Very nice classy hotel with good service. Nice bar with excellent cocktails and cool vibe.
The bedroom is well decorated, comfy bed with good amenities. The bathroom is of good size with tub and a great shower. Clarins products at your disposal in the bathroom
Excellent service from the concierge who recommended us a nice restaurant walking distance from the hotel.
The neighborhood is ok. As we stayed only one night in Milan to catch our flight, we would have prefer to be closer to the Duomo.

A great splurge for a luxurious stay in Milan

This hotel is a brilliant choice for a relaxing stay in Milan. Great location with many restaurants in walking distance and 15 minutes to the Duomo and high end shops. The hotel is beautiful, rooms are modern and spotless and you will feel pampered here. The concierge was helpful with reservations and travel planning, especially if you need assistance with Italian language barriers. The restaurant is lovely and service is great but 40 euros per person for a breakfast buffet was too high. Rooms had spacious, beautiful marble bathrooms and a lighting menu (really!) that is great for travelers dealing with time zone issues. Bedding was luxurious, closets had everything you need, and robes and slippers were a nice touch. Cookies and water were also provided. We loved our stay here and the extra money we spent to stay at the Palazzo Parigi was worth the splurge for us. Highly recommend!

Wonderful classy hotel close to the centre of Milan and perfect for the very attractive Brera area which has lots of nice bars and restaurants along the narrow cobbled streets. Most beautiful hotel in which we have ever stayed

The hotel is sublime in both physical beauty and service. The hotel is owned by a woman who was both the architect and interior designer, and her skills are on full display. The public rooms are as beautiful a set of public spaces as we have ever seen. The hotel staff is superbly trained, friendly and solicitous of every guest need and desire. Our room had a great king bed, bath, technology and designer touches. One gentleman manning the bar one evening was probably the best bartender in Europe. Single caution - avoid the spa. Substantially overpriced services for mediocre performance. That said, we will make Palazzo Parigi our hotel in Milan at every opportunity.

Elegant modern hotel in a great city

This is a first-rate hotel in a gorgeous old palace with modern conveniences. The spa is large and relaxing and well equipped, up to every modern standard. The service was excellent and our room was large and comfortable. Our one minor disappointment was that it isn't as easy to walk to the Duomo and Galleria as we had expected, maybe because of the heat. The doorman will call you a taxi, which can take a short wait. Milan is a great city and this hotel will help you understand why.

We loved this hotel! The location was within easy walking distance of shopping and great restaurants, and we even walked to the Duomo. We hit the spa every day and the treatments/therapists were fantastic. The pool and spa amenities were well done (and I'm a picky person with very high standards!). The concierge staff provided us with excellent recommendations. When we come back to Milan, this will be where we stay.

We were in search of a bottle of wine to purchase as a gift - the concierge (I don't recall his name at this moment) actually walked us to the wine shop! They had great recommendations of restaurants. And helped us with the car rental delivery - everything was seamless and made our stay so wonderful. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

We spent a weekend exploring Milan and stayed at this wonderful hotel. It is conveniently situated within a 15-20 minute walk of all the major sites and shopping districts The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was large and extremely comfortable.

Avoid This Hotel

It was a big letdown. We booked this hotel because it looked romantic and fancy--we had our 7-year-old daughter traveling with us, and we wanted her to go to a \"princessy\" palacial kind of place. But it was very disappointing. The food was horrible, and horrible, at 5 times the price outside in restaurants, where the food was much much better. The hotel restaurant managed to make my grilled vegetables taste like nothing. The atmosphere was stuffy and pretentious. Service was stony--no warmth. And, there were mosquitos in the room. Worst of all, we could not return the rental car, so had to leave the car at the hotel for one night. The charge was 50 Euros!!!

If you don't have to be at this hotel, don't go there.

The staff at the front desk and the concierge were very nice. We also ate in the restaurant and received very good service and food. The rooms were very well appointed with all of the conveniences. You will not be disappointed and I would definitely stay there again. You are in the heart of the city, very close to the main Duomo Cathedral. All of the main shopping is either walking distance or a 5 minute taxi ride. Very convenient location. We had a very short stay and I can not wait to return and spend more time.

What can I say?!!! We had a wonderful 2 night stay. The staff is so polite and courteous, The hotel is gorgeous. Bathrooms in the hotel rooms are huge and have a tub and shower! Toilet and shower are in separate area separated from the bathroom by a pocket door (nice touch!). There is an outdoor garden area for meals and drinks. Gym is large with free weights and many kinds of machines. Pool is indoor, but really large and lovely. Too many nice touches to mention.

Absolutely Beautiful Hotel!!

One of the Best Hotels we've ever stayed in! Room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Lobby is breath-takingly gorgeous in marble with a crystal chandelier.
Concierges were great with suggestions of things to do and places to eat. Hotel is ten minute walk to Duomo dedicated to St Mary of the Nativity, Castillo Sforzesco, and Galleria Vittorio. Perfectly located. Will definitely return here.

