My husband and I returned for the 2nd time to Haven. The resort is beautifully kept and very clean. The views are amazing and the vibes are unmatched. All staff go out of their way to make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

The entertainment team is phenomenal and really encourages everyone to participate and have a good time. They're so funny and kind to everyone. We exchanged socials and I feel I've gained new friends. Huge shout out to Joey, Yale, Charlie, Kevin and Johnny!

The lobby bartenders make amazing drinks and keep the conversations going. They're so kind and funny. Huge shout out to Adrian, Aaron, and Ulises (not 100% sure how to spell his name but he has glasses and dimples!)

Paty at Moons did a great job of keeping everyone \"hydrated\" and happy.

The staff at all the restaurants are very friendly and welcoming. The food is actually pretty good. Our favorite was Agua Bendita for sure but the tacos and treats at the Flavours buffet was a daily go to for us. Some days they had a taco/hamburger/ hotdog stand outside by the pool as well that was really good.

The only complaint we have is with the A/C in the lobby area. There definitely needs to be an enclosed space for air to stay cool for the staff and guests to stay comfortable.

We also feel there should be more snack options accessible through out the day especially by the pool. Who doesn't love Guac and chips with a mango tango.

We can't wait to return to Haven!

The upgrade to Serenity club is truly the game changer for this resort. Two breakfast restaurants just for club (plus buffet for all), separate club beach and pool with club lunch snacks, club lunch restaurant and a dinner show for club only. Plus club check in, club bar and club lounge along with club butler. If you don’t do club level here you can still have a fine experience but almost half the resort will be off limits. In addition we splurged for an ocean front swim out suite and it was worth every penny! This is the best bang for your buck resort for AO AI in Mexico hands down. Excellent food, service and pools. Loved it!😍

Very nice property but a little bit of walking but nothing to far and got lifts up to upper level and restaurant coffee shop was nice to sit and have a hot drink the entertainment team were very friendly and sit and chat with you in fact all the staff were very nice.food was good always found something to eat and they always asked if there were any allergies in the group which there is.if you wanted to know if something had the ingredient in you was allergic to they would go ask and find out for you.

We did a 5 day girls trip and opted for the upgrade to Serenity Club. The upgrade was totally worth the extra money, so if you are waffling, go ahead and indulge. The room with swim-out pool was fantastic. Our Butler, Gabriel made sure we had everything we needed, including cream delivered to the room for my sister-in-law's coffee every morning.
The cons: the food. We tried 4 of the restaurants and did room service one evening. Only 1 of the restaurants made us happy and that was the Mediterranean restaurant. We are not picky eaters, we just enjoy really good food and most was blah. The breakfast buffet was always very good, so we started everyday with a good meal.
The pros of the resort outweigh the cons and I will book this resort again with no hesitation. Excellent vacation!

My husband and I traveled for the first time ever and stayed here and it was absolutely perfect. We had the most amazing experience, there’s so much to do and everyone is so friendly and accommodating. We didn’t leave the resort at all, we were able to take advantage of everything provided there. We had the all inclusive package and it made everything so easy, didn’t have to worry about anything. All the staff checked on us and made sure to be nearby in case we needed anything(not hovering) very quick service. The food was divine, we went to the Steakhouse and Satsu-Asian fusion and it was the best food we ever had. The coffee and drinks provided all Betty refreshing. I’m absolutely recommending this resort to everyone. There was sargassum on the beach but honestly it didn’t bother us one bit, we spent our time in the pools where there was a swim up bar and activities were held like volleyball, water aerobics, water polo and everyone was invited. The music played was also great, setting the vibes. I have zero complaints. Can’t wait to go back !!

Haven Riviera Cancún is my favorite place to vacation. We’ve been to this property four times and twice with friends. I look forward to seeing the staff on each return visit.
The Serenity Club is a must! You are well taken care of as if you’re family. I love that about Haven. The restaurants are ALL excellent and the bars and entertainment keep you wanting more. We never leave the property!
We will always be returning home to Haven.

