The place was clean and the staff was very helpful. Four people can easily share the space. Shower head was a bit broken but worked. There are no blackouts on the window, so in the morning it gets really bright (being an eye mask!). Also the street is very loud. The staff kindly provided ear plugs, but the noise is worst during the day, so I slept fine. Great location too, very safe!

The room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes, which seemed like the proprietors tried to mask with strong cleaning products that also smelled terrible. I told them, and they denied it. There were cigarettes butts on the window sill. Generally it was very low quality given what we paid for it. Plastic couch and stained rug. It felt cheap and dirty

Very clean apartment! Loved that they had laundry in the suite! Its about a 22min walk to Duomo. Close by was some shopping, stores, restaurants and a Pam local. It was easy to navigate and we had someone meet us with the keys right at the apartment. It was spacious and had a little balcony.

Pros: Clean, modern, well-appointed rooms, fast wifi and comfortable beds. Cons: The check-in process was unnecessarily convoluted and hapless. No staff to greet anyone, getting into the property was so difficult, requiring paragraphs of information via WhatsApp to gain access to the room. Even when I specifically requested a staff member to check-in because I didn't feel confident sending them a picture of my passport online, they sent 2 randoms to my room, who took a picture of my passport on their iPhone and left. The check-in process was so difficult in fact that throughout my stay I had new guests ringing my room's intercom confused about how to access their rooms (my doorbell was at the top outside the building). If multiple groups of your guests are having trouble with your check-in process, then please change it. They're certainly charging enough to hire someone to remain on the ground and receive new guests. Ultimately, despite the beautiful room, it felt unsafe and very unprofessional.

This property is horrible. Complicated check in. No one on side for help. We suppose to have someone coming to clean the room but no one came. I asked for only change towels, it's take 4 hours to bring towels. Beware it's very bad services. Not friendly staff.

This property is perfectly located minutes walking from the Milan Duomo, Sforza Castle and Last Supper Monastery. Host is very responsive and the place was very nice just as described in the photos. Parking is a two blocks walk in case you are driving but otherwise our stay was perfect.

First of all, it wasn’t a luxury apartment. It was very old and some of things were not working. It was very noisy at night and early morning. We could hear motorists and garbage trucks noises every day at 5:30 am. Verdi1 bedroom was on the street side. We couldn’t get sleep. I told the manager on the first day that I want another apartment but she said all are booked. I don’t recommend this place at all.

The apartment is in a great location. It is within walking distance of activities. This is about the only good thing about it. No regular cleaning service. You will need to request cleaning and fresh towels. The hot water tank went out. We called to get it serviced and the rep was very rude complaining it was too early. We had no hot water and it was in the winter. We were supposed to get a partial refund, but they reneged because they said they came that morning to fix. But they only came because my wife kept pushing back to get it fixed. If you can find another place in the area book with the other place instead. By far, one of the worse customer service experiences.

It's important to mention that this isn't a hotel per se; they're more like apartments or studios. There's no reception or lobby. All coordination is handled by text messages/whatsapp/email , including check-in process and later the city tax payments, etc. The staff who checked me into the room were very friendly. The room is modern, well-appointed, and comfortable. The location is good.

We didn't find out exactly what happened but there was a bad smell at the entrance and in the bathroom area. Entering the room without permission and missing a few of our belongings were another incident. We reported this to the hotel management but let's see if they will return completely.

Host was very helpful. AC cool, provided us with espresso coffee and tea and water for each guest. They even give us toothbrushes and toothpaste.
If you come from the Cadorna train station, it will take 10mins walk. If you come from the central station, you can take the metro to the apartment and only 2mins walk from it, which is better if you have lots of luggage to drag.

Let me start by explaining that we had a totally different expectation of this lodging. We knew they were apartments but thought there was at least a lobby or front desk. Ended up arriving to a stand alone apartment building, with different entrances after the main door. Then having to go upstairs walking with all the luggage because the elevator is super tiny we wouldn’t fit. Then upon arrival, the apartment wasn’t ready for five guests. Coming from driving several hours, and tired, we were expecting a smoother check-in process. Anyhow, the staff was VERY KIND, attempting to solve the issues as they came up. We communicated diligently via WhatsApp.

