Eco Hotel Costanza, has a great location. With an easy walk to the Mestre train station, and to the bus station also. A few minutes walk and you will be ready to take a express bus to the airport. The area is full of restaurants. The hotel is super clean, the room is comfortable and has everything you may need, 125% recommended !

Je suis allé tôt le matin avant le ménage pour aviser à l’accueil que j’avais réservé une 3e nuitée la veille et que je devais quitter à minuit pour prendre mon vol de nuit. J’avais demandé de garder la même chambre puisque nous y étions déjà et ce qui aurait évité non seulement à nous de nous presser pour ramasser nos choses en catastrophe mais aussi à la dame de chambre de faire le ménage.
Il a dit qu’il ne pouvait pas faire ça que la chambre que nous avions était plus grande… de 2m2! D’ailleurs je me demande même où se voyait la différence… de ce 2m2 là… sur une superficie totale! À la rigueur si la chambre était déjà louée j’aurais compris.. Mais elle était encore disponible et le monsieur a demandé de payer 15 euros de plus si on voulait la garder. On a refusé de payer ça, par principe… on a dû déménager nos choses dans l’autre chambre en y a passé quelques heures juste pour laisser nos affaires, parti passer la journée à Venise et revenir les récupérer …alors qu’on pouvait les mettre en consigne!

It's a great hotel. About 7 minutes walk to the Venice Mestre train station, and close to many restaurants. Can take the bus a block away from hotel to go to Venice. The hotel is small but very clean and comfortable. We have 2 rooms. The air conditioner in one room was weak but we were able to change room, and the AC in the new room was perfect. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Beautiful hotel with nice rooms and very friendly, helpful staff. It's a little remote from the train station (about 1 km) so a bit of a walk if arriving by train with luggage. The city center of Mestre is about a 15-minute walk from this hotel, and we found it to be worth the stroll with many nice shops and dining options. Streets are safe, even at night.

Loved our stay at the Unaway hotel- spacious and modern room, including a massive bed and great bathroom with good shower. Staff were attentive and helpful, for example with storing our luggage for a few hours. The Mestre train station is not far away, but there’s an even closer bus (line 2) that stops at the corner of the street and takes you straight into Venice.

please make the shower area a little bit bigger. Its impossible to take a shower on that corner box. If the soap falls, you need to get yourself out of the box to get the soap on the floor. Very uncomfortable.

Great value stay. The room was large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful - check in was fast and efficient even though I was early and my room was not ready yet. They let me leave my bags while I went off to explore the city, and they had been taken up to my room ready when I returned. They also lent me a socket adapter. The hotel is very inviting and the hotel its self is nice. The location is good near the station, the area isn’t the nicest. Bed wasn’t to my taste didn’t find it comfortable and the walls and floors are very thin so could hear lots of noise. Also very annoying to have to ask reception to turn the aircon to your room every day. Some would like it, and somethings I like but overall you want a good night sleep and that wasn’t the best here.

My only hiccup was when my guest and I needed to book a taxi to the airport to go home 2.5 days prior, the lady I spoke with didn’t know the airport wasn’t open until 4am. So we ended up having the taxi come for 2am and we sat waiting for a while before allowed access to the airport.

The hotel itself was great! Amazing staff and very clean! The staff can assist you to get into Venice and offer bus and water taxi tickets to help you with that. However the area it was in didn’t feel too safe. Transport into Venice took a while, and the area it is located in does not have much to offer. If you are looking to spend the majority of your stay in Venice it may be worth staying somewhere closer. Cannot fault the hotel or the staff though!

A beautiful sustainable hotel to stay in if you’re looking to explore Venice. We enjoyed the location (as it is much quieter and very close to a bus to take you into Venice), as well as the rooms, with very comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly accommodating kind. On a quiet street. Desk clerks were very helpful. One even accompanied us to our room and explained everything to us. Room and bathroom were very modern and clean. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast selections were excellent and high quality. Our stay was only 1 night. But since we got there around 6pm, we decided to take the 10 minute train ride into Venice for dinner from the Mestre station, which is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Very convenient. We would definitely stay here again.

There was a high smell of bleach/cleaning products in the bedroom and even worse in the bathroom, please be careful with that, it is chemical and an unpleasant smell. I wouldn't stay in this town if I was a tourist unless you want to save money and miss the Venetian vibes. That said there is a very good restaurant nearby called Pergola! We had an amazing dinner there.

If you are planning to visit Venice, i would highly HIGHLY recommend staying at this hotel! It was super nice, super clean, awesome staff, great food, great location (5 minute walk to Mestre station and from there a 10 minute train ride to Venecia Santa Lucia). Venice itself was kind of dirty and smelled like SMOKE all the time, hence why i liked staying in Mestre rather than Santa Lucia.
