Great location for part 2 of our Rome week. Did the first three nights in the ancient Rome part of town but move to this neighbourhood for the rest. It was a good call. Nice bed and room (be sure to get the triple room). Double can be very small. Smart TV in our room but not all they said. Good location for day trips out of Rome. Grocery stores where you can heat up a prepared meal in their microwave. Save a lot of money on food and take snacks to your room. Yes they still use keys but it made me feel like a local. I recommend staying here.

La chambre pas conforme a ma reservation.espace super limiter pour trois personnes.il fallait enjamber nos bagages pour circuler dans la chambre.
Rien pour poser nos affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain.pour les trois lits il n’y avait que 2 couvertures avec impossibilité de recuperer une troisième.!!!!le café supposé etre à disposition,etait en rupture de stock!!!
Tout etait vieux et défraîchi pour un prix très elevé.
Nous avons donc écourter notre séjour dans cette établissement.
Et il nous a fallu perdre une demi-journée,pour obtenir au pres du receptionists Edouard qui etait de tres mauvaise foi a remettre les informations de son établissement a exepedia afin de donner son accord pour annuler notre reservation.

I was not expecting much as this was just for a few quick hrs while in flight but room was really deplorable. Mold all over the walls, water damage everywhere annd just really unsafe conditions and breathing air was horrible. I could not sleep and became really congested, had to leave hours before expected time as I could not bear anymore…front desk staff upon check in was really odd and not welcoming, check out staff was friendly. Would definitely not recommend.

Upon check in I found the toilet wasn’t flushing, they had to take the button cover off the wall and just said to hold the buttons until enough water came through, but not really flushing. Before bed I went to take a shower and the inside fitting of the shower head came off spraying water everywhere, so there was no effective way to shower. The AC is also not controllable so the room was hot and very musty all night.

Hotel Tito was exactly what I needed for a quick overnight place to sleep near Roma termini and the airport. It’s a quick 5 minute walk from the train station and I felt safe enough to do so alone as a single female. It was also close in proximity to many famous sites in Rome. There are many high quality affordable restaurants near by. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I didn’t have a phone charger for a European outlet and the girl at the desk was so kind and saved me the hassle and money of having to hunt one down. Thanks again!

We arrived very late so it was hard to get into the building. The front desk person was very helpful though. The halls and elevators were old and a little run down but once inside the room it was very clean and updated. With it being one block from the termini, it has an excellent location for train travel! This property if for those who will spend the day discovering Rome as the hotel offers only a basic hotel room, comfortable mattress, good size rest room and shower, tv and safe. The hotel is near transit to include tour buses, trains, subway etc within walking distance. The staff on duty were quite knowledgeable of the local area and addressed all inquiries. For the price, location, room sanitation, you can't beat it and I would certainly stay here again and again and again.

If it really a hotel???

Hotel rooms do not match pictures, many rooms are in buildings adjacent to actual hotels with separate entrances therefore no front desk or lobbies. Bathrooms were not clean and mold was present in several spots. General room area and bed were good.

Hotel is very conveniently located. It's right by a main transit hub. Plenty of dining options are available nearby. Walkable neighbourhood and pretty close to main attractions. Friendly staff. We stayed in a double twin room. Rooms are clean but small, especially the bathroom. WiFi was not good. Taking a shower was a crap shoot. Either scalding hot or very cold. Was hard to keep at a consistent temperature. Had to do quick showers to compensate. Overall a decent hotel for the price and location.

First time in Rome

The room we stayed in was small, but we were out and about all day long and would come back to drop off our shopping bags and sleep. Very convenient as its a short walk to the train station and buses. The only main issue we had was the shower. After my sister took a shower, i went and there was no hot water left for me! It only happened the first night and after that, the problem was fixed. Friendly staff

The day we arrived there was no hot water and no other room available the next day we didn’t make it to our tour bc we have to wait till 11 to move to another room to take a shower with hot water for about 5 minutes and then wait 3or 4 minutes to get hot water again and they don’t answer the phone so we need to walk all the way to the front it was just terrible

Bait and switch

We have stayed twice previously at Hotel Tito and enjoyed it very much. It’s clean, well-priced, and close to Termini. But this time was a disaster. Even though we had room confirmations in the main Hotel, when we arrived, they walked us out the front door and down the street to an annex property called Hotel Tito Guest Suites. That building was old, filthy, and not at all inviting. When I complained to the front desk, and requested refund compensation, they would only give us our city room tax back which was €24 for two nights. It definitely felt like a bait and switch and we will never go back.

24 hr front desk that answered patron call from street level right away. The small clean elevator actually worked. The friendly young man at night desk was informative and efficient. The room was as advertised if not better. Super clean. Comply bed. Clean bathroom. Makeup desk. No fridge though. Shower head spewed off (hilarious) just wound hose around pole and had a great shower ha. Stayed two nights. Close to Rome terminal so we could take it to our cruise port. No running water in the shower.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel from July 31 to August1st, Room# 202.
Upon checking in at approximately 11 pm, we discovered that there was no running water in the shower. While there was water available for the toilet and sink, the absence of shower water was completely unacceptable, especially given the hot weather conditions in Rome.
The hotel staff attributed the issue to a wider area water shortage, a claim I find difficult to believe given that the problem was isolated to the shower. Furthermore, the hotel was unable to offer an alternative room due to being fully booked.
The hotel’s complete lack of responsibility for this matter and refusal to offer a refund is appalling. This is not the level of service one expects from a hotel, and I am extremely disappointed with my stay.
I believe that this matter warrants a full refund and would appreciate it if you would address this complaint promptly.

Though the room was nice the air conditioning could barely keep it cool even after they changed the filter, the water pressure was low then better than low again and it could take up to 15 minutes to get hot water then it would be scalding hot and you could not control it. Taking a shower was very challenging.

We only stayed one night. This is like stones throw away from Roma Termini..good for connecting to Trenitalia/Italo/Freccia trains and also Express to Airport so if you're gonna be moving a lot with huge luggage and you just need a place to sleep this is a good value for the price. The hotel is also clean inside. It's very decent 3 star hotel. I like the airconditioner I like it esp during summer months. Its very comfy. The only downside is the shower water is not that strong. I would choose this hotel if Im in Italy again on the go for convenience.

Room is so tiny you can barely move around - everything is arms reach from your bed.. bathroom is so narrow your legs practically touch the wall as you sit on the toilet bowl. The shower is so tight- no room to move around. Water pressure is non existent. The person at the desk when we arrived was extremely unfriendly - after missing our flight at FCO and having to book this hotel at the last minute all we really wanted to do was drop off our bags, change and make something of our day. She couldn’t tell us if our room was ready or not - which would be understandable if there was more then 4 rooms to manage.. The only plus’ at this hotel would be the distance from Roma Termini and the pillows were comfortable.
