The hotel is off center thus will cost you approximate 400-500 bath each way. Even the hotel provide free shuttle to town but there are only 3 times a day. The room is dirty when checked in with item from previous guest left in the fridge. The room is nice but only in clean condition on the last day after my checked-in review is posted and the management read it. My recommendation is rather be consistent than reactive to guest's review. The nearby beach is not good for swimming. Lack of English seem to be the communication with staff. There seem to be only one front desk staff at the time who can serve you in English as the result the other seem to try to avoid you as much as they can. Facilities seem to be very limited, for example, only 1 toilet roll is provided for the room of 3 people per day, tissue box are not refilled, my son had sprained wrist and asked for an ice bag ended up to pay 70 baths for the bucket of ice. The hotplate provided in the room photo are non-functional and we were told that it is for decoration only. Overall unless the housekeeping standard is improving together with the quality of the facilities I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is quite old. The hot water for shower is not consistence, getting cold and hot when taking shower. And my rooms shower part door is not fit and always make annoying sounds if we didn’t close very very slowly.

1. Operator called to my room at 1 am while we were deep sleep asking that whether I turned on TV because it interrupted the room next to me. Actually, all of my family went to bed at 10 pm, but she still asked my kids room.

I thought hotel man has to come to investigate the TV noise in front of each neighbor room door instead of calling to every room. After ten minutes, I called back to operator telling her that it was not polite to wake up guests like this because I took one more hour trying to sleep again.

2. The cleaning crew came to clean my room at 6:00 pm while I have kept calling operator to clean 3 times.

Friendly staff with service minds. Maybe they are the best part of the hotel. The room (deluxe) is a bit older than expected but spacious. Breakfast was not included which was disappointing due to the high room rate.

An average stay

It was a very mediocre stay. The staff were very friendly but the general manager wasn't. A very money conscious hotel. The pictures look good on the website but the room was so so. A 3 star at max. Was not worth what we paid for Thailand standards. The pool also wasn't that great. A bit dirty on the sides. I would pay a bit more and get much more comfort and luxury. There are plenty hotels nearby that offer better value.

Hotel staff etc all were excellent with warm welcoming. Service from one hotel to another was very good. The only draw back was no mirrors in the bedroom only in washroom.

It's okay, could be better.

The place is great when traveling in a large group. It's not the most romantic place if you travel by yourself.

Website has spelling and grammatical errors. Emailed them a fix, I hope for their success but I also feel it's a miss and there are potentially better places for less.

Stay here! but go somewhere else for dinner.

We absolutely loved our stay at Mida de Sea Hua Hin. It was a very nice experience. We got the Pool Access with 2 bedrooms. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms were nice. So were the bedrooms. The swimming pool was really big and it was right off our doors. We could have a beautiful view of the pool from both the living room and the main bedroom, which was really nice.

The only thing we didn't really like about the hotel was the food. It was rather pricey, the service was a little slow and the food was not very tasty. The portion was also quite small. The breakfast was better though. Even though we are vegetarian and couldn't eat much, we could request special meals and they were happy to prepare them for us. So we're satisfied. I'd recommend you enjoy your stay here but eat elsewhere for dinner.

The resort is nice with helpful staffs. Cleanliness is not good enough. We found that the table and floor are still dirty after clean up. 3 shuttle bus per day is not enough.

Nice hotel. Near the beach

Whilst the hotel isn't at the beach, our room did have a sea view.
The hotel provided an on-demand golf buggy transfer to the beach which took about a minute and picked us up when we wanted to come back (so you either need to arrange a time or phone reception for the return journey if you don't want to walk the five minutes back).
Modern spacious room with bath and shower.
Decent sized balcony (if you have a second floor room, you get direct access to the pool.
Pretty good buffet breakfast in the morning.
Quiet location.

The room is relatively large compared to normal standard room. Its service is fairly good and gentle services. Facilities provided are somehow limited to swimming pool and fitness. Its location is really excellent with approx. 10 mins driving to Hua Hin but is badly that has no direct walking path towards the beach

The description said about the sauna, steam room, health club, etc. but there is no explanation from the front desk. They also said about rainfall shower (that out of order), hair dryer (that disappear from my room), self parking (with limited parking lot and if you comeback after 9 pm, no parking lot available at all), free wifi (without signal in the room), and I tried to ignored the fact that I booked double bed rather than what I got - 2 single beds. Btw, the room is huge with furnished furniture. The security at the parking lot is so nice and willing to help you to find a parking space.

Bassenget på rommet, ble ikke vasket under oppholdet, og fikk inntrykk av at renseanlegget ikke fungerte optimalt. Da vannet ble fort grumsete....
Rommet ble ryddet men ikke vasket under oppholdet, flekker og smuler som lå der når vi kom var der når vi dro.
Men veldig hyggelig personale.
Frokosten var litt kjedelig.

Lækkert hotel, men med meget skygge

Utrolig lækkert hotel med dejlig ren pool. Værelserne er virkelig lækre.
Det er dog et stort minus, at der ikke er sol nogen steder i poolen efter kl. 13. der er ej heller en solstol eller en lille plads i solen efter kl 13.

Great location between Cha-Am and Hua Hin. Especially weekdays not to crowded and overall few western tourists. Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
Unfortunally hotel is close to be up to a refurbishment. E.g. shower head loose, furniture partially run-down.
Nonetheless, overall it‘s an absolute recommendation if you‘re looking for a nice and calm retreat close to the beach.

พนักงานอัธยาศัยดี แต่สภาพห้องพักไม่ได้รับการดูแลเท่าที่ควร มีรอยแตกที่ผนัง และสีกะเทาะ รอยโคมไฟเดิมที่เพดาน เป็นต้น โซฟาเก่าและฟองน้ำเริ่มเสื่อม ตู้มีกลิ่นอับ แปลกใจว่ามี pantry ซึ่งมีเตาไฟฟ้าและที่ดูดควัน แต่ไม่มีจานชามช้อนส้อม (มีแค่แก้วกาแฟและข้อนกาแฟ) มีช่องไมโครเวฟเปล่าที่ไม่มีไมโครเวฟ อาหารเช้าดีพอใช้ การcheck out. ใช้เวลาตรวจสอบห้องนานมาก

อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อยไปนิดค่ะ อย่างอาหารที่เป็นกับข้าวจะมีแค่ 2-3 อย่างเอง อาจจะไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุบางท่านที่ต้องควบคุมประเภทของอาหาร เช่น ไก่ หน่อไม้ ที่เหลือก็จะเป็นพวกขนมปัง ปาท่องโก๋ ไข่ดาว แฮม แต่โดยรวมถ้าเป็นคนที่ไม่จำกัดประเภทอาหาร ก็ถือว่าพอใช้ได้ค่ะ

Vi havde en rigtig god og fantastisk ferie. Hele vores familie var med , så vi var i alt 15 personer og var.tilfredse alle. Vi manglede nok at der var lidt mere faciliteter omkring massage , noget med neglemanikure , ansigts makeup, og noget for børn så som spille rum ,legerum. ellers var vi meget tilfreds
