Perfect location, 5 minutes walk from Cadorna train station (station for train from Milan Malpensa airport). 20 minute walk to the city centre (Duomo). A few eating places within a 5 minute walk. Staff lovely. Room fantastic, very warm and comfortable. Lots of USB points. Bathroom sparklingly clean with lots of hot water. Coffee machine and fridge. Comfy bed and very quiet. Not a traditional hotel with a lobby etc, it’s the whole 3rd floor of a building, but reception has someone there 24 hours. Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

Second time staying at this hotel. Close to metro station. You can take metro to Duomo which is 2nd or 3rd stop. Hotel is on 3rd floor but there is an elevator. Elevator is very small. The hotel is small. It is modern. It’s clean and safe.

Ok I guess we should have seen Google had this as a one star hotel but it was not a hotel. It was a hallways in an office building on the third floor with an elevator that felt like a death trap. At first thought the room was clean till noticed how moldy and black
The emergency cord in shower was. Couple that with how loud it was from train station in so glad we were barely there. Not to mention how expensive it was. On a positive note it was very close to station and the staff was super nice and sweet.
But it was more like an upscale
Overpriced hostel and really shouldn’t mislead us with a name like that

Staff barely spoke to us at check-in. I had to go down to reception as we couldn’t get the AC to work. The two members of staff just stared at me and one did something on a screen and said ‘it’s now working’ . There was no information about the WIFI in the room so my husband then had to go again to reception. He was told it was in a piece of paper in the room. When he said it wasn’t the staff member followed him to the room as though to prove a point. At one point she actually moved his case to find the price of paper. And no she couldn’t find the mystery piece of paper. We paid just over £260 at this so called luxury hotel but the room was very small, the bathroom door had a keyhole but no key, there was no glass in the room even if we did want to buy a drink from the mini bar, the mirror in the bathroom was so high I could just see the top of my head. If you call yourself a luxury hotel you need to have some facilities. on check out I voiced my concerns and the staff just looked surprised that I was complaining but no apology was forthcoming. The only good thing about the hotel was it was convenient for the train station.

There is nothing \"Luxury\" about this hotel. This is a hotel catfish. It is in an awful part of town, the rooms were not properly cleaned (there were red stains and hairs on our mattress when we arrived), and it appears to be a converted hostel.

The front desk staff were rude right off the bad. Our room wasn’t ready, even though we arrived an hour and a half after the check in time. The AC didn’t work in one of our rooms and the hotel made no effort to fix it. This was the middle of the summer and made our stag very uncomfortable. The hotel is located on the third floor of a building and there are only about 10 rooms so it felt very tight. Even though we payed for two of the same rooms, one of them was not a proper double. It was a single they shoved another bed into because they messed up our booking. Overall, I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Great Location!

We only had one night for our visit in Milan. The location was very good for our needs at it was very convenient for the train. We also appreciated the fact that we could bring our bags early in the day prior to check in so we could enjoy strolling around the city longer without worrying about our luggage. Very kind and courteous staff!

This is a really convenient and clean property right behind a main train station near the castle. It's a good walk to the main features of the downtown: Galleria, Duomo, Brera. I took Lime scooters to get around. The hotel is a one star, which means it is literally a room with a front desk. There are no places to sit, no lobby, nothing. But, that wasn't a big deal and Cadorna suited my needs perfectly.

This hotel occupies the third floor of an older commercial building directly in front of the Cardorna metro station. Other than rooms, there are no other hotel services, but that worked fine for us. There is a receptionist at the front desk who was helpful. The location is perfect and in the best neighborhood in Milan. There is both metro and streetcar service no more than 1/2 block away. Parking is problematic and we parked at a local public lot at $36 euros per day, but had to walk about four blocks to get there. Rooms were new and condition excellent. If you don't need a traditional full service hotel, this would work great. No noise at all from train station. Comfortable bed & bathroom. Excellent restaurants in the neighborhood.

Our stay at the Cadorna Luxury Hotel was great. It is literally steps from the Cadorna train station which was key to us as we needed to take the Malpensa Express from there to MXP T1. The receptionists provided great dining recommendations and also arranged taxis for us.

Not a full service hotel (no restaurant or bar) but for a clean place to spend the night with a location next to Cadorna train station, it was perfect for us. We came from Como by train and walked 1 minute to hotel. You need to ring bell at door to get entrance And Hotel is on 3rd floor ( there is an elevator). Next day walked 1 minute back to station to pick up train to Malpensa airport.

Self-service lift. Great location for metro and taxis. Very quiet even with train station behind the hotel-trains are electric and quiet. Walking distance to breakfast spots and restaurants and a shop with groceries and other items. No staff on duty after midnight til 8 AM. Street door locks and locked separate door on 3rd floor to all rooms. Close to several sights. Taxis not expensive.

