A little disappointed by the quality of the property as it was a little outdated and the linens not fully clean. I stayed for one night and though it was adequate i have paid the same amount for better quality in Milan city centre. Pros: staff were helpful, the breakfast was simple but good, the air con was quiet. Adequate for one night

The place overall is great, unfortunately for us there was a few issues. The room we stayed in was quite small very odd shaped room. The first night we got to our room the air conditioner didn't work. Seems it was a problem for many others as a few guests were in the lobby as well. The manager for the night left early and didn't seem to care to fix the problem. Then their elevator broke for two days. Then the AC got fixed, but the 2nd night it leaked all night actually damaging some of our clothing as it leaked all over it all night. I don't feel they were the best at customer service. I wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel near all the main attractions of Milan

I booked into this hotel for a short weekend away and hence I wanted a location near the main sites. Also, as I was planning to spend most of the day out and about there was no need for a large room. I booked into the small single room which was much cheaper than the other hotels nearby. The room was small but was very well designed so had more than enough storage space for a short trip, though it should be noted that you wouldn't be able to get a laptop into the room's safe.

The staff were all excellent and spoke perfect English.

The main drawback to the hotel is the soundproofing is poor, in particular, the noise from the corridors. It didn't overly bother me but if you are a light sleeper it is something to be wary of.

Room was relatively clean (cleaners left some rubbish on the floor and often forgot to replace toiletries), staff was very cordial and helpful. I was staying in a newly renovated room which was super nice. The hotel is not well insulated against outside noise or noise from the other rooms. But all in all very good.

Great Value and Great Location

The hotel was within walking distance of the centre of Milano, and a lovely walk it was past some great cafes and bakeries. Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The hotel was comfortable, with some dated yet charming features however more than comfortable. Showers were good, hot water not a problem, and WIFI connection stable and available in the entire hotel. We would stay again for the value price, and distance from the centre. Close to shops, transport and attractions.

My stay was 2 nights, and most of the time I stay out of room due to work and when i come back to hotel I just immediately. elevator is for 2 person with their luggage or 4 person without luggage, noisy corridor when someone walk you can hear it in the room. no pathway on the hotel gate to roll the luggage in/out of the hotel, along the hotel streets have narrow foot path and some ares even no foot path, no tea/coffee maker in the room

ideal hotel in centre of town

i was there for work so chose the hotel for convenience of location to office, but the time i had to look around i found it very well placed to walk around all the major sites and even some of the smaller surprises. it was quite at night which was nice when you see how busy other areas are at night.

The hotel is very well situated, in the centre of Milan...but that's about all the positive there is. The hotel is very old and the rooms very stuffy and could need some freshening up. One of our rooms smelled very badly of cigarette smoke and we had to change it. Breakfast wasn't great either, very little choice of fresh food (only one-serving cereal packs, crackers, cookies...no eggs, no cheese, etc.). I will definitely not come again.

This hotel is not four-star

If this is a four-star hotel, then I'm the Prince of Wales. During my two-night stay in September of 2015, the hotel's WiFi never worked for a single moment, which posed a substantial problem in that I needed to check in online for my international air flight and correspond by e-mail. (The staff told me that the WiFi system was broken.) Furthermore, the hotel does not have a computer or printer set up for guests' use. Many other features are substantially less than what you would expect from a four-star hotel. The staff was very nice and the hotel is located near many interesting downtown sites. Expedia needs to accurately classify this hotel (not four star) so that consumers can get a clear picture of what they're buying.

Good for the price

The room was not large, but comfortable enough.
The breakfast was decent, with pastries, yogurt, fruit, cereal, juice,
coffee, cheese, ham (and likely other things I don't recall) available.
The staff were helpful; the wifi worked. The hotel is in a pleasant
part of Milan, with nearby bars and panini places open late.

