The rooms are well cleaned..We were given 2 bottles of water each day. Slippers, bathrobes, coffee, tea. O love that there was a weighing scale in the room. The staff was super courteous and friendly.
The breakfast was superb with lots of hot and cold meal choices.
As a suggestion, please make a business center where guests can use a computer and print their boarding passes and other travel documents.

Newer hotel, maybe ten years old, in an office complex near the convention center and a MRT station. Has a small exercise room and laundry in the top floor. No pool though. Good breakfast. Nice park across the road for a morning walk or run.

The only thing to point out - it is convenient only for those who are looking to explore places along the MRT blue line. If you’re looking to go to the touristy places like Siam / Chidlom then it will take more time with changing of trains

Staff are extremely attentive, helpful and friendly. We got a family room during our stays and very spacious and clean. The hotel is right beside the Train station, 7-eleven in the next office building which is less than 3 mins walk. very convenience location. Would definitely come back again. Just a side note. This is my second time staying here. Staff was just as amazing as the first time. The only negative I have is the cleanliness of the bathroom. I found hairs from a previous guest in a few places. Aside from that, I thoroughly enjoyed my staff. Breakfast was great with many options. I would definitely stay here again.

Large rooms, amazing shower, great location

The room was far bigger than I expected which was a lovely surprise, and the shower was amazing, great pressure and hot water. The breakfast had a good variety of food and the staff at the hotel are nice. Great location- right next to the MRT. I requested a room with a nice view of Bangkok and the hotel accommodated this which was very kind. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Hotel is clean and well maintained but does not offer much dining options in the walkable area. Hotel staff are friendly however at check in the receptionist informs the hotel does not have such policy to upgrade Expedia VIP Platinum which is not true since it is a VIP Access hotel and clearly the hotel is not busy and definitely has rooms to accommodate the upgrade. Staff should be trained better.

Excellent, best hotel in the area!

We will definitely stay at Modena again when we visit Bangkok, staffs are very nice. Hotel is very modern , new and super clean, I love the smell of the hallways, make me feel good when walk from the room to the elevator.

Breakfast is excellent.

Location is very convenient, few steps to MRT, and make it easy to travel around.

Hotel locates very close to Queen SiriKit Convention Center, just by walking distance, about 5 minutes walk, make it easy to attend any event at the convention.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They even help to heat up our food and plating it nicely even though it was 2am in the morning. Location is superb, very quiet and only 2 mins walk to MRT and 1 station away from BTS (directly to Terminal 21), 5 mins walk to 7eleven. I’d definitely come back again and highly recommended it :)

The hotel stay was pleasent. There is a MRT station Sirikit just outside the hotel. You need to buy a MRT card to travel 1 stop to Asoke Terminal 21/ Sukumvit interchange station, and then buy anothe BTS card to get to the main shopping area. There is a small shopping mall opposit the hotel with a Food Street, but the choice is limited. The Starbucks coffee machine is available at the hotel lobby and a 7-11 nearby. If u dont mind the need to transfer from MTR to BTS, is a good place to stay.

If you’re looking for a place to rest your head at night with great amenities, attentive staff, and ease of access metro access, Modena is your place. I have zero complaints about this place, and the breakfast was great! With all hotels in big cities, I recommend requesting for a room on the high level (above level 8) in order to avoid any street noise that may leak in. We were on floor 10 and had no issue at all.

There’s also a local street market across the street I recommend going to if you have the chance!

Great location if attending trade shows. It's opposite the Convention Center and The Parc which has a great food court. If you are arriving by car, the entrance can be hard to find. There is a subway entrance just outside. The room was basic and clean, there's a gym and coin launderette. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK but I got an upset stomach from breakfast on the last day.

It was a good stay overall except for breakfast on the last day.

Hotel is very conveniently located right next to the Queen Sirikit MRT station. Staff were great and helpful in assisting to get us a taxi from the roadside so we could wait in comfort at the lobby.

Only pity was that i requested for a room upgrade with my VIP gold status, both times i was told no rooms were available as they were fully booked (but it is obviously not the case as there were still better rooms available on booking the sites.

First night no tissue box replenishment, 2nd night no slipper, 3rd night again no tissue. Uncle at entrance given wrong info to guest. Sornthorn is a lousy restaurant, very messy dirty, stuffy environment, food not cook and lousy where vegetables smelt like Khlong Toei market. Made us vomit whole night. Location is not good when we walk to the back area where canal is smelly

Clean, new building, and friendly and accommodating staff. There are, however, a few kinks in the operation of the building that affect can affect your stay. A power outage for about 40 minutes was complicated by the fact that the building did not appear to have a properly-sized generator. When the power failed only a few systems (emergency lights, elevators) appeared to work. AC and lights in the restaurant were out the entire time. Hard to believe such a modern building will have these deficiencies.
The staff made up for the few issues with positive attitude and generous smiles.

Very near to Queen Sirikit MRT. Modena is situated in a nice and quiet place. No whistle blowing from traffic wardens, no much car honking or peddling from street vendors. You will definitely appreciate the peace and quiet when you get back from the town area (chidlom and the central areas).
New, Clean and spotless room. Stayed at room 701 that faces the small lane. Great place.

I love staying away from the shopping district which made Modena the perfect place to stay during my trip in bkk. The MRT station is right infront of the hotel property with a 7eleven right at the next building. There are supermarkets within 1km which made buying of local snacks really convenient. Will definitely be back again for my next trip to bkk.

FAMILY ROOM GAVE WRONG IMPRESSION

We booked a family room expecting to find a living/ dining room but instead it was 2 rooms annexed to each other which was rather misleading.

However the front office staff were rather courteous and apologetic and offered us a late checkout.

Other than the above the hotel is relatively new and reasonable . The only challenge is that many taxi Drivers do not
