Location is superb and the rooms are excellent. It seems to be an office block that's been converted into a hotel. Access is awkward (finding it, stairs, old and odd lift) but once in it's fine. There's no café, but there are plenty close by.

Small, Noisy and No Cafe!
Very small, no amenities at all—soap was so small it would slip through soap holder in shower, very old shower and bathroom. It is called BC Maison Bed & Cafe, but there is no cafe!! Coffee not needed as the area is SO noisy that you will wake when workers arrive at 6 in the morning !! Very noisy.

If you have a car, there is a self parking €30 a day.

Lighting very poor, bathroom grout disgusting, no place to put luggage except on floor had to get on knees to get items out of luggage unacceptable. Should have handicap bars in the shower. Extremely hard to move around the room. Did not feel secure in bldg without any staff around. Didnt provide us with 2 free water bottles like other places. Bottom line overpaid. Elevator doors are hazardous.

Definitely overrated
This place has changed its concept but forgot to make it known - although it's B&B there is no breakfast or any other food here. The only good thing about this place is its central location. Otherwise it very much looks and feels like a hostel although for 160 Euro/day this is a VERY expensive hostel. There is no one ever at the reception of this place, they gove you keys from the building, from the entry, from something else... At night the lift is not working so if your flight is early - tough, you carry your laggage down the stairs a long way. I would never ever stay at this or at a similar place again.

Sweet apartment
Sweet apartment (actually more like a large studio - the photos are a bit deceptive, it is just one room) within skipping distance of the Duomo. Not staffed all the time like a hotel would be but wasn't a huge problem apart from having to leave luggage unattended on the last day (it was fine!) Only issue is that the road it's on is very noisy in the early morning and the electric shutters from other flats are loud enough to wake you up too. This might be a problem throughout Milan though.

El lugar es acogedor, esta bien preparado y quien te recibe es muy amable. Eso si, hay que subir unas pocas escaleras para que lo tengas en cuenta si vas con muchas maletas. Habian lugares de comida muy cerca, estaba a unos pocos minutos de la Plaza del Duomo, si regreso a Milán, volvería a quedarme.

Um dos melhores hoteis que fiquei durante minha viagem. Cheguei na cidade dentro do horário de funcionamento da recepção, mas sem internet então a comunicação para check-in ficou prejudicada, mas foi tudo resolvido facilmente assim que consegui conexão para trocar mensagens de WhatsApp com o funcionário, que nos recebeu na portaria do prédio.
É super bem localizado. O quarto era limpo, confortável e tinha bom tamanho, assim como o banheiro. Os funcionários era atenciosos e prestativos e não tivemos nenhum problema durante toda a estadia.
Não é uma das melhores alternativas para quem precisa de acessibilidade, já que o prédio tem degraus em toda parte. Desde a entrada para a recepção até o caminho para o banheiro dentro do quarto. Talvez seja uma questão do próprio prédio, que por ser antigo foi adaptado com elevadores depois.

Bathroom was good(!) Otherwise was surprised there e.g. was no desk for working, currently I am at Hilton Milano working because it was not possible in the room or elsewhere in the place. Perhaps it is also so I did not thoroughly go through the specifications there are, and in the picture any table was not visible, so you could have guessed. The pics generally in these galleries are very nice, deviating from the more rough reality. Location ok. Compared to quality, the price of over 200 euros the second night is way too high. No breakfast or anything. Then again had you intepreted the name of the place, \"bed and cafe\", you could have guessed there is not breakfast.

Reservamos la habitacion con balcon y es exactamente igual a las fotos. El bano esta completamente renovado. Hay un mini bar y snacks, cafe y te gratis. A una cuadra del Duomo, hay una estacion de metro justo enfrente de este, asi que es muy conveniente. Hay elevador y escaleras, se pueden usar ambas, el lugar no tiene recepcion todo el dia pero es muy seguro (te dan llave para la puerta principal y la puerta de la calle) Tienen servicio de resguardo de equipaje. 100% regresaria y lo recomendaria

La persona addetta al ricevimento ha avuto un atteggiamento molto ostile. Mi è stato chiesto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno 2 volte, sia al check in, sia al check out. Sono rimasto molto dispiaciuto dall'atteggiamento di diffidenza.
La camera era molto rumorosa, non solo a causa dei rumori esterni, ma soprattutto a causa dei rumori provenienti dalla reception. La camera infatti si trovava di fronte alla reception e c'era un via vai di gente a tutte le ore.
Sia la TV, sia il condizionatore non funzionavano.
Sconsiglio vivamente questo alloggio.