We had a great stay at this hotel. I'll give 3 pros and 3 cons
Pros:
- the staff is excellent, truly a pampering experience
- the property was well maintained. Staff were constantly cleaning and making sure the place was up to a high standard
- the pools were excellent. Some of my favorite pools I've ever been to especially if you booked serenity club
Con:
- I'd say 75% of the food was excellent with a few not so good dishes. The Mexican restaurant and Mexican dishes were by far the best which should be obvious.
- the newest building was obviously rushed. The paint job and tile work on the exterior is noticably worse than the rest of the property, however the rooms in these buildings were excellent and did not have those issues.
- both gyms are pretty bad, if you don't workout on vacation then this doesn't matter but it felt like they just bought random used equipment and threw them in a room with no thought. There was no cable tower which I thought was odd.
The cons are kinda nit picks but worth mentioning. I would be open to staying here again

I stayed at Haven Riviera Cancun and honestly had an amazing experience. The resort is beautiful, modern, and super clean from the rooms to the pools and restaurants. The staff made the trip even better everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help.
The food was surprisingly good for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety every day, and the drinks were top tier. The pools were definitely one of the highlights: relaxing during the day but still fun and lively when you wanted some energy. The atmosphere was perfect for couples or anyone looking for a more relaxing adults-only getaway.
The beach had some seaweed at times, which is common in Cancun, but the resort staff worked hard to keep it clean. Overall, the service, views, entertainment, and overall vibe made this one of the best resorts I’ve stayed at. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury all-inclusive experience in Cancun.

Staff was amazing. The facilities are great. Well maintained and clean. The size of the room was fantastic. May need a de-humidifier to help the rooms to not be so damp. This is our 10th trip to Cancun, first time at Haven. The pool are fantastic — 3 sections to choose from with ample space, seating, and sun exposure as well as seating on the beach. The only reasons we have it an overall 4 stars is because: the food in the buffet was lacking flavor, the menu at the pools - very limited, the Italian restaurant had a great view, but was lacking (esp the desserts, which seem to come from the buffet). Also, at the Italian restaurant - The lettuce at the salad bar was wilted and not cold. We didn’t see all the talent, the magician was lacking but the acrobats were great and the lobby band was great (singing Eagles, Kings of Leon, etc). Be warned that the ocean is full of seaweed and much of that seaweed has accumulated on the beach and smells awful. We love walking on the beach, but we really couldn’t do that here. Nobody really sat at the beach or got in the water. I wish they would offer more fitness classes —like yoga later in the day. I don’t want to wake up before 8 AM while I’m on vacation. I question whether or not all of the water was filtered. We brushed our teeth with the water in our room, but did not swallow. Both my husband and I got upset stomachs. I wonder if they use filtered water to cook, clean plates, cups, and flatware. Great value for the cost. .

Very nice hotel. Me and my wife enjoyed our time here. It was be a perfect score if it weren’t for a few things.

First, the positives, Colunga and Carlos = GREAT bartenders. They took real good care of me and my pregnant wife, making me alcoholic beverages and her mocktails.

The room service was great too. Seemed like they were making their rounds more than a few times a day which was nice.

The entertainment team (JOEY!) was great as well! Always trying to keep the pool people entertained.

The only big negative was the food. It wasn’t horrible. But it wasn’t wow either. After speaking with a few other people at the hotel, it seemed like a lot of us agreed.

We loved our ocean front swim out room. Very friendly staff and good food, thank you to our excellent butler Candido. We also took advantage of the spa and that was amazing too. We liked the choice of pools and spent time mostly in the main pool where they had music and activities. Only a few cons: the buffet food was not good but there were enough other restaurants. The property/rooms need some maintenance, there were rust stains on floor/corners and a strong smell of mold when walking through the halls. Also we were disappointed we couldn't swim in the ocean as seaweed is heavy right now.

All the pools were excellent. Even during their busy days they were never crowded. There might have been the occasional day it's a little harder to find a chair but there's 4 pools if you're in the Serenity Club otherwise there's two pools you can use). The round pool is to the left of the big round tower you can see at a distance.

The rooms were all very clean and the bed was comfortable along with the fluffy pillows.

Staff were all excellent except for one older shorter guy that worked at breakfast on the Serenity restaurant. He was not friendly, wouldn't bring food we ordered and was a little impatient at times.

A resort is only as good as its team, and the staff at Haven are world-class. Our experience was shaped by several outstanding individuals who deserve the highest praise:

The Energy: Yale and Johnny from the activities team are absolute stars. They have a rare gift for turning organized games into organic community, bringing newlyweds and seasoned travelers together effortlessly.

