Amazing hotel, comfortable beds and beautiful room with amazing views. AC was so great and walking distance to everything. Parking is right around the corner and the rooftop restaurant was top notch!

STAY AWAY from this hotel if you are planning to relax and sleep through the night. We had the worst experience ever. The rooftop bar DJ would not stop all night and no one can do anything about it. The walls transfer noise of people talking and moving as if the party is in the room. We had a 17 hours flight the following day and we couldn't sleep. We complained five times that night that my kids are awake due to noise till 11:30pm when they should be in bed by 8:30pm. After two hours of complaining, they offered us to move to another room at 11:30pm. At that point the kids had fallen asleep and we had to be awake by 5:30am. It wasnt ideal to move. FOM the Manager was so unprofessional in addressing our complaint and it went to a deaf ears. We were told that the bar noise can run until after 1am. Why would you put a family with young kids who paid premium amount in such rooms without disclosing the correct information?

Great location, just a short walk from Piazza del Duomo

The hotel is in a fantastic location, less than a five-minute walk to Piazza del Duomo, which made it very convenient for sightseeing, restaurants, and exploring the area.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The only minor issue was the bathroom ventilation. There did not seem to be an exhaust fan, so after taking a bath, the room became very humid. When we opened the window to let the humidity out, many flies came into the room, so we had to keep the bathroom door closed most of the time.

One suggestion for future guests: avoid opening the windows if you do not want flies coming into the room. Aside from that, the location was excellent and very convenient.

Perfect location to the Duomo Milan and square. Breakfast buffet is awesome! Rooftop bar and restaurant is amazing! Metro station literally across the street!Ice only available with paid room service and no extra toilet paper left so we ran out twice! Used up Kleenex tissues and had to ask to replace.

We loved our stay in this hotel,spotless everywhere,the feeling is just amazing when you get back,its feels like home.Staff are very welcoming most especially the security,they greet you with their smiling faces.Breakfast is delicious and fresh which we all need to start our day.The roof is perfect to relax and unwind.
Our room is lovely and cozy,everytime we come back,the housekeeping staff makes it all clean and tidy for you,bed made perfectly and clean,towels changed everyday as well as the bathroom is spotless.I would love to come back if we do another trip to Milan.Best place and location.

The hotel marketed a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was false. We had to pay over 300$ for hotel transfers, that I was not expecting. Very disappointing in that regard.

The location was excellent and the rooms were sebaceous. It was very close to all the historic attractions and all within walking distance. The one thing was not convenient, is the noise coming out from the trains and the street and I believe they need to work better on sound isolation . generally speaking , we were happy and pleased.

The staff was very kind and helpful, but unfortunately the hotel itself is in very poor condition. The rooms are old, outdated, and clearly lacking proper maintenance.

We were charged an additional €80 to have a room where our 10-year-old son could sleep, which felt excessive and unfair given the condition of the room. On top of that, the room had no working air conditioning, and the issue was never resolved during our stay.

The only solution offered was to move us to a much smaller room where we would not fit comfortably, and that room was even older and in worse condition.

Another major issue was the very loud music coming from the 10th floor. We were staying on the 9th floor, and the noise could clearly be heard from our room, making it difficult to sleep.

For the nightly rate charged, the hotel is absolutely not worth it. The value for money is very poor, and I would not recommend staying here.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean and had an awesome view from our room on the fourth floor. The room also had very good blackout curtains because our room window was next to the hotel sign which stays lit until midnight. The breakfast buffet that was included with our room was excellent! The views from the rooftop bar were incredible, especially at sunset.

The only negative observations was that housekeeping did not replace all of our bath towels with new ones after removing the used ones. Also, housekeeping was inconsistent in replenishing our coffe pods on a daily basis… and we know how important it is to wake up to a great cup of coffee! The coffee pods by the way were delicious!

Beautiful hotel in a great location within walking distance of all the attractions in central Milan. The Concierge, Remo, was especially helpful and gave us a backup plan for a rail strike that occurred on the day we were traveling to Venice. The breakfast is great. You cannot go wrong with this hotel.

