Wonderful staff and hotel, location is great. Right in the heart of everything but things really settle down after dinner on the street. Walkable to other great parts of Milan like Brera and the Navigli canals. We had the hotel organize transportation from the airport, everything went smoothly. First class place. Will stay here again.

The hotel was very nice and the location 100 meters from the Duomo and a Metro station can't be beat. The room itself was fine after figuring out a few things that keep the design clean (toilet paper behind a door in the wall, tissues in a drawer in the vanity, slightly awkward taps).

Worst location possible if you are a woman alone with heavy luggage as it is blocks away from uber drop off and right on the duomo plaza area. walls are practically nonexistent when it comes to sound from other rooms nearby. The breakfast is not worth it so don't add it. But design was stunning, service was great. So i would stay again.

The room was nice and clean. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My only complain is at night there was a weird smell of dirty waters. Maybe since the city is old that happens. Also I would’ve liked toiletries supplies in the bathroom like a toothbrush. Otherwise, good place and great location.

I liked nothing about this property. The loudest place I have ever stayed and staff seemed to not care about the screamng and shouting. The staff lied about fixing the air conditioning 2x. Room Service was like a fast food joint, plastic and food packets... If you do not mind staying up all night, this is the place for you.

My family (2x Daughters, 1x Wife) stayed for four nights in late October. The hotel is in an excellent location.

The hotel itself is Ok, but not amazing. The rooms are functional but the style is 'cold'. There are no draws, only space to hang clothes.

There is one plug per room, we booked two rooms. The mini bar is Ok, they provide coffee machine tablets but no coffee machine.

The bathroom floods, there are limited toiletries. It's an Ok 4* hotel, not ideal for a family in hindsight.

The staff are all very friendly and welcoming.

The location of the hotel can't be beat! We were 20 steps from the piazza. The hotel itself was so-so. It felt to me like they were trying for modern and just threw stuff together. Anyway, would i stay there again - probably not. The price was high and if I'm spending that kind of money i'll try a different hotel.

The hotel is a great location and the staff are really helpful and nice.
That’s about it .
The amount of dust from the suites we stayed in was absolutely ridiculous.
The concept of a design hotel is great but the layout of the rooms give dust a lot of spaces to hide. It was suffocating the amount of dust was in the rooms.
The washrooms were not functional / practical , they work but no vanity to rest your toiletries hot water was iffy and the floor was raised.
We had to be moved cause the shower broke in our initial suite which hotel concierge got us upgraded to a huge suit which was great. But more space for more dust , same issue with the washroom, this time the tub was leaky and there was just loads of dirt stains and cracked tiles.
The housekeeping in this hotel is horrible. Honesty the rating is just based on location and staff but to be honest they’re so many options in Milan I don’t think it’s worth it .

This hotel was in an amazing spot close to all sites… perfect location especially because we were only there for one day and one night.

There is valet parking but we had a hard time getting to the hotel with our vehicle so we found an offsite parking on our own

First the positives , the staff was excellent , very helpful and accommodating. And the bed was very comfortable , the location next to the Duomo was excellent .
The decor was a bit stark .Our first room was very dark , facing an internal courtyard of pipes and others rooms . No sunlight . We asked for a brighter room and the switched us right away to the front of the building which was better . The room itself was a cement block , all cement walls. The bed floated in the middle ,a desk was our headboard . No other furniture . The decor may have been chic and trendy ,but very bleak . The bathroom was all copper , floor to ceiling . Hard to tell if it was clean . The sink was small and the counter was knee high . Very difficult to use . The shower was good , but no shampoo or additional soap . When people are traveling for a long time ,they look forward to a comfortable room to come back to at the end of the day . This was not . Also ,room did not include breakfast ,and had to be ordered the night before if you wanted it . Strange . This type of hotel may appeal to some , but not to us .

Great location, weird hotel

Pros—located right by Duomo. You won’t need public restrooms, just walk back to your room. Staff was accommodating and friendly.
Cons—beds super hard, bathroom had no vanity counter. It’s very hard for women to put on makeup without a counter. Bathroom had a weird smell, that of sewage (like the toilet trap wasn’t sealing).

Overall the stay was okay. The location is the real selling point. The ultra modern design isn’t comfortable at all. With everything painted black, you can really see when walls, etc have dirty spots on them.

Love hotels who emphasise eco friendliness. Toiletries came in large formats to save plastics etc.

I was assigned a disabled friendly room, so it was very spacious, the only downside to it was that the shower area was not too enclosed (for disabled access) and made the floor very wet after showering. Apart from that, everything was good.

The location is great, you can’t get any closer to Duomo than this, but it’s also difficult to get access to taxis because of that.

Excellent service and cleanliness, loved the wonderful breakfast, and the staff was wonderful, they tried to please us all the way, beautiful hotel.
But very complicated to understand. The are very art deco, looks nice but you have to figure out where everything is.

No door knobs, the shower is weird, everything is hidden behind the walls, there is no carpet, its a basement cold floor, I don't know if I want to stay at this hotel.

