Perfect property for my husband and me to explore world expo Osaka 2025. Everything about it was friendly and perfect. But it isn’t a busy area with shopping. There are two different nearby subway lines so you can get into the busy downtown, but the ride is a little on the long side.

Great hotel, the only regret is that we just stayed one night.

The room was spacious and very clean.

Free shuttle services to Osaka Station and Universal Studios help a lot to move around as the hotel is a bit far from the city center and the park.

And the buffet breakfast was superb! Plenty of food options and chef making your own homelete to your like.

Great hotel, 100% recommended!

The free shuttle service to USJ worked perfect. It had 2 different drop off times & 3 different pickup times. Highly recommend staying here. Friendly staff, located by a shopping mall.

Nice hotel in a remote industrial district

Decent hotel with the largest rooms I've seen in Japan. Convenient to the expo and has a shuttle to Universal, but the area it's in is very industrial. There is very little you can walk to - convenience stores which are everywhere in Japan are still about a 15 minute walk away. Couldn't control the room temperature, it was controlled for the entire building. Clean and comfortable, but wouldn't stay again due to remote location and lack of room temperature control.

Room was very spacious and comfortable to sleep in, and also had a nice shower setup. It’s far from the tourist areas which make it quiet and peaceful and the fact that it provides transportation to Universal is very convenient. Would stay there again!!

Very nice hotel easy to get to Subway by sky bridge at the ATC building. If you're going for the world's Fair is very convenient just a few stops on the subway away. Food options are somewhat limited in the area although you can go to the ATC building and they have a number of places to eat or take the subway we found all sorts of interesting places to go to. The hotel itself is an excellent condition the neighborhood is a little dead at night not much going on but I definitely safe.

The property itself is really nice, with a good breakfast buffet. You can also go next door to the prince hotel and enjoy some restaurants there, they do have a shuttle bus to USJ which is really amazing as well! Only down side is it’s quite far from Osaka city center but amazing if you want to stay away from the crowds!

This was a beautiful hotel. We had made other arrangements & they fell through. I was able to book this hotel last minute for all 7 of us and the price was great.
We were treated very kindly and courteously from the time we arrived at the hotel. The rooms were very nice, spacious and the showers were amazing. We would definitely stay here again. It was right next to a train station which had restaurants and some shops.

Lovely experience with Quintessa hotel Osaka Bay. The size of the room greatly surpassed expectations, it was more like a large apartment/suite. Room was immaculately clean. The hotel staff were so kind and helpful too. Front desk and also cleaners, were so thoughtful. The views are spectacular, but I have to say the place is a bit remote. There are some nice restaurants and a mall called ATC about 5 minutes walk away. If you want a nice place to relax and don't mind walking to the subway etc, this place is perfect for you. The area is newly developed and the room/hotel is like new. We enjoyed our stay and would happily come again!

First thing I notice is that nearly no one here hardly speaks any English. Check in was done with minimal talking and when I finally ask about the shuttle bus service that was mentioned in their website, the other guy at the reception simply answered “no shuttle bus service whole day sorry”. I was quite surprised they did not offer any alternatives or suggestions. As I entered my room, is was really warm at 26C, but there was no way to turn off the heater. There’s also no bottled water offered in the room and seems there’s no water machine on the room floor too. Considering how remote this hotel is, you should bring your own water. Overall experience is poor, the staff is very rude to non-local and some even turned away when you want to approach them.

Parking on site is NOT free, you can park at another hotel for free-however I am pregnant and couldn’t be without our car. The free shuttle stopped at other hotels, and so you only showed up barely at the opening of Universal. You had to walk at least a mile uphill to get the park from where the shuttle dropped you off. Every time the shuttle stopped at a red light, he would play on his phone. Otherwise it was a great hotel.

The room was very spacious, there is a sofa and also a queen size bed, the shower room and toilet were very clean. The shampoo and conditioner provided was very good one! The buffet breakfast was good! Is close the exhibition hall and I highly recommended if you need to visit those halls because is just opposite to the hotel!
