They have can-do attitudes and always said yes to my request no matter big or small. I highly recommend this hotel. As a person who worked in many five-star resorts and above, I will be back again next time I will stay attached the pool access room.

Was a long way from the Hua Hin center, remote so you need some transport. Excellent resort, clean , great facilities, staff, food .. pool , etc.

If you want to walk to bars , restaurants , cafes this is not for you.

Three lovely sea food restaurants walking 10 mins along the beach.

โรงแรมดีมาก ทำเลดี ติดหาด อาหารเช้าเยอะมาก เรามีลูกอายุแค่ 2 เดือนไปด้วย ที่โรงแรมมีเครื่องนึ่งขวดนม กับกะละมังอาบน้ำให้ยืม รวมถึงเตียงเด็กด้วย และยังฝากแช่นมกับไอซ์แพค ประทับใจสุดๆ แต่ทางเดินจากห้องพักไปหาดจะงงๆ นิดนึงตามดีไซน์ โดยรวมประทับใจค่ะ

The concierge and restaurant staff are all very friendly & helpful.

Hotel experienced power tripped for at least 2 hours each during heavy rain on 9 & 10 May 2023. I was told it was due to strong winds that caused the trees to damage the cables.

Great family Chinese New Year break

My family had 3 rooms and all of them were great. Check in was easy and friendly, be aware that the booking only includes breakfast for 2 adults it was £6 extra per day for breakfast for a child. The food at lunch was fine, but very expensive compared to outside restaurants - but it is a high class hotel so that is normal. Easy to get to restaurants nearby. Beach and pool fantastic, we’d be delighted to revisit... thanks all the staff for looking after us.

The hotel have lost a lot since I was there last time 2016, breakfast was not so good and food in the other restaurants was nothing special. At the pool its hard to get service and the toilets at the pool area was very dirty.

Definitely come back again next time!

Everything is amazing. All of us had a unforgettable night over here. Staffs are nice and friendly. Pools are clean and big with the view of ocean. Not to mention about how fantastic the facilities are inside the hotel. We booked a private pool two bedrooms. All the things inside the room are excellent.

A hidden gem

We enjoyed our stay very much, staffs are attentive, the place is new and clean with a view to the sea, direct access to the beach, the pool is right in front of it. We drove there as the place is off the main road.

Being Hanged up twice and food is always cold

Booked 2 superiors for 4 nights. The front desk didn't tell us our rooms at check-in. So we picked our rooms and found our names on TV swapped. I immediately informed the front desk over the phone at the 1st day but the names were still not updated in the 2nd day. I called again in the 2nd day afternoon; the staff hanged up twice when I asked her if she understood my request. It made me angry and went to the front desk to see the manager. The manager didn't immediately respond me and let me wait over 20 minutes. She was indeed standing at the other side of the front desk for the whole time. She should have come forward ASAP to deal with an upset and angry customer but she didn't. Despite her promise to update the system, the names were still shown incorrectly In the 3rd day. I needed to call in the 3rd day morning twice again and repeated the same story over the phone in order to fix the names. Front desk manner and how to address the call needs attention as well as the computer system to refresh data.

We dined in at the hotel including breakfast and X'mas dinner. The food is not warm enough as if it was left out for some time. To us, all food are cold. We did send our comment to the hotel but it was still cold. We all would rather go out for hot hot food instead.

Excellent and Beautiful - A great place to relax

I stayed here with my wife and a 3 years old daughter for 3 nights and enjoyed every moment of it. The beach is at the end of the hotel next to the swimming pool, making it convenient and accessible to either enjoy the beach/ sea or lay in the swimming pool. There is also a little hut at the beach area offering affordable massage. Breakfast was great and I love the detox juice. The bed is comfortable and most importantly, the room is clean.