Location was perfect, at the doorstep of the Duomo. The staff were always super friendly and helpful, especially with suggestions of where to go. We stayed during August when many restaraunts are closed for the holidays, so they were so helpful in recommending a place within walking distance that was open. The hotel was in an excellent location. We booked the superior suit which was more than enough for 3 ppl- with the third person having almost a room to himself. It is a bit modern in decor, not the classic type. I was a disappointed by the lack of bathroom amenities! For a hotel of this calibre I don’t want gigantic FAMILY SIZE bottles of 3 in one items! I expect the toiletries to be of at least of some sort of local brand nicely packaged not bought in bulk where U know everyone touched the bottle and the shampoo is your soap and body wash and hand wash all rolled in one!
Staff: generally speaking they are pleasant! Not all spoke English which was disappointing specially when the younger ones were the ones who did not speak it!
Location was GREAT. Windows not completely sound proof but not that bad either. Only INE ELEVATOR !

The worst was terrible choice or rather no choice of any kind of food as room service, and when we finally managed them to bring something to eat - it was poor quality, cheap mass produced things and out of massive menu - there was NOT ONE dish they could bring.
Absolutely disappointing state of this hotel and service here which is sad since I had stayed there before, few years back and it was great hiotel in great location

WOW!! This was one of the best hotel stays of my travels! AMAZING location one half block from the Metro and the Duomo. Fantastic staff who were SO helpful... gave us free breakfast on arrival after an all-nite flight, for one example! Room was so modern and efficient. Modern amenities. Great breakfast with variety, and mimosas included! Happening bar for those who want it, with outside apertivo, in the afternoon. I could go on and except for some happening music fairly late (we like to get to bed early, it was on at 10 PM?) there is literally nothing not perfect about this hotel!

The location was unbeatable. It is steps from the Milano Duomo. The interior is very modern and well appointed. What would make the rooms more functional is adding hooks and racks to hang towels closer to the shower as I ended up getting the bathroom floor all wet. The bathroom counter could also be at a higher height as it’s only 2-3 feet above the floor.

A nice hotel with friendly and welcoming staff. Also, the location is prime. The Duomo, Teatro alla Scala and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II are all within a short walking distance. Some, however, may find it challenging to cope with the noises from the surrounding areas, particularly from the bar downstairs, which could last until late night.

I was quite surprised by the good reviews for this hotel after my stay. Either that or I was unlucky??
The location is excellent, that is not debatable. However, after a long day there is a walk to the hotel. Taxis are unable to reach the hotel and so long as your navigation is correct it will take 5mins. Upon arrival the staff are excellent that can not be faulted. However, the lift is exceptionally slow!! And it squeaks, all I could hear from my room was the lift going up and down!! I had a room at the back and it was peaceful and quiet.
However, the air conditioning doesn’t work, you can hear it but I had it on 17 and was very hot still! I could not seem to locate the switch for the lights to the toilet and bathroom area which therefore was shining into the bedroom all night! The switches are very impractical!! The shower was cold, no hot water at all and although modern, the black design just masks a lot of dirt. The bath and sink were dirty when wiped with a white towel.
The breakfast is VERY basic. Just eggs and cold cuts.

Great hotel in a perfect location. Half a block from the stunning Duomo and a short stroll into Brera with all the shops and restaurants. Hotel rooms are really spacious, comfortable bed and clean modern fixtures. Breakfast is a great bonus and the staff are incredibly nice and helpful. Unbeatable location. Very friendly staff. Clean rooms with great bathrooms and size for Europe and comfortable bed.

Wait to talk to staff could be long as ofter there was only one person answering the phone and helping live customers. Advertised a bar but you had to go outside for it.

Overall, would stay again and definitely recommend it!

This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel, primarily due to its central location and within walking distance of shopping and historical sights. It is a modern hotel, but very dark in the hotel and in the rooms. You can open your window, which is nice, but this time it opened into an unsightly interior part of the hotel with almost no natural light. Some of the rooms have odd things such as a counter that is only about one foot off the ground, which is not convenient. The vanity mirror is so high that I could not use it and had to use the full-length mirror in the closet where it was dark. Also, there is no hair conditioner, just one thing you are to use for shampoo, conditioner and body wash so bring your own conditioner. Also, the hair dryer is awkward because you have to hold the on button the entire time you are drying your hair. The hotel has a very nice breakfast, but the wait staff are slow. On both visits, I found the front desk staff very friendly. This time, our rooms were not ready upon arrival, which was several hours after check in. They quickly remedied it for us after traveling from the US on a long flight. In weighing the pros and cons, I would still stay here again.

I loved the location, its a few steps to Duomo, Rinaacente and all other attractions of Milan.
The design of the hotel is beautiful.
We had an issue with the reservation, and the first night had to stay to a single room, instead of the double I paid for.
However we were told that for this problem, the hotel is willing to offer a night for free any time we coma back to Milan.

Nice location but the place is run down. The TV in the gym does not work. The ones in the room have international channels but they do not work. No signal. The layout of the room very weird and not functional. The best is their location.