We didn’t sleep too well the first night. This city seems to never sleep. We could hear from the window the passing of the cars the whole night. So the staff kindly moved us to another nearby location that was much calmer in terms of street noise. That was a SUPERB UPGRADE indeed!!! What a huge difference! 👏👏👏 It made the rest of our stay such a better and more memorable experience! Bravo!! 😀😀😀

I liked the size of the flat, the level of comfort of the beds. The location was also quite good. The shower was amazing. The check in process was a bit challenging. A bit of a mixed bag but nice overall

This two room apartment was a good fit for our family of four. Pluses - great location, lots of space, staff delivered our luggage from office to apartment in the end of the day. On the negative side - we were given wrong address for the apartment which resulted in some stress and waste of time, and hot water ran out after two people taking showers. While on a small street, it was pretty loud at night, likely because the old style windows did not shut completely. But the apartment itself was quite charming, a nice change from a generic hotel room. Overall, we felt we were getting good value with this place and were willing to put up with minor inconveniences in exchange for space and location.

The hotel is very nice and cozy. We felt really safe as you need a key to enter thru the gate, apartment building, and the apartment unit itself. The hotel is walking distance to a lot of famous sites, shops, and good restaurants. But before you leave the place, be sure you do a thorough check of your things to make sure you don't leave anything behind. We had a very early flight and had to leave the hotel at 4:00 am. We accidentally left a cell phone in our room but unfortunately, we were already outside of the apartment when we noticed it. Since we had to leave the keys in the apartment, we couldn't go back in to get it. And since it was 4:00 am, their office was closed. We called a couple of the numbers we had for them but could not get hold of anyone. I would like to highly recommend to the hotel that they provide an after office hours emergency number in cases like this. However, they were very helpful in helping us get our phone. From Milan, we flew to London and spent a week in London. We had some issues with UPS shipping the phone to our hotel in London but Antonio helped us clarify the issues with UPS. we were so happy when our phone was finally delivered to our hotel in London. Thank you again for the excellent service of the hotel staff.

Solid place in a residential area

The overall stay was good. AC is fantastic and beds are comfortable. Snacks provided and bath supplies too if you forgot stuff. Solid place.
The thing that totally messed me up in the beginning was finding the correct place. To start there is another Milan Royal Suites... on the opposite side of town! Then, since this management has properties on different streets and doesn’t assign it until the day before it was hard to get the message due to traveling and prepare ahead. That said, the manager came to find us and guided us to the right place. Thank goodness for cell phones.
This is also in a residential area of town. The walk to spots of interest is not bad because Milan is not very big, but the initial trek with all the luggage from the subway is no fun (get a taxi).

The customer service beforehand was excellent. The room itself was NOT the main stock photo on the listing. The room we were assigned was the size of a very small studio. It was clean and basic. It was just the two of us but the sofa bed had been pulled out/prepared so there was basically only standing room in the kitchenette area or we’d have to sit on the back to back beds. There was not enough room to open our suitcases on the floor so we used the other bed to hold our luggage. Bathroom set up was a bit odd as it was a narrow space leaving the shower and toilet cramped. However, it is a solid 4 out of 5 for being clean, good customer service and ease of check-in and out. Something to note: if you need to leave your luggage you will need to bring it across town to their main office and there is a city tax for each guest/night to be paid in cash at the time of check-in.

The Verdi apt is very spacious, plenty of room for a family of four. Located in a nice area of the city near Metro., beautiful building. The concierge communicated several times in advance and met us on time to show the unit. We appreciated the welcome.

Condition of unit is good in general, but shows sign of wear. Some minor repairs needed:
1. In main bedroom, several missing or broken slats in bed frame under mattress
2. Shower door track broken, closes but not all the way
3. Smaller toilet flush button broken ( larger one works still)

Overall, a good apartment for a few nights stay.