The only disappointment I had was the children playroom is under renovation. A let down considering one of the reasons I booked this hotel is because it has a nice looking playroom for my little girl to enjoy. Hopefully this is resolved quickly as this is a fantastic place to be.

booking 3 rooms, when after check in, bring go to room, 2 room is ok, 1 room, key card can't use, wait till staff come and scan into the room, find this room already have someone live, \"one room double check in 2 customer\", then wait 30 min still no any feedback, till use another room telephone call to compare, then got another room key card. really not a good start and image in this hotel at first.

Nice quiet hotel right beside the beach. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful although staff at breakfast buffet needed to be reminded a few times before they would bring me my drink. Super nice sunrise can be seen at the beach. Overall highly recommended.

A true 5 star resort

Can't say enough about this hotel. Our first time to a Radisson Blu Resort and was very pleased. The staff were pleasant and very helpful, the hotel was very clean and the food at the restaurants was high quality. The best part for us was the pool access room as it is ideal for lounging and a quick dip. We will definitely be back.

Nice location and service from this new hotel where you can experience the hip layout on site or going into town for the old Hua Hin charm. The Fly Now outlet is virtually across the road if you are ready to shop :) Breakfast hot dish selection could be better but I am sure the team will slowly improve..

The hotel itself is marvelous, high class, very calm and relaxing.
The local area not so attractive.
Restaurants are more expensive than the adjacent Sheraton. Service very slow.
The best combination is: stay at Radisson, eat at Sheraton. This is what we did.

War bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Anlage.

Beim ersten Mal stand das Hotel noch unter Radisson Leitung.

Allerdings ist das Niveau unverändert und meiner Meinung nach, vor allem in Sachen Preis/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr gut.

Der Strand dieses Hotels ist jeden Tag, zu ne zwar unabhängig von Gezeiten, nutzbar und zugänglich. Das ist in vielen andern Häusern im Hua Hin ganz anders und daher besonders hervorzuheben.

Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und alles notwendige sicher vorhanden.
Ich bin jedenfalls die ganze Zeit über problemlos satt geworden.

Das Hotel bietet mehrfach täglich einen Shuttle in die Stadt. Dieser ist super, da die Stadt, der Nachtmarkt oder auch verschiedene Shoppingcentet schon weit weg sind.
Alternativ gibt es auch Apps von Fahrdienstleistern (ich habe z. B. Bolt genutzt da Grab nicht gut funktionierte), die hervorragend funktionieren.

Alles in allem würde ich das Hotel jederzeit sich noch ein drittes Mal buchen.

とても綺麗で部屋が広くサービスも行き届いていてとても良い体験ができました。
市内へのアクセスも無料のシャトルバスが出ていて良いですが、近くに買い物に行くには少し距離があり不便です。便数もたくさん出ています。
帰りは次の場所まで気を利かせていただき、ご好意で送っていただけてとても助かりました。

海までのアクセスも良いです。

Ein schönes und gepflegtes Hotel mit sehr netten Personal. Gute Parkmöglichkeiten und direkt am Strand gelegen. Einziges Manko, man sollte nicht die hinteren Zimmer in dem ersten Gebäude am parkplatz buchen, weil man sonst ein sehr weiten Weg zum Strand hat. Es gibt auch Zimmer mit einem Pool Zugang, welches man vielleicht buchen sollte, um nicht jedes Mal zum Hotel Pool laufen zu müssen. Das Buffet ist sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, am Wochenende sind allerdings sehr viele Gäste im Haus und somit auch sehr voll im Speiseraum. Das Personal war stets für uns da, dass Reinigungs Personal hat alles vernünftig aufgeräumt, es gab einige kleine Ameisen im Bad und viele Mücken, auf die man achten sollte wenn man die Fenster öffnet. Alles in allem war es trotzdem ein schönes Hotel, aber in der Umgebung gab es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, man musste schon ein Auto haben, um einiges in Huahin erledigen zu können. Am Strand gab es einige schöne Restaurants, wo man gut Fisch essen konnte.

