Overall a nice place to stay. Close enough to train station and Duomo. Busy, which is good in a good way, I think. A lot of people hanging out in the bar area. The only thing I was not thrilled about is there was no hot water on the shower. That took 1 less star.

Well location itself and hotel isn’t bad. Front desk gave me a digital lock to the room. But once I get in, there is a person sleeping in the room. Not sure whether they know who are their guests and which room is occupied or not. I didn’t feel very safe after that incident. Luckily it just one night stay.

Great vibes, comfortable stay!

Ostello Bello Milano Duomo is in a great location with a short walk from the Duomo and right in the heart of the city with multiple trams that pass by to get you throughout the city.

The atmosphere is vibrant and welcoming, the check-in was great and the people working there are very friendly. The hostel has great perks like a free welcome drinks, daily activities, and all-day access to snacks and drinks in the communal kitchen. They have on-tap sparkling water!

My room was clean and comfortable with a great ensuite bathroom. This hostel has a great energy with great people and with all the added comfort. Absolutely would stay here again!

My favorite hostel I stayed at while in Italy! The facility was new and you could tell, it was high quality. The staff was very friendly. Everyone spoke English well and was very helpful. The bed was comfy and facilities were excellent. Only complaint was the street the hotel was on was dangerous, you can’t walk with headphones in or there’s a high chance you’ll get hit by a car… just be careful!

our room was very cold. We was unable to adjust our room temperature because it's centralized (control by the owner of the property). Bunk beds are rusted. No place to put luggages. No conditioner, No tissue, No cups, No shampoo. Guests have to collect all dirty bed linens and bring down to a receptionist desk before check-out. it is not a place to stay for a family. Love their staff! Welcome and friendly staff!

Fantastic location in walking distance to the Duomo and fashion district. Staff is friendly and inviting. They have themes every night -- I stumbled into a group of fun, drunk Italians singing the lyrics to 'Let It Go' from Disney's Frozen movie in the basement. Excellent hostel and vibe.

Amazing hostel! They provided healthy food and snacks, gave you a free drink when you arrived, had events for guests in the evening and a bar downstairs! The rooms were so clean and lovely, great bathroom with soap and places to put your stuff. They were only missing free towels, love it when a hostel can provide that.

I think the best part was the after hour events held in the basement. The slide out metal cages under the bunks had plenty of space for luggage and they are lockable. People like drinking in the street out front, but once you close the windows you can't hear them hardly at all. I stayed in the 8 person mixed gender room, and while being a male American, it was totally fine and didn't feel weird. Bathroom time was never an issue I felt like.

Super cool for a solo trip. Staff was really lovely and helpful about everything. Room gets cleaning everyday. Breakfast wasn’t super but it was enough. Overall it was a really good experience :) If I ever come back to Milan, I’ll definitely stay here one more time.

Lamentablemente no recibí mi shot de cortesia.
Durante la noche fue bastante helado, debes llevar extra abrigo.
El desayuno había: jugos, café, yogurth, croissant de chocolate y crema, queso, jamon, pan, huevos, salshichas, leche, cereal y otros.
El café durante el día no es gratis, hay que pagar, algo asi como 0.90 € no es caro, pero tampoco es gratis como dice en la descripción.
Está muy bien localizado, puedes llegar caminando a todas las atracciones de Milán.

Really good, central location, nice terraces. Good soundproofing in the private rooms (you can sleep even with the bar being noisy).
Although Milan is expensive overall, I'm not sure I wouldn't stay in a proper hotel next time for just a bit more - also considering the breakfast which was far from great.

This is my second time and will stay here again.

The only complain about this place is the noise from young people drinking, smoking and party all night.
This place is very generous with food, and drink.
The staff is wonderful, friendly, helpful and professional. Shout out to Chiara for going extra miles, above and beyond to insure my comfort during my stay.

Great hostel

Best hostel I’ve stayed at. The breakfast and dinner were wonderful. Some of the guest were a little loud late at night, but that’s not the hostels fault. The staff were so friendly and helpful with any questions I had. The location is in perfect walking distance to so many amazing things in Milan.

Hard to find check in. Its behind the bar. Staff the best in italy!!! Rooms clean and quiet. A little spendy. They gave me a beer at check in. Nice patio with hammocks. I hung out there and had a cigar!!!

Best Hostel Ever!