Very nice apt in an older building, which was a very nice touch, all the modern amenities but in a very nice older building. Check In and Check Out could not have been easier. Only bad part is there is no parking, nearest garage is about 1/2 mile walk, but only need to worry about that if your driving.

When booking property, Expedia shows their map location as near the train station. Upon arrival at the hotel, the owner informed us that this location is the check-in office only. The owner then scribbled directions on a sticky note to find our room on other side of town. Owner refused to refund payment so we could find a different hotel near train station.

Our stay in the Corso Magenta 62 apartment was great. Check-in was at the property which saved us having to trek around the city after our flight.
The trams are quite noisy every time they pass, but this was the only downside to the apartment - bring ear plugs like I did & you will sleep at ease!

Location is within reach of the city center...public transportation is accessible, however there should be a note to leave guest regarding obtaining the proper type of tickets for the subways, especially going pass the city border, the find is in the amount of 36 euros, a hefty fine compare to paying 1,90 euros...

Upon checking in I received a bent key and didnt think anything of it. Well the key broke and i was charged $120 to replace the lock. The funny thing is they didnt replace the lock they made a duplicate key. The last time i checked it didnt cost $120 to make a spair key!

The experience was not so good. The first night the air conditioning did not work due to which I had a sleepless night. It was really hard and the apartment manager could not do anything and maintenance guy could only come the next day. Secondly, the noise of the tram and cars was too loud in the apartment and being the bed next to the windows it became really noisy in the night and early morning to sleep. Lastly the location was a little away from the tourist places.

The apartment is at a very convenient location, near train station and 24-hour grocery store, next door to Maria delle Grazie. I highly recommend this apartment if you want to view 'the last supper' and if you haven't got a ticket. You can go around 7:45 in line to get the same day ticket. That's how we got our tickets by just walking down there from the apartment at 7:45am.
Check in is at apartment which made it quite easier. The hotel manager is very helpful, providing tips for location transportation, shopping, etc. While our stay, we have an urgent need to print some documents. The manager help print the paper without any service charge. Really appreciate. Apartment is clean and pleasing. Easy checkout by just leaving the key on table. Very convenient.
We enjoyed our stay.

Stayed in the big and airy Vivaldi Suite located conveniently close to the major sites, train station to the airport, and subway. Very clean and the kitchen contains all major basic appliances and utensils and even had water and snacks. Staff are super helpful. Weird sewer-like smell in the bathroom, particularly when you flush.

Great location

Great location and comfortable apartment. The only downside was the lack of cooking equipment- there was just one, enormous saucepan and a teapot with no lid - otherwise very good. Company made contact with us by text when we arrived at malpensa and the key handover was really simple. Would recommend unless you want to do any serious cooking.

Spring Break In Milan

Our stay at the Milan Royal Suites Magenta was quite pleasant. The accomodations are walking distance to Cardona metro station and the Malpensa Express which was extremely convenient. Our family was able to travel throughout the city including to Centrale train station for visits to Venice and Florence. Cleanliness was pleasant upon arrival however housekeeping is minimal at best. Our family was confused about trash service as this was not explained and in room signage stated guests would be charged upwards of $100 for trash cans left full in room. Staff was pleasant upon arrival and check in (which is a few miles away near Centrale station) however you don't interact with them much after that. All in all the facilities are well appointed, include all necessities, clean, welcoming and in the heart of Milan. No real complaints except that we couldn't stay longer!

Excellent location, friendly service.

Located next to Italy/Milan ministry of economics and very close to Sant Maria ( Last Supper Painting ), all key location can be reached within 30min on foot for jump into a taxi that will cost £12.

Antonio the guy incharge helped us throughout the stay, they don't have a manned reception but, provides an excellent service, connect him thorough Whatapp.

Appartmnet was excellent, sound proof is not perfect therefore, you might encounter some noise at night,