Godt og dejligt ophold, med gode poolfaciliteter og et flot hotel. Maden var fin men ikke noget ekstraordinært. Rengøringen kunne godt have været lidt mere grundig med hylderne og udendørsområdet på værelset, men ellers var alt super!

Restaurant près de la piscine et de la plage ouvert une grande partie de la journée et de la soirée. Par contre, impossible de se baigner à la mer puisqu’il y a une pancarte d’avertissement concernant les méduses.

Cet hôtel est très beau. Les chambres sont grandes et bien aménagées. La plage est en face de la piscine avec du sable blanc. Le petit déjeuner est fantastique. Les produits proposés étaient de grande qualité avec un personnel très efficace. Le seul point faible était la salle de sport ancienne. Sinon l'hôtel est magnifique. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. Parfait pour le repos et la détente.

-ห้องในวันที่เข้าพักเป็น Deluxe ธรรมดา ได้ตึกเดียวกับ Deluxe Pool Access เลยต้องเดินไปเล่นน้ำที่สระใหญ่ ถือว่าเดินไกลไปหน่อย และสระน้ำไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไร สระอยู่ติดกับห้องอาหาร IVY ซึ่งจุดหยิบผ้าเช็ดตัวอยู่หน้าห้องอาหาร อันนี้คิดว่าไม่ค่อย ok
- ในมุมมองคิดว่าห้องอาหาร IVY ติดกับสระน้ำเกินไป เผอิญเห็นน้ำทิ้งจากอาหารสดที่วางโชว์ลูกค้าหยดลงพื้น ถึงแม้จะมีอะไรรองน้ำอยู่ แต่ก็กระเด็นมาใกล้สระมาก ซึ่งหากน้ำนั้นไหลมาลงมาที่สระมันจะไม่ดีเลย

Pent og vakkert hotell, dårlig kelner service.

Hotellet er supert og her kan du nyte late fine dager. Veldig pene og store rom. Vi bodde i rom med pool access. Renholdet var supert og frokosten var stor og hadde omtrent alt en måtte ønske seg. Det som trekker ned var at første kvelden vi ankom ville vi spise middag på takterrassen deres, vi hadde reist langt og var slitne og orket ikke inn til sentrum av Hua Hin. Vi bestilte 3 av en type rett og 1 av annen type rett. Dette presiserte vi med å peke på menyen med vise med fingrene hvor mange av den aktuelle. Kelneren kunne engelsk, men veldig begrenset. Vi gikk gjennom og han gikk gjennom på slutten en gang til for å forsikre oss at det ble rett. Nei, det ble ikke slik. Da maten ankom fikk vi motsatt. 3 av den vi bestilte 1 av og 1 av den vi bestilte 3 av. Det tok også over 1t20min før vi fikk siste rett. Vi var de eneste gjestene som spiste der den kvelden. Når vi sendte tilbake en rett og sa det var feil, vi andre godtok feil rett fordi vi var sultne, tok det ytterligere 30 min å få riktig rett. Vi bestilte en Cola som det tok 25 min å få og måtte gi beskjeden 2 ganger. Når vi fikk regningen måtte vi betale for retten vi sendte tilbake fordi kelneren nektet for at det ble feil eller at han skrev feil på ordren. Når vi snakket med natt manageren kom vi ingen vei. De nektet plent for at kelneren hadde gjort feil og at det tok 25 min for å få en brus. Vi presiserte at det pengene det koster betyr ikke noe, det er prinsippet i saken. Vi spiste eller drakk ikke igjen her.

A nice and relaxing resort

I enjoy staying in the hotel, we have a room and can reach the swimming pool. Just open the door and jump into the pool. Place is quiet and pizza us good at Ivy restaurant. Though its far from town and night market we can xall grab car easily, but the name of the hotel in google map is still Radisson Blu. But the beach is not so good as we could see dead fish and rubbish in the sea and nobody tidy them up.