Ostello Bello is the best hostel I stayed in during my 2 week trip around Europe. They offer quite a few free amenities that many hostels don't have, even for a fee! The booking I selected offered free breakfast, free dinner, a free welcome drink, free WIFI, a free mobile hotspot for when I was out touring around, free towels and a free padlock! It really doesn't get much better than that, especially for the price. I met some great people at the hostel and it's walking distance from just about anything you'd want to do in Milan. I will definitely return!

Nice hostel 10 minutes walk from Duomo cathedral

The staff are very friendly, there is free breakfast and free dinner (mainly rice and pasta) also on the third floor there is a kitchen which has more free food. The rooms overlooking the street get very noisy even at all hours of the morning.... not just from other people staying there.

It was really fun! I stayed for 4 days, and met new friends everyday.
The breakfast and dinner was free which was great!
They even had a pantry and kitchen where you could help yourself for free.
The cleaning could be improved though, since there is 8 girls in one room, it needs to be cleaned daily.
I would definitely stay there again, thanks for the wonderful time!

Great place in the center of Milan

Loved this place. Very very friendly. Great location. Our double room was very quiet, even though there was a lively crowd out on the street every night. We really liked being able to walk out of our room to the kitchen across the hall to make tea in the evenings, or go downstairs to the bar and have a nightcap.

Cool hostel

This hostel is pretty cool. If you want to make new friends, just go hang out at the lobby which is also a bar/restaurant-ish and it's also open to public. I think there's a college nearby, so there are lots of college kids or just young people around this area. I thought the service was pretty good. The staff were super friendly.

The BEST hostel in the world!!!

Ostello Bello is THE hostel you need to go if you wanna enjoy Milano at it's best. The staff is so friendly omg?! Helder made me feel like home and Vanessa was such a sweet girl. They give you a free beer, all the food is included and they even give you a mobile wifi to bring with you during the day.

I've met so many friends, as a solo traveller I've never felt lonely! Super well located, the rooms are confortable and clean. You have your own charger station with light and USB plug.
I loved it so much staying there that I decided to book a second night!

Really cool vibes with great staff and facilities. For first time hostel stayers it's a gentle transition from hotels to hostels. The place is super safe and located in a really convenient location that you can walk anywhere. Only negative is that the beds are a little small and uncomfortable but nothing that you can't get over. Definitely would stay here again!

Great hostel just short walk from the Duomo (make sure you go to the right one as there is another near Centrale called Ostello Bello Grande owned by the same people).
Clean, comfortable beds & great showers. Welcome drink, breakfast and evening meal included in the cost per night so great value. Roof terrace & free food in the kitchen if you want to cook up some more pasta. Highly recommended

Fun experience

I don't have much experience staying in youth hostels, but I really enjoyed this one and would stay there again. I was warmly welcomed and someone immediately served me a cold beer, which was very much appreciated!
The place is very friendly and social. I'm an introvert, but I found it quite easy to chat with other guests and loved hearing about their travel experiences.
Most of my life I've camped or stayed in a tent when I travel. Now I'm older and am accustomed to hotel rooms that are quiet. I expected that by sharing a room with young people that there would a certain amount of noise, and indeed there was, but I can't blame them for wanting to stay up late and have fun. So even though I was woken up by people coming in late, I wasn't annoyed by it. My roommates were polite and respectful.
Next time I'll make sure I get a lower bunk! I'm getting too old to climb down gracefully.

Das Hostel machte einen sympathischen Eindruck, war sauber und das Personal war freundlich. Nur die Raumtemperatur war nicht optimal. Nachdem wir eine Nacht gefroren hatten, war es uns möglich, das Zimmer zu wechseln. Bei unserer Ankunft betrug die Temperatur dort nur 14 Grad. Es war nach 36 Stunden Geduld endlich auf 19 Grad erwärmt. Das Hostel ist bei höheren Temperaturen (wir waren im Februar dort) wirklich zu empfehlen.

esse foi o melhor disparado. eles tem 2 prédios, um recém comprado e estão reformando (mas está funcionando e foi o que fiquei). tudo funciona 24h, eles são SUPER solícitos em tudo. tem absolutamente tudo de graça no hostel: toalhas, maquinas de água filtrada, com gás, de cafés infinitos, chá... eles dão tb croissant, biscoitos, nutella de refil o dia inteiro no espaço de café e tem comidas de graça pra vc preparar (macarrão, molhos, temperos, vegetais, frutas...). se vc quiser nem precisa gastar com comida pq eles tem tudo.
é literalmente 5 mins do duomo, perto de tudo!!!
RECOMENDO DEMAIS MUITO!!!!! eles tem várias outras filiais pela itália e tb em outros países. vale a pena!!!
