fantastic location in Brera district of Milan with easy walking to many of the main attractions plus 3 minutes walk from M2 metro (Lanza stop). Air conditioning wasn’t great but we were not there at a time when it was really needed. Fantastic breakfasts to get the day started. Many restaurants and bars nearby for all tastes. Would absolutely recommend

This is our 3rd time staying here. Great location, staff go above and beyond. And this weekend they are opening a small bistro which will be great for pre dinner drinks or a light lunch, I’ll tell you once we’ve scoped it.

We stayed here for 8 nights in early March. It was one of the more expensive hotels but was worth it. The location is excellent; Just a short walk to restaurants, shops, sites and to the commuter train station. We enjoyed the excellent service. There was always someone to greet us at the hotel and the staff is always welcoming. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Our rooms had king size bed and we still had good space to move around. Wi-fi worked great. These little things just make the difference between stressed and stress-free. Suggestions? Slippers were provided but no robes. I would add drawers next to the beds. Otherwise, we were very comfortable and very happy with the accommodations.

The breakfast is in a basement and minimal one day the manager talked extremely loudly with the hostess. Plenty to eat just not great. The front desk staff is super friendly and location could not be better. I was on the second floor \"the quiet floor\" you can hear drinkers on the weekend till late and the tram almost all night long. If you like quiet this is not a hotel for you. All and all good for the rate.

Great little hotel in the center of Milan. Location is perfect—everything is just steps from the front door. Staff are incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. We were only in town for less than 24 hrs, so this was perfect for the price. We had to leave very early, before breakfast was available, and the overnight desk agent made us coffee and offered muffins. If you are planning to take a cab to/from MXP airport, let the hotel arrange it for you, and you will save a little money (the hotel charges 120 euros, independent cabs are around 135 euros).

Staff A+, the room beautiful, super clean; the breakfast was amazing and the people in the breakfast area were amazing as well.
But I wanted to mention that the room was hot, I called during the night and asked if the AC can be turned on to a cold temperature but I was told that there in Milan they don’t turn the AC on during this time of the year because it is cold, but it’s cold outside, not inside, I had to open a window, but the noise from the outside didn’t allow us to sleep.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. Easy access to all attractions.

Rosa in the breakfast restaurant was so lovely and made our breakfast experience perfect. Overall, the hotel was very clean. The location was perfect walking distance to almost everything. The room itself was quite spacious. However, it was starting to show its age. The bathroom was very worn and felt dated.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Unique hotel in Brera. The location was perfect—right in one of Milan’s most charming neighborhoods, with great shopping and restaurants just steps away, and within easy walking distance to the city’s main attractions. Our room was very quiet, which made for a restful stay, and the breakfast each morning was excellent. The staff was friendly and welcoming, though they weren’t always the most knowledgeable when it came to transportation details or restaurant recommendations. Overall, a comfortable and well-located choice in Milan.

We are world travelers been best hotels lounges etc . This boutique Hotel was everything plus . The Staff did make the experience fabulous from the scrumptious breakfast bake goods and fresh brew coffe onsite that will put Starbucks to shame . You ask and she make it for you onbthe spot Delightful staff . CLOSE to everything Duomo ,Castles , Via Dahte . Only thing that did not habe in Hotel was a freezer that i needed for my dry ice for my medication but they tried to help. The hard working housekeeping staff was pleasant and very attentative.
Overall they make a 5 days stay wonderfull , if you are a well travel and picky individual give them a tried .
Sometimes i can be a bit dramatic, picky and ask for many things this time was simple seamless and nice .
BTW their Linens were Ironed and so clean that was a treat to get ihto bed .
A SUPERB location .

Our suite room was spacious with four rooms in total, it included one bed room, one dining room, one room with a sofa bed and one large jacuzzi room plus two bathrooms, one is with a smaller jacuzzi and the another is with a shower. It looked nice and comfortable. The large Jacuzzi was very nice, we used everyday after a long day walking, we found it very relaxing, but the around the jacuzzi the floor was full of dust, I don’t understand why, and we didn’t ask for cleaning because it was optional to have room cleaned. Also, the first night we were in, I noticed the small bathroom’s barbican was full with papers in it. The dining room with four chairs around a round table, however, the table light was out of battery, we mentioned it to the front desk, they just said it needed to be charged, then no then. Also, the rooms was facing a court with all construction materials in it, it was quiet in the evening, but at 9 am, it started drilling. The shower room glass doors were derailed, we managed to put them back, and the bathroom doorframe was out, I think the maintenance team needed to check and make sure everything is in order. The breakfast was included which was nice. The area was full of good restaurants and we liked walking around.
I hate to give bad reviews and we liked some equipment, but I was hoping the bathrooms would have a bigger table with nice lighting, and I really want to have some facial tissues.

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique hotel in an amazing neighborhood. It’s simply charming. The rooms are gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious and the service is five stars. A very special thank you to Jackie, Daria, Rose and Luca.

The Unique Hotel has almost everything a traveler can ask for: a perfect location near many attractions, and great restaurants and shops; clean and comfortable rooms; and wonderful customer service. All of the staff were super welcoming and helpful. They also include a delicious breakfast (both continental with hot offerings included on a menu) in their restaurant in the lower level. The only thing I would have wanted is a self-service laundry on-site or nearby to wash some clothes at the end of my long voyage but you will be more than pleased if you stay in this hotel. I know I was!

I had the pleasure in The Unique hotel. Our first room was suite with a jacuzzi to which I would say is best for a couple only, not a family of 4. It needed upgrades and the toilet seats were uncomfortable. Also only had one shower. There is the sound of the train but that didn't bother us much bc it was not very loud but we are also from NYC and we are used to it.

After the suite we went to a regular room on the 2nd floor and this was much more comfortable. 2 separate rooms and very clean , toilet seats still uncomfortable and the showers would keep water in so you had to take a quick shower otherwise you will have a pool of water on the floor. The breakfast is in the basement with a small buffet of sweets and juices. If you wanted a hot breakfast it was a 10 euro pp fee and comparing to other hotels we had stayed in Italy I feel that it is unfair because we had a way better spread in other hotels at no extra cost. Also with all those pastries you would hope they would have a fitness center but they didn't. They did have a wellness spa which also was an extra expense.

Overall the location of the hotel
Is very convenient to site seeing and shopping. The neighborhood is nice and also nearby is a mini market and Farmacia. The hotel is clean but needs updates and small improvements, the staff is 10/10. They are all welcoming and kind. I would love to visit again if I needed to be central to everything again.

We were a family of 4 that got to experience a suite and regular room. Although the suite with jacuzzi looked nice the overall room was like a narrow maze and furniture was outdated and light in jacuzzi were working. The view from that room was of construction trash. The toilet seats in both rooms were uncomfortable and the showers didn't keep water in.

The Unique hotel is elegant and stunning. The staff are attentive, warm and helpful. The location of the hotel is unbeatable- it sits directly on the Italian riviera and the views are stunning. The rooms are neat and tidy. The restaurant in the hotel is exceptional with daily freshly caught fish and other Ligurian culinary delights. The buffet breakfast is magnificent and the coffee…..wonderful. I never want to leave. We will be back for sure.

The location was near a lot of subway stations and in a nice section of town. Mostly quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. My only issue was that the bathroom was very dark even with all the lights on which made it difficult to put on makeup, contacts, etc.