Beautiful hotel! Room and bathroom were very nice and the bed and pillows were great. We had room service one day and the breakfast was excellent and arrived at the requested time. We were very impressed as how they set up the breakfast in the room. The concierges were very helpful getting the tours we wanted to do. Also when we needed taxis the amount of time we waited was either 2 or 3 minutes. Cannot say enough about our stay in this hotel. It was excellent. I would recommend this hotel to everybody.

We could not have found a better hotel

We could not have found a better hotel for our visit to Milan. It was even more central to everything we wanted to do than I had thought. We travelled by taxi because of health problems with walking any distance to speak of, and were close to the high end shopping area, to the Piazza dei Duomo, to the Castello Sforzesco, and not too far from the Santa Maria della Grazie Refectory housing The Last Supper. This hotel has the most bucolic, beautiful setting in a metropolitan area imaginable. The design and decor is elegant, beautiful, and old world while having the most modern conveniences. Fabulous!

This was our most favorite hotel we have ever stayed in. we didn't wa t to leave. The spa is magical, and pure perfection. The sheets and the bed and the room as a whole was really perfect. On our way to a ski holiday in Savoy, we decided to celebrate Christmas In Palazzo Parigi in Milan. That was a fantastic decision. The hotel is extraordinary, one can rarely see such beautiful hotel interiors. Service was one of the best that we have ever experienced - and we travel some 120-150 days per year. Hotel staff is really interested to provide the best service and make the stay in the hotel a memorable experience. Location is really nice. Food is amazing - we had dinner on Christmas Eve and lunch on Christmas Day. And the pool and wellness area, as well as exercise area is also first class. Overall, we got fantastic deal for the price we paid.

Superb hotel in a perfect location.

Wonderful, fresh, great location! I will definitely return, as I have stayed at other hotels in the area and this one stands out. It is not very \"Italian\" if that is what you are looking for, but after staying at the Príncipe di Savoya many times, I did prefer the calm aesthetics of this hotel more.
The Spa was not fully opened, but I did go for a steam and a massage. The Spa is my only disappointment. It was a really fantastic massage, but the facilities are strange. The mix of styles from Italian, Maroccan, to I don't know what, is strange. In all other 5 star hotels I have stayed in in Europe the saunas are seperate from the pool areas, allowing you to have access to showers with ice cold water, and a relaxing area. Usually you should also be in a sauna naked with a towel. This set up was awkward, being in the pool area, so none of this was possible, and it was not a relaxing atmosphere.
The hotel room amenities are from Clarins, and for me, I would wish for something from Italy, preferably from an Organic and socially responsible company. Housekeeping even replaced our 1 time used soap and shower items with new ones the 1st morning! Unnecessary and wasteful:-((.
Staff and services were perfect. I am looking forward to going back.

Beautiful hotel...a hightlight of my trip to Milan

Wonderful experience. Room was lovely, bed very comfortable, well appointed bathroom. Staff was excellent. Concierge terrific. Went out of his way to connect us with a fabulous guide in Florence as well as make recommendations and reservations for lunch and dinner in Milan. The spa is serene, a wonderful respite from a day of hopping about the city. Equipment in gym is first rate.
Loved the lobby bar and restaurant, the decor, the food and the service. Looking forward to returning!

We have stayed at the Parigi for 3 nights and we have adored this hotel. We are world travellers and this is one hotel that is truly a 5 star and where the customer is treated like royalty. We booked a deluxe room and it was very spacious and the bathroom is large. I do not agree with some location comments. Actually, it is a 10 minute walk to the Cathedral and it is perfectly located to the Pinoteca di Brera museum (which is a must see) which is less than a 5 minute walk. In the \"Brera\" area you have wonderful patio/terrace restaurants where you could have a great typical casual Italian dinner. Our favourite spot was the \"Il Kaimano\": the fried calamari were outstanding so was the rest of our meal. For our trip, we had pre-booked our Expo ticket prior to our stay at the hotel. Even if we didn't purchase our entrance from the hotel the concierge still gave us their \"fast pass\" so we could skip the queue, which we did. That is typical of the service you will get at this hotel. The only negative is the cost of the breakfast (40 euro) and drinks. But you are just a few minutes walk from the Brera area and many coffee shops where you can get a good breakfast for a fraction of the price and later in the day have an appetizer sitting outside on a nice patio. All and all, we highly recommend this hotel if you are planning to stay in Milan.

A new hotel, which means partly unfinished.

A new hotel, which means partly unfinished. No carpets on the floor in the rooms, so you end up walking on cold stone. No weights. Room cleaning is irregular. The concierge seems to be just brushing clients off. However the design of the hotel is lovely, the breakfast area and the bar are well decorated. All in all not an impressive 5 star.

Also their Spa is still not open.

Not as good as it should be for the price

This is a very nice hotel with very nice staff. But it has some weaknesses that should not exist in this price range. The free Internet is very bad. It is slow and they tried to get you to purchase $24 a day high-speed Internet. You have to sign back into the Internet every time you go off-line. Very annoying. There was no sidetable on one side of our bed, no clock or radio in the room, no coffee maker. There is construction going on right now, but it was not very noisy.

Very nice. Close to the centre in such comfort

A very welcoming and accommodating staff. The standard of the executive room met my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised to return to a made bed in the evening. Staff were knowledgable about food, drinks and places to visit. All in all, a pleasant experience.
