İt was affordable and clean. Easy transportation to Venice . Walking distance to Shopping , Bus stop and train station . They have Hostel dorms with lockers and Private bed rooms , so it is good for both back packers and family with kids İ highly recommend it. only outlets in the rooms must be better to charge the electronics. Other than that Everything was great .

The heater was not working during our stay and staff did not offer any solutions other than to deal with it. We had family room, the room lights were very dim, the pillows were all flat/no cottons, bunk beds didn’t have sheets on them. Our rooms were very thin that we heard everything that our rowdy neighbors were doing from every door slamming to their loudness outside. For all the inconveniences during our stay when we requested for late checkout, they did not offered it for complimentary. Front desk staff (Male) was not very nice when we asked about the heat situation. Overall, we would not recommend it if you looking for comfort and quietness on your vacation.

Motel was dirty. The sheets on the bed or almost worn through. They were so old and had been used so long the air conditioning vent was hat, plugged with dirt and dust. My wife slept in her clothes because there was black hair in the one side of the bed. There was a hanger rack on the side of the bed that I either ran into or stuck my toe on it every night going to the bathroom the flooring in the place needed to be replaced. It was buckling, and raising a motel supposedly was built in 2017 and I feel like they just let it go. We stayed one extra night and asked the hotel service behind the counter to have housekeeping change the sheets and clean the room and he handed my wine the bedding instead, if we want it done, we’d have to do it ourselves after staying there for days and using the same towels, bed sheets, and everything they didn’t have time. I know it said it was like an 8.2 on the Internet but I’ve stayed in far too many motels to figure this to be an 8.2 in my book. It’s closer to a six out of 10 they need to do some updates and they need to actually clean the rooms when new gas come to stay.

This hotel is very convenient if you want to visit Venice and save some money. The area around the hotel is nice, with plenty of great restaurants and shopping options. It’s also very walkable, and the transportation is super easy — the train station is very close and buses run back and forth to Venice in about 10 minutes. We really enjoyed strolling around and trying the local restaurants.

The hotel itself is modern and minimalist. The beds were okay — my two teenagers had a bunk bed, which was a bit small but manageable. The bathroom did have quite a bit of mildew and black spots, and the breakfast was pretty basic. The lobby area has a nice vibe with a bar and a good space for hanging out. Overall, it feels more suited to young travelers than families.

Despite a few downsides, we had a good time here thanks to the great location and all the conveniences nearby.

This was my first hostel experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. We booked a private room for 4 people and were pleasantly surprised how clean it was. The staff were super nice and were happy to answer any questions. The location was great and close to get to everything. It felt like a very safe area and had a ton of dining options. They also have a washer and dryer that you have to pay for but it was well worth it. The only complaints were that the shower water kind of flooded when you had to take a shower so you had to make it quick and we ordered a cleaning service but they didn’t end up cleaning our room. Our overall experience was great for the price we paid for this place.

We had high hopes for this hostel due to its great location near Venice and easy access to transportation. Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, check-in was delayed. We were given keys to Room #503, which had not been cleaned. The sheets had hair and food on and under the blanket, there was garbage under the bed, debris on the floor, and a used toilet and bidet.

Reception gave us clean sheets, but when we removed the originals, we found the mattress was filthy and dusty. A cloud of dust rose when we lifted it—we took photos and videos. After showing reception, we were moved to Room #422. While cleaner, the mattress was in the same poor condition. As it was high season, other hostels were fully booked and we had no alternative.

The manager offered a complimentary drink but said no refund or credit could be issued, which felt like minimal compensation for the situation. Cleanliness throughout the hostel, including the common areas, were unacceptable.

The only highlight was breakfast (not included), which cost 11€ per person. It was well-prepared with a variety of options: eggs, meats, cheese, veggies, bread, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and made-to-order pancakes, along with coffee, tea, and juice.

Overall, the cleanliness issues were too significant for us to recommend this hostel.

Overall the hotel experience was good!! if your are traveling with teenagers and young adults is great, they have a lot of activities very well planned out. The only down to this stay is that they need to clean the bathrooms a little more. Other than that the hotel was very nice, super close to the train to go to Venice and lot of restaurants and shopping close by.

I stayed here for a night with my 3 young kids and had a really nice stay! The hostel is only a short walk from Mestre's train station, the reception/communal area is very nice (with a small play area for the kids, which is always a nice thing to have!) and there's a cafè/restaurant with a few food/drinks options.
The staff was really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious.
Would definitely recommend it for a short stay!

The lobby was tastefully decorated but management should hire more staff to do deep cleaning of bathrooms, aisles, and the patio area. Our bathroom was so moody that I dreaded stepping in the shower with bare feet. Lastly, I pre-paid for 5 days but had to cancel the 5th as my cruise was leaving on the 4th day. They didn’t allow me to cancel a day and get a refund. Even if I booked another day after the cruise at a higher price with no breakfast included. That was quite inflexible.

Oh from where to start. I cannot even compare this A&O hostel with the one in Copenhagen. The walls desperatly need fresh coat of paint. Extremly dirty windows. Mold in the silicone in the shower. And the most frustrating thing old sheats, not old, ancient sheets with holes. This hostel was one of the expensiest ones, we should at least get a nice sheets in good condition. The higyene was not on some high level. Thin walls, you can hear your neighboars.

The hotel was okay for the price—clean enough and in a convenient location. However, our experience was affected by a group of teenagers staying on the same floor who were shouting and making noise until around 2:30 a.m. It made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Management didn’t seem to intervene, which was disappointing. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a peaceful stay, you might want to check if the hotel is hosting large groups before booking.

The lockers were out of use in the lobby but you could use the storage room. The shared 6-bed dorm was disgusting. Stank of urine, bed area still had rubbish from the last occupant. Didn’t look like it had ever been cleaned or wiped over. Dusty bed frame, floors were gross and the bathroom was vile. Hairs everywhere, stinks so much, I had to use the toilets in the lobby as they were cleaner. Only one power outlet in room. The chargers in the bed were usb only, and the table in the room was so wobbly I put my bad on it and it immediately fell off. No lockers in the bedroom either so felt a bit weird leaving my stuff on my bed. I wouldn’t stay here again. I felt disgusted and couldn’t wait to check out.

The staff is always professional, the lobby is active and inviting. Great value for a clean room, close to the train station. Even though it’s a busy place, the rooms are amazingly well-insulated from any noise. The coffee machine didn’t work but the staff made up for this. I recommend getting g caffe from the bar.