Good location but does not deserve 4 star rating

Nice quiet location in the heart of Milan in the old city. Breakfast was adequate. Hotel however does not feel like a four star hotel, more like 2 or 3 star. Shower was really small and with the shower curtain drawn it is close to impossible to move. Decent hotel but 4 star is overrated.

Inside the Innermost Ring

Small, boutique hotel inside of the innermost ring road around central Milan. Set in a leafy, quiet piazza, that would be Piazza Mentana of course, with a neighborhood outdoor pub that springs up towards 6pm, at least when the weather is nice. Walk to via Torino for shopping, towards the Duomo for sightseeing, or the Navigli district for nightlife.

The rooms are smallish, and my shower was phone booth like. Minimal but serviceable breakfast.

Out of date hotel with stuffy old reception. Single room which was a shoebox and quite claustaphobic. Shower was the narrowest I have ever experienced (and I've stayed at a lot of NY hotels )
Miserable waiter downstairs for breakfast. The whole experience was quite gloomy and depressing. Man at front desk was grumpy

Very friendly and helpful staff, and hotel conveniently located between Duomo and Santa Maria delle Grazie, but there was an unusual smell in the room and the room was small, even by European standards. The furniture was stained--I used the chair for my suitcase because I didn't want to sit on the chair--and the WiFi (8 Euros/day) wasn't 100% reliable. We were only there for 2 nights, arriving late the first night, on the run early until late the next day, and departing very early the following morning, so we only showered and slept in the rooms. As such, we just made do. If our circumstances were different, I would have requested a room change.

Staff was extremely polite and helpfull, friendly and attentive, no need to ask, service had been done already, luggage was brought up after storage… good tips, great and wide choice of breakfast

Details made the (small but efficient) room feel very delicately designed: dark lining in the bed linnens, embroidered towels, complementary earplugs and toothpaste, a fully equiped minibar, built in tv, small details but a very high standard.

I will defenitely be back!

Pas facile d'accès en voiture mais très bien situé (à moins de 15 mn à pied du Duomo), cet hôtel est un peu cher pour ce qu'il offre (mais nous sommes à Milan !). Déco et équipements modernes, sobres et élégants. Chambre pas très spacieuse pour un 4 étoiles ; salle de douche bien agencée mais assez petite. Propreté irréprochable. Personnel aimable. Petit déjeuner de qualité. Parking à proximité dans un garage privé pratiquant des tarifs à l'heure plutôt prohibitifs.
Je n'ai pas bien compris pourquoi l'hôtel ne m'a pas remis de facture en me renvoyant vers Expedia.

治安良く、アクセス良くスタッフが最高です

ミラノの中心大聖堂まで歩いて15分ほどの場所にあります
マルペンサエクスプレスが停車するカドルナ駅からも10分ほどで地下鉄やトラムも近く便利です。何よりスタッフの対応が素晴らしいく居心地良いです。
今回、改装した部屋を使えて快適でした。
今年の夏には、全ての部屋の改装が終わるとの事。

Ottima posizione vicinissima al cuore di Milano. Struttura elegante e confortevole. Camera spaziosa così come il bagno, tutto molto pulito. Ottima colazione a buffet. Personale nel complesso cortese e disponibile. Rapporto qualità-prezzo buono. Peccato solo per una cosa: avevo prenotato (mesi prima) una camera matrimoniale e mi è stata assegnata una doppia ... Ho fatto presente la cosa alla reception e mi è stato risposto \"Ma sì, tanto è lo stesso\"

Receptionisterna och städpersonalen var väldigt serviceinriktade och hjälpsamma. Jag anlände mitt i natten och togs snabbt och vänligt emot. Jag stannade tre nätter, och åt frukost på hotellet en dag. Frukosten skulle jag inte rekommendera. Även om det fanns ett brett utbud av kakor, pålägg och yoghurt, så saknades olika brödsorter och naturell yoghurt. Juicen var gjord på koncentrat. I området finns flera kaféer som erbjuder frukost med färskpressad juice, nygjord omelett och annat gott.
