Poorly designed rooms.
Having to walk into the shower to be able to close the door to go to the toilet is a horrible experience.
Air-Conditioning blowing straight onto you while you're sleeping is also a horrible experience.

Home away from home

Apartment-style hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Comfortable bed and soaker tub in ensuite bath were great features. Kitchen with dishes, cutlery, and cookware were much appreciated for preparing my own meals. This was a great choice for my stay during recovery after surgery. Close to 7-11, restaurants, and massages. Would stay again!

Your Basic Accomodation

If you’re looking for basic accommodation with no frills, this is the place for you. It’s clean, comfortable enough for a good night’s rest and the price is extremely reasonable. Housekeeping did an amazing job and the dipping pool was also an added bonus to soak in it especially with the heat.

I would say however, that the amenities definitely need some improvements. My shower head was a little spoilt which meant that the water pressure was a little weak and because I was on a lower level, the mosquitos had a feast. On top of that, I had extremely disruptive neighbors that were arguing and shouting at 1am in the morning (a factor that could not have been controlled by the hotel but it was otherwise unpleasant).

All in all, I would only come back if I needed somewhere that is low cost and literally just a place to sleep.

Good to find a hotel catering for more than two people without paying too much.
While not in Sukhumvit Soi 22 the location was still good.
WiFi was spasmodic but reception fixed it when we complained so service was good.

A very clean and very comfortable hotel with great staff. Close to busy places but set quietly back a few sois away from the bustle.. Foodland is close. Lots of restaurants and amenities are just a stroll. Highly recommended and I have stayed six times now. Consistently good value and good service always!

Nice studio with very good service in a quiet aerea, but close to amenities, shops and transportation.
Friendly staff and good security.
The studio has a kitchen, bathroom and balcony.
It's serviced, so beds are made, towels and toiletries are provided and daily cleaning is included. I enjoyed my 3 weeks stay

I have been to Bkk living in a different hotel each time for the past 15 years. And Like Sukhumvit 22 has the worst staff and service despite the high atings (could be fake) by Agoda & Expedia. There’s no staff at the reception after 10pm. Cable TV not working, no towels when i came in after 10pm as the guard shouts at you saying it’s not his responsibility. Had to call the manager on his mobile to ask for towels. Bad location and basic amenities a far walk. All pls take my advice, never choose this hotel for your stay.

Quite a walking distance from apartment to Asok BTS. Around 15-20mins walk. There are some cafes nearby the apartment. Most of the time we will take Grab car out which cost around 100baht per trip. Room is clean and beds are pretty comfortable. On our second and third nights, the water pump malfunctioned and there was no warm shower. Other than this, overall stay is satisfactory.

I have stayed in Bangkok many times, and this hotel, probably the worse,. The hotel is far away from the main Sukhumvit road, have to get a motorcycle taxi every time you leave the hotel. Rooms very small, shower, poor, and very noisy in night with people partying and blasting music. Overall a poor hotel.

love the communication with the receptionist! he was precise in giving directions & gave a few of the places to visit in town. however, the heater was inconsistent & it went cold and hot from time to time. otherwise, it will be great!

We choose this hotel because it is 300 meters from Yokkao Muay Thai camp where we trained but latter we found out that is very close to everything important in this area.Shopping mall Terminal 21 is only 10 min walk which is faster than taxi because of trafic jam.Lumpinee park is 10 min with tuk tuk.Emporium shopping mall is 2 stations away with BTS.
Hotel rooms are pretty good,nice and clean.Staff is good and helpfull.

Clean and Quiet Apartment

We've stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment (3 guests) and can highly recommend these serviced apartments. The place is simple, yet bright and clean and has all the necessities (ACs, kitchenette with convection stove top (2 burners), sink, fridge, tea & coffee making facilities, minimum cutlery/crockery, washing machine, 2 TVs (master bedroom & living room); 2 bedrooms (master with a large double bed and ensuite with a bath and a shower over it, 2nd bedroom with a single bed, 2nd bathroom with a walk-in shower, plenty of cupboards, wardrobes have a bunch of hangers, iron and ironing board are available upon request from the reception desk). Can't say that the rooms are extremely spacious, but when in Bangkok you probably won't be spending much time in them anyway and they were big enough for us.
Staff is lovely, quick and easy check-in/ check-out.
Pool and gym... well, pool is tiny, more like a large plunge pool, which we haven't used at all. As for the gym, it's actually just a nook with a bicycle and a treadmill (that's it, literally).
There's are a few places to eat around the apartment building, all within easy walking reach, 7/11 is just down the road, so as a pharmacy.
Will certainly recommend these serviced apartments to our friends and family, definitely value for money for what you get including the location!

dont waste your money here ! stayed 3 nites. room was cleaned when we arrived. had to ask next day to clean room. come back expecting it to be cleaned but all they did was pull the doona cover over bed. no clean towels or toilet paper. aaked for clean room next day and they did the same thing absolute joke -NEVER AGAIN !!