The Service: Emeli at the front desk ensured our check-in and check out (from the final bill) was seamless. At the pool, Israel provided impeccable assistance, while Earmesto and my friend Colunga kept the spirits high with the best poolside service in Cancun.

The Artisans: Sandra made our mornings bright at the buffet, and Jorge is a master cocktail mixologist (chef’s kiss!) who truly knows his craft.
A World-Class Atmosphere
The vibe at the main pool is simply unmatched. Every afternoon, the resort comes alive with high-caliber live music. From soulful singers and skilled guitarists to mesmerizing electric violinists, the soundtrack to your vacation is constantly evolving. The highs:
- beautiful resort, mature greenery, large circular pool is amazing - serene vibes
- serenity check-in and lounge were nice upgrade as well as the serenity access to more restaurants and pool/gym
- staff were friendly. Butler Denisee was delightful and helpful everyday
- sunsets from outdoor lounge
- specialty drinks at the mixology corner 14/50 were the best and Mariana was a skilled mixologist
- rooms were well appointed and spacious; large decks; comfy beds; good a/c and fan
- the beach hammocks

Lows:
- food was average at best; Olios was our favorite spot and the higher quality offering. We had higher expectations so we would give resort food a 3 out 5 overall
- if you are unlucky to be in building number 1, then you have the construction of a large new hotel right next door. At first we had a room here but as soon as we arrived there was construction noise and the staff quickly arranged to have us moved to another building - at our request. Also, a tractor goes by once daily to remove some of the beach sargassum but for some reason never did so in front of building 1 so the outlook is not as ideal or as advertised.

Pools were clean, rooms were immaculate and staff were so friendly! Only downside was fhe seaweed prevented us from swimming in the ocean!

My wife and I had a wonderful time during our stay here. The food and all the amenities are great and the staff is exceptional. I really want to thank Blanca, Canuich, Moises, and Antonio for their superb service at the pool and I also really want to thank Arturo for his wonderful table service he provided to us at the Flavours Marketplace

It would be nice if the pool chairs were monitored so guests don’t go and reserve them with their towels and then not use them all day. Staff should remove articles reserving lounges after an hour of inactivity. I was only there 4 days and we were able to get lounge chairs around the pool only one day while 3/4 of them remained empty with a book on them or hair clip.

Balcony privacy questionable due to glass reflections, refrigerator beverages out of code date, pool loungers broken and not plentiful, pool side loungers getting worn out cushions, room chairs need felt pads so they slide on tile floors - neighbor noise all night
Staff is great, food good and fresh, live bands have been added to night entertainment, no safety issues, aqua spa a plus

The hotel is relatively new and very nice and modern. Multiple Restaurants on the Resort but they make it hard to make reservations. I arrived at 12 but couldn’t get a room number till 3 pm check in time and when I tried to reserve was told no availability due to reaching maximum number per day. Buffet is always available but the food seemed not fresh at all times and keep warming and serving the same food left overs from other restaurants or the days before. Not much meat or other animal sources protein available. I have been traveling to Cancun for years and even though the Hotel itself was probably one of the best but food quality and access not at 5 starts level and that is a shame.

We had a great 4 night trip to Haven for my Birthday. We upgraded to the Serenity Club Ocean Front and this was so worth it! The views were beautiful and we liked the patio and hot tub. The added amenities and upgraded service for the Serenity Club was well worth it. Our Butler, Gaby, took care of all of our dinner and spa reservations, and left a special birthday surprise in our room. We really enjoyed the Vistas and Tahani restaurants for breakfast. We spent time at all 3 pools and each had a unique vibe. The only thing we weren’t impressed with was the wines on the inclusive menu and the food at Olios and Agua Benito. My husband ordered a steak off the upgraded menu and was underwhelmed. We did find that the bars did have premium liquors like Tito’s, Jack Daniels, and Jose Cuervo, you just have to ask for them by name. The staff were all fantastic and so accommodating. A note about Gluten Free options. I found that menus were all clearly marked and that the chefs would accommodate where they could. They also explained what features of the dish had gluten so you could make an informed decision to your own tolerance I.e cross contamination from fryers etc . Vistas made me a GF avocado toast that was excellent! Every single thing was sparkling clean!

First time at Haven and we really liked it. Staff are great, very nice pools and food at all of the restaurants was very good. Nothing negative at all. We were not serenity club members and did not feel like we missed out on anything.
