Reception was super helpful: we asked for wake up call and booked us private van for airport, also asked them to supply us with breakfast bags before weleft which they had ready for us to take. My husband and I are in our seventies and are on a 2 week European vacation . I appreciated the little things. When we arrived after a 6.5 hour train ride, the complimentary water in the room was appreciated. The room was comfortable and there was room to store our suitcases in the closet so we didn’t have to maneuver around them . The bed was firm and the duvet was light but warm. The bathroom was bright and clean. We were impressed.

My stay was ok but below expectations compared to other 4-5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. First, I paid for breakfast for 2 but it was for a buffet only option which only had scrambled or boiled eggs. Therefore, if you wanted an omelette, egg whites or oatmeal for example, it came with an extra charge. Secondly, complimentary water is only for your 1st night stay. In my experience 4-5 star hotels don’t try and nickel and dime you for everything. I can go on but my point is, provide a decent breakfast without the extra charges and basic water should always be complimentary.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the ladies how checked us in to the bartenders. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the train to get to Venice & the bus that takes you directly to the airport. Our room was clean & spacious and although the train station was right outside our window, it didn't disturb our sleep. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Venice, Italy.

No ice dispenser in the room so you couldn’t get ice for your water and you had to go down to main lobby to get ice from the Bar and they would only give you 2 small glasses that would last you ONE DRINK!! Absolutely awful….. they don’t provide bottled water except for the first night and after that they expect you to drink the water out your back sink faucet…..NOT GOOD BUSINESS!! Will not use this hotel nor will I ever recommend

This property is very close to the Miestre train station to get you to Venice in 10 minutes. Excellent location. Breakfast buffet was very good with lots of choice. Elevators are fast and efficient. Rooms are small but ver adequate. Will definitely stay here again.

Property very good value for money if you want a cheap but quality place to stay to visit Venice. Train station is close but the walk is very busy as its the main transport hub. Trains in and out of Venice very fast and only €3 for two people so worked out well. Hotel overall clean and tidy but they are very sneaky in trying to get more out of you. Biscuits in the room with no prices, mini fridge full and then the price list other side of the room. Slightly noisey from the trains runnning passed. Decided to have breakfast first morning but we a little disappointed in choices.

Missed the connection flight thus can’t check in on time, called the hotel and confirmed with the front desk staff that I can be checked in the next day morning anytime when I arrive, the room will be ready. But the next day when I was there around the morning, the front desk staff said the check in time is 2pm and the room wasn’t ready. I explained again and told them I paid for two nights and I supposed to check in last night so the room should be ready. But they insisted that the room was not ready and we had to wait so long, kid was tired and frustrated. That is not acceptably since I called the night before to inform them the time I will be in.

Upon arrival at 10:30 right after our cruise. We were told we couldn’t check in until 2:00 pm. Not a problem we walked around a little and then sat in the lobby. Sitting there I watched tons of people check in and get their rooms.. earlier than 2:00 pm. I asked again at 1:00 they told me no rooms available. Then a bus load of people came in and they all got their rooms early, so I approached the staff again and asked. I was told it was still 2 pm check in so I questioned everyone else being able to check in and she finally gave me our room… it was after 1:00 pm by then.

Only stayed for one night as were travelling early the next day. The receptionist who was working when we arrived at midnight was very helpful and went out his way to try and get us some food at the late hour.
The room was ideal, but the bed was outstanding, an awesome nights sleep after a long day travelling. Greta amenities in the room and bathroom and the shower was large and refreshing. Great hotel and certainly a brand we will use again.

Hotel was well located for going into Venice each day as long as you don't mind a short bus journey. Hotel staff were friendly but didn't have as much knowledge on Venice/ other islands/transport as I thought they might. Room was good - enough space, good shower, plenty of plug sockets, coffee pod machine which was replenished daily (no option for tea if that's your preference though).