Spacious apart hotel

Stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment. Overall the experience was good except the first night. When i checked in , it was already 10pm. Upon checking in, i saw the wooden tiles on the floor is uneven. It is dangerous as i have young kids with me and it might cut their feet and the bathroom door in the living room was unable to close. After complaining the next morning, Katrina moved me to another room. It was a quiet area (good to rest) but it was far from convenient store. About 15 mins walk.

This was my second stay at Like 16, and I am booked in for another one - which is a fair indication of its quality..The staff really do care for their clients and it really is a home away from home. The surrounds are quiet and well away from noisy Sukhumvit proper. Plenty of taxis call by (ask for the meter on). Allow an hour by transport to the airport or catch the train at Asok. The traffic density can blow-out airport travel times considerably though. Beware the high volume of traffic when planning adventures anywhere. Get a little torch for night walking through the sois which are narrow and winding. There are oodles of shops along Sukhumvit Road, from cheap to expensive, from fake to the top of the range. The Thai people are calm and very pleasant. Be polite and smile, even if things are not going to plan :) Polite bargaining is acceptable.

The hotel quite nice and comfortable. The only thing is its quite far from main road. Need to walk about 25minutes to the nearest BTS station and about 10 minutes walk to the nearest MRT station. Overall the hotel still very good and the staff very helpful plus friendly. Will recommend to friend.

First we could not find the hotel the taxi driver told us to get out has he could not find it the soi address was wrong hotel was nice but not close to the mrt as we thought we tried to call hotel but phone number was wrong. The swimming pool access was very dangerous and no way to put anything when you go to the pool and no shower room was nice hotel reception was very helpful.had to get bike to go to m.r.t. no 7-Eleven close by

The apartment is fairly new . We stayed in a two bedroom apatment which had plenty of room including two bath rooms a small kitchen and a washing machine.Staff were pleasant but not very helpful when looking for assistance to catch taxi.Pool is quite small but quite refreshing.It is a 7 to 10 minute walk to the underground which connects you to many of the tourist sites.

Spacious & fully air-conditioned but deep inside.

Location is a little deep inside to walk from the skytrain station or MRT. Busy with cars in the day to walk with narrow foot path. Can be a little scarry at night if you're not used to it. But taxis and motorcycle taxis are abundances. We use grabcar most of the time there.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite. Was spacious for the 3 of us. Fully air-conditioned. The unit was generally clean but we found pieces of noodles on the floor of the dining area when we checked in. Housekeeping could improve a little.

There was a stove but no pans. We only used the microwave provided. We didnt plan to cook anyway so it was ok for us.

There was a safe in the room but it was faulty. I was given the keys to the safe instead of just keying in the numbers to lock. Another thing i had to make sure i didnt loose.

Staffs were friendly and helpful. But there will be no reception at night. Only security guard.

Our return flight was in the evening so were able to make a late check out at a cheap cost.

Overall a wonderful stay.

Not a hotel. A basic service apartment located in the innermost part of Sukhumvit 16. The staff were helpful despite its limitations. Room was not ready for over 2 hours during arrival day. Will be fine for those just seeking a room to sleep on for a few hours.

Fairly new and so rooms in good condition and tastefully designed/decorated
As it's on 4-way intersection with Sois 16 &20 there were car & motorbike taxis going by rather regularly
Pool on ground level next to lobby was more for relaxing/cooling down than for fitness (lap swimming)
For the price it was good value, though take note it's not close to Sukhumvit Road

Like 16 is well-located away from the noisy tourist area of Sukhumvit, but close enough to walk. Supermarkets are close and taxis pass regularly, The hotel is new and really comfortable. The staff are wonderful (Mr. Fix was very helpful). Spotlessly clean. Quiet. Good security. Ideal for everyone. Excellent value.

Nice and cozy hotel, all the amenities are in good condition. Everything is very clean and I am someone who's very particular about hygiene.The only thing that's missing in the room is a safety box.

The staff was also very helpful. If you are staying more than 1 night, there's daily maid service to help you clean the the room.

It's near to public transport, only 7 minutes walk to MRT. Or you can just stop the taxi right at the front gate of the hotel. There's also a convenient store nearby.

Highly recommend especially for family.

