This was our 1st time at Hutton Brickyards, it was amazing! The staff was so nice and accommodating. The room and the amenities were amazing. We will definitely be back.

Room was cozy and comfortable. It was a cute cabin and very clean. We had the queen sized cabin and the cabin really just fits the bed and couch. The couch was not comfortable to sleep on, but was fine for a brief stay. Beautiful grounds to explore. During the winter it was like sleeping in an upscale, warm room surrounded by the snow.

My wife and I had been looking forward to staying since it opened a few years back and thought Christmas might be the perfect excuse to go. Upon arrival- we realized just how tiny the Queen Size cabins were with our 2 large dogs, but figured we could just ask to be switched to one of the larger Kind cabins since there were only 4 (four) other guests staying on the property. But we were flatly denied- no option to pay the difference for the larger room or complimentary upgrade as other hotels would do- Merry Christmas right lol. They said because we booked through a third party (hotels.com) they couldn't make any changes to our reservation. This is after the hotel had called multiple times and asked us to please get massages (which we did- and which were $200/massage poorly sprent) and we had made reservations for the Christmas Eve prix fixe dinner (the restaurant is beautiful, the food is mid). Definitely left a bad taste in our mouths walking around the property and seeing nobody in the large cabins. There's no maid service, and they don't do any of the fun things in the winter like s'mores. Also for being a \"dog friendly\" hotel there is no dog run or fenced in area for them to go off leash. We decided to cut our stay short as we would be happier at home, and the front desk manager called me and said he would refund the last night of our stay. Then he took it back via email bc we booked through hotels.com

The rooms are nice and clean but we got our cabin with a ocean view we could see the ocean through our window but when you sit outside the bushes are so high it blocks your view. There is no entertainment so was forced to step out. Also none of the fire pits are on so that was a bummer really was looking forward to a chill evening vibe.

Our rate was questionable and confusing. Our key didn’t work, our phone charger doesn’t work properly, we paid a large pet cleaning fee and wasn’t offered bedding or dishes until post check in. Wasn’t told that none of the restaurants would be open Monday eve /Tuesday morning, yet paid the full rate.

Very unique property centrally located to explore the Catskills area. Kingston is a nice little town with a lot of great restaurants. You can hike in the adjacent state park along the Hudson from the property or hike in the Catskills 30 minutes out. Quiet relaxing property.

This place is unique with comfy cabins, a delicious open air bar and restaurant and lovely grounds. Having the Empire Trail right there for biking and walking was such a bonus.The riverside view and fire pits just added to the relaxing ambiance. We will be back!

After a small hic cup with our expedia booking on arrival, everything was great. Great outdoor space, we had a cabin over looking the river , which was perfect. Very very peaceful! Plenty of walking and biking opportunities at close hand.

I guess it's the time of the year where they're moving their operations indoors, but there was no restaurant available for the time frame we were there and you definitely need to drive back to Town For Any Other things you may need.

Beautiful, unique, peaceful property. There was a lack of information & instruction as to where to check in. Spotty phone connection didn't help. Google maps sent me to the waterfront instead of the mansion and when I finally figured out where it was, the tiny sign barely helped, then there was limited parking near the mansion and the door was locked. Both property restaurants were closed the 2 nights I was there. Breakfast was minimal and there wasn't even any decaf coffee the second day. I wanted to schedule a massage but couldn't comply with 24 hour ahead reservation rule, since I didn't know about that. Once got my bearings everything was fine, but I couldn't enjoy many ammenities the property has to offer and it was downright stressful trying to figure out how anything functioned. I saw about 4 employees in 2 days. It was peaceful which is what I needed, but there really should be an office down by the waterfront to assist those guests.

This is a really unique place to stay. The cabins are like contemporary tiny houses right on the Hudson River. It’s beautifully landscaped - a real oasis. The open air restaurant is excellent. Service was excellent all over. The only blemish was a sub par complimentary breakfast - understaffed, with very limited selection and some rancid yogurt. Fix that and it’s five stars all around.

Wonderful re-imaganing of the old brick yards. The grounds are gorgeous and our forest queen cabin was very cozy, romantic, clean, and comfortable. Loved the deck with both a picnic table and adorondack chairs. Nice use of small space and appreciate the touches like a lantern, wine glasses and opener, speaker, fridge. No TV- which is a good thing. It should be all about connecting with your partner or nature. Only downside is the restaurant isnt open Sun- Wed for dinner. Looking forward to going back in Sept!

Beautiful location! Food was delish though I did ask the waitress for a hamburger medium rare and it came back well. Sooo not sure if she heard me or the chef slipped. Drinks are small and expensive. Ambiance is top notch! Open air dining but the Hudson, even on a cloudy day it was beautiful.