This place was terrible and I do not recommend. We arrived at 6 AM at the property and our room was not ready until 3 PM. Several guests that arrived before 3 PM were given rooms earlier for check in but they seemed annoyed that we kept asking. Terrible service. They told me I had an “upgraded room” and it was more outdated and worn down that the other normal room by family stayed at. My trip to Europe was amazing but this hotel was the only stay that was disappointing.

Nice place to stay in Milan near the Duomo. It was a little bougie for me but not something that would stop me from staying again. My only small complaint was that the bathroom is very small but that's minor in my book. The included breakfast can be delivered as room service for a very small fee and it was a very large amount of food of great quality.

Excelent location close to many attractions. Staff was very friendly and professional. Rooms are clean, though not very spacious, not even the suite that I booked.
Breakfast is average for the EUR 32. If you wanted an omelet or fried eggs, it was extra EUR 8. You leave with the impression that the hotel was trying to monetize small details such as when they knocked on our door to sale us coffee or water. Hotel lobby needs improvement. The hotel claims to have a rate discount with partner gym, but for EUR 35 a day, it does not look like a good deal.
Overall a bit pricey due to the highlited weaknesses.

Breakfast Amazing and also offer a takeout one but you order in advance.
Room awful not value for money tho clean smaller than we expected for a Executive room.
9th floor in a corner where the drainpipes were! so continual noise from the rain water even after rain had stopped. Would be better not to put people through the stress of being in this room when it is a 60th birthday celebration and the paying guest needs to sleep for health reasons and early travel we slept one night out of three nights stay.

On complaining we were ignored and found staff rude after three complaints,and a room visit to record the noise which the gentleman agreed was noisy
It would of been better customer service to move us for the last two nights.
I wrote a email to hotel whilst travelling to Laguna for the day I had no reply.
On returning to our room a token of bubbly and fruit which I thought was too little to late. We were so tired we drank one glass each the rest was left to go flat unfortunately with no apologies made .
Excellent location and most staff very obliging .
Aurora especially in the Rooftop terrace.

I’m very pleased that we chose this hotel and would recommend it to anyone staying in Milan. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and the amenities were much appreciated. We stayed in the junior suite on the 5th floor with a stunning view of the architecturally amazing building next door. Great location near the Duomo. The bar/restaurant on the 10th floor is convenient with an impressive view. We didn’t have the breakfast, but became a regular at a bistro next door. All in all, a wonderful hotel with welcoming staff.

Nice hotel and a good location. Good staff. Unfortunately, the bed was hard as a rock. My biggest complaint was that the air conditioning was computer controlled at the front desk. They couldn’t reduce our room temperature to less than 22 degrees C.
Must be much hotter in the summer. That’s why my rating of 3 stars.

We stayed in the Junior suite. It was spacious and clean. A couple of complaints was that we had to go to the front desk to remind them to clean our room. We had come back after lunch around 3 p.m. in the room was still not clean. The other complaint was the side we were on was next to the train which we could hear late in the night or early morning. Overall, the hotel of the breakfast was very nice.

This is a fantastic location and very close to many attractions and subways. The staff was mostly pleasant, but the only ones to greet you were front desk people. The property needs some updating. There was only a single power source adjacent to the bed, and it was USB-C. The air conditioning was not functioning properly. This probably sounds harsher than the experience I had, but it could be much better.

Clean rooms, spacious, lovely modern bathroom, a dividing wall between the two areas that provide privacy, tv’s for both areas, great front views, overall comfortable. Front of hotel, always greeted. Would have given 5* if it wasn’t for the lack of communication from management. The stay coincided with special family events, and I wanted to surprise the family on our arrival. I communicated on 3 separate occasions including using the Hotels.com. Had to ask for a robe for 3rd person.. Expected to pay for additional coffee capsules? Which was not fully replaced daily. Considering we paid over €400 per night?
