I booked this hotel because parking was a listed amenity, it was not. Room was also outdated with stained carpets.

We stayed for one night. The location of Maison Milano is excellent if you want to see the Duomo and shop, and the front desk staff is helpful. And although the bathroom was clean and a good size, the amenities are nice, the towels were large and fluffy, the carpeting in the first room we were shown was more than just dingy, it was outright dirty with bits and pieces of dirt that had not been vacuumed. The staff was helpful and changed our room, but the overall dinginess of the carpeting was very off-putting. The hotel does give you slippers, and the bedding was clean and pressed... but the room just felt dirty because of carpeting. Maybe they should change to flooring to a wood composite or something so that it is not so dingy and dirty in the hallways and bedrooms.

The property is located in a great area! The hotel is lacking in many ways. No restaurant. No breakfast. The carpet in our room was filthy dirty. I was very dissatisfied with the room especially with what we paid for the room. A small table in the lobby with a coffee pot was not satisfactory for the amount of money you pay. The pictures do not reflect the poor condition.

This was such a cute and quaint boutique hotel that was in the middle of the duomo plaza area. You can walk everywhere within the area and it was conveniently located right outside the beautiful cathedral. The staff were very friendly and even welcomed me with a glass of prosecco. AMAZING location just steps away from the Duomo and shopping gallery. Restaurants, souvenir shops, and other shopping just seconds away! The hotel staff is great! So friendly and helpful with getting taxis. When we arrived, we were greeted with a glass of champagne, which was really nice. I had a large beautiful room and bathroom with such a comfortable bed! My room had a small bottle of complimentary wine and water. There is a mini bar that you pay for and a coffee machine. The hotel has a small area in its lobby with complimentary pastries, juice, and coffee.
The lobby is a little tired and dirty looking, but the rooms were really large and so wonderful, that I could overlook that.

We had the superior double room. It was quite spacious for Europe. It is listed as a double bed, but it's actually a king bed. The bathroom was enormous, and had a stand up shower as well as a soaker tub. It also offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash, as well as hand lotion. Location was great, just steps to the Duomo and the Metro entrance. Walkable to the Brera district for better meal options. Easy walk to the Castello and Sempione Park. Carpets were stained, but we just wore the provided slippers. Good storage for luggage and belongings. Room had a mini bar that you could use for your own items as well as buy what they offer. Staff were incredibly helpful with recommendations, as well as printing off tickets for the football game we attended. Would definitely stay here again!

Hidden Gem in Duomo
This Boutique hotel is located directly across from the Duomo cathedral and all of the luxury shopping boutiques. The surrounding streets have hundreds of other well known shops and restaurants to choose from.
The hotel itself is intimate and quiet. The room was large by European standards with a king size bed, soft, clean linens and a beautiful balcony overlooking the street. The concierge’s at this hotel are phenomenal. I stayed for 4 nights and loved everything about the property.

First the good, the location is perfect, secondly, the staff were excellent - all friendly and helpful, suggesting good restaurants, making reservations etc. Was also a nice surprise to be upgraded to a Junior Suite.
Next, the average...Yes the suite was huge, but everything felt a little tired. Carpet needed a good clean, shower could be sealed better to not flood the bathroom and all the electric sockets need replacing. There were USB sockets in various spots but all broken, when unplugging the hairdryer the wall socket almost came of the wall with it. All the walls near the doors showed signs of damage from where the door handle has constantly hit the wall. These aren't all issues that would stop me staying or to not recommend the hotel, but in my opinion all these little issues don't quite make it the 4-star hotel that it claims to be or should be based on the excellent staff.
A few little tweaks and a bit of TLC and this would have received full marks from me all round.

UNA Experience in Milan
I have stayed at other UNA Hotels and found this one to be one of my favorites simply because the staff were so very friendly and helpful. Upon arrival I was offered a glass of Prosecco while we were given a rundown of the city, best places to eat, shop, and just walk. We took them up on their offer to make reservations for us, and were not disappointed, great food and again, very friendly staff. The service from the staff was exceptional. The room was comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.