For the hotel, its a small hotel but is convenient and near the convention centre where I attended. Rooms and facilities are really new. If I have to attend a conference at Queen Sirikit center I would stay here again

The only negative side is they didn't maintain their booking with hotels.com. They couldn't provide me the booked family room initially but the hotel managers (two beautiful ladies) were very helpful and they provide me the room one day later.
Positive things are plenty. Traveled with family and young child( 2 year and 3 months old). They provide beautiful and modern kitchen amenities. We cooked our food during the stay. Also the reception managers (2 ladies) are very helpful and know good English. We stayed in the family room. Beds are soft and very comfortable.
Food land is 10 min walk as well as Seven-Eleven. Tesco Lotus and Terminal 21 mall nearby. I recommend everyone especially families to this hotel. I shall certainly return again.

New hotel and nice room but nothing more

I booked for 3 adults room but the receptionist said I paid for 2 person only even though my hotel voucher clearly stated 3 adults. They insist me to pay extra fee or call to Expedia HK office to confirm as they can only call to Thai office, actually there is nothing I could do but they not allowed me to leave, and after long negotiation, I missed my first appointment. The hotel provided a mattress for us.

The hotel is quite far away to BTS Asoke, it takes 20mins to walk alongside soi 16 with busy traffic, it was quite dangerous as there is no proper pavement, you have to compete with the cars.

There was no room cleaning for our 3 nights stays, reception close at 8pm so nothing the hotel could help after that. But if you just need a place to sleep, not bother on locations or service, this one is ok. Just set the right expectations.

バンコクでの数日の落ち着いた滞在にはお勧め！

駅から少し歩くが、至近にコンビニや飲食店があり、徒歩圏内にクロントーイ市場、森林公園があり、少し足を延ばせば大型スーパーもあって便利。
部屋は７階だったので、眺望も素晴らしい。
キッチンと洗濯機付きの部屋だったので、洗濯や料理もできて、落ち着けた。
ただ、今回は湯船のパッキンが不調で、修理を頼んだがパッキンの予備がなかったため、入浴ができなかったのが残念。
スタッフもフレンドリーで快適でした。

因為hotel.com無法協助我的問題，我出發前被原訂酒店park24變更房型，然後我打了一夜的電話跟我說升等到更好的酒店，騙我住這個房內沒有洗衣機，設施沒有健身房，游泳池變泡腳池，然後房內床簾第二天掉下來，第四天才處理，房間地板沒有一天是乾淨，都是黏腳的，天天跟櫃臺反應，還是做不齊全，小費我天天給沒有漏過，還給缺角的碗食用，第一晚打噴涕睡覺，原來是房內的電視櫃壞了，底下也灰塵ㄧ堆，說了兩天才改進，每晚回房都是十點後，真的沒力氣下去吵，這樣態度的住宿不會再去也不會推薦，騙人客服還說升等轉來這給住，明明就是騙人，然後沒有誠意升等，爛投了，請把房費退還給我。

Mooi appartement met mooi uitzicht vanaf de 7e verdieping.gunstige lokatie maar wel aan een drukke weg op een druk kruispunt. Niet geschikt om met een kinderwagen de deur uit te gaan. Verdere prima service en schoonmaak

호텔이 아닌 서비스 아파트였는데, 다른 객실에 계시는 분들이 밤 10시경부터 매우 시끄럽게해서 잠을 잘 못 잤습니다. 에어컨도 시끄러워 더운데 잘 안 켰구요.

Très bon accueil
Nous sommes arrivés bien plus tôt que prévu
On nous a proposé d'attendre que notre chambre se libère et soit prête... Et ils ont vu nos têtes de fatigués, avec notre fille de deux 2 ans.. Alors ils nous ont proposé une autre chambre, avec un petit supplément..
On a accepté et en plus, elle était plus grande !
Personnel très accueillant et souriant
Chambre spacieuse et propre. Bonne literie
Pourrait être mieux entretenu
Petite cuisine disponible, il faut demander les ustensiles
Piscine agréable et propre
Salle de fitness au roof top: agréable
À proximité du \"métro\", de restaurants, massage thai (aller chez Jenny) et un petit supermarché.
Un défaut: pas de double vitrage... La vie à Bangkok commence vers... 5h30 et la résidence est sur une rue très passante.

スタッフの対応は親切丁寧でよかったのだが、
水まわりの間取が残念
無理やりまとめて作った感が半端ない、狭すぎる。
シャワーのお湯も申し分無く熱いお湯も出ます。
それ以外の設備は言う事無し。
快適に過ごせました。

Veldig fint hotell med fine rom og god plass. Bassengområdet er veldig ukoselig! De I resepsjonen var helt ok hyggelige, men snakket i andre telefoner osv når de hjalp oss.. Så man følte seg ikke så veldig viktig. Men alt i alt, pent og rent. Et område som er litt langt borte fra mye... Men med tuk tuk, grab eller taxi så kommer du deg overalt for bare noen kroner.