AC not working. Staff ignoring / lying. Stay away!

Location great, but AC not working. Staff lying, issues ignored. NOT WORTH EUR 175 even for a night!!!!!! Room had 27 degrees on arrival and after leaving window open for entire night still 23 degrees at 4am in morning (when I got ready to leave). Could barely sleep from noise. I immediately complained upon arrival but was told that AC in none of the rooms working, just the radiators and recommended to open window. There was also no other room. I asked for refund for which I only received a smile from the lady. Upon coming home, I contacted hotel again, was ignored, then contacted hotels.com who talked to hotel. Sadly, hotel then said all AC working! Blandly lying!

Hotel was clean and recently renovated. Hotel was within walking distance from Duomo, other attractions and Cadorna train station. Hotel was located in an old building on the third floor. I did not see the building elevator moves. I would check with the hotel to check whether the elevator is working, if that concerns you. It did not concern me. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke great English. I would stay there again.

Me sorprendió positivamente este hotel. El hotel es muy pequeño y también sus cuartos. Sin embargo se ve que pensaron la funcionalidad y la distribución de las cosas muy muy bien. El hotel está dentro de un edificio muy bonito a un costado de la estación del tren. Se encuentra en el tercer piso y hay que entrar por un elevador antiguo. Pero desde la entrada, muestra detalles modernos como el acceso, el aire, y la funcionalidad de las cosas en el cuarto como el DND. La cama muy cómoda y buen entretenimiento en la TV.

Perfect for a quick stay if you are planning full day activities around the area. The only downside is the air conditioning takes a long time to cool the room even though the room is a relatively small. But this should be expected and for others don’t be surprised about this. It is very unpleasant when you need relief from a full day of activity under the sun.

À notre arrivée, l'ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas et nous avions 3 étages à monter. Il y avait aussi une odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain. Le contrôle de la température était très restreint. Mis à part cela, le reste était bien: bonne isolation du bruit considérant que notre chambre donnait directement sur la gare de trains, bon confort du lit, le bain a remous fonctionnait bien.

The hotel is in a great historic building. It’s 14 rooms and the rest of the building is offices and apartments. Rooms are modern with good beds - but small. Directional signs are poor. The street facing sign is less than 12 inches in a panel with office listings. You have to ring a doorbell to get into the building to register and then you can access with a key. Cross a courtyard and go up to the third floor to check in. Our room had so much heavy fragrance it was eye watering. But it may not always be that way.

If you are traveling out of Cadorna train station, this is the most convenient location! It's a very clean, simple hotel located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building. Overall everything was great, you can hear the trains slightly but the draw is to be close to the station. Shower, bed were all comfortable and roomy.

Rooms are fairly recently updated and the location is excellent, particularly for access to public transport. There are NO amenities to speak of. The entire hotel, as far as I could tell, consisted of a tiny reception area and then a hallway with maybe ten rooms total. I would definitely consider staying here again given the price/performance. All of this said, they really should remove the word \"luxury\" from the full name of the hotel. It's perfectly fine, and a good deal for the money but there ain't nothing luxurious about it.

The hotel seems to be officially categorized as a one-star hotel. The reception is about 5-10 square metres, on the 3rd floor. It doesn't feel much like a hotel. There is a tiny reception desk and then a hallway with 10-15 rooms. But I would most likely stay here again as price/performance is good. In the hotel's title, \"Luxury\" is a misnomer. It's very simple, clean, comfortable, but there really ain't nothin' luxury about this place.

Room was too small. Elevator doors makes noise and too old feels like it’s gonna collapse anytime. Television all in Italian language. The tub was clogged I have to open it to be able to let the water flow properly. Everything in the room excluding the lights are under remote control with the keys inside or else nothings gonna work. It was hot inside too
And I keep asking for the receptionist to fix the control for they have it with them in the desk. Too expensive for that small room with limited towels, shampoo, soap, o have to ask for more. Not worth it

Our initial assessment of this property was it was better than expected. We had limited experience with this kind of boutique, small quantity of rooms, multi-use building properties. We found the rooms to be very clean, newly renovated, excellent shape and comfortable. Location is convenient to transportation and overall well-located.
However, our experience was challenging in two aspects related to the lack of an around-the-clock front desk. First, they require you to provide a time of arrival to them and if you're uncertain, there will be multiple communications on the question until you have one. Secondly, the air conditioning in one of our rooms stopped working overnight and there wasn't a clear path to resolution absent an immediate desk contact.
I would recommend the property, but make sure you have a clear answer on how to resolve any issues that might occur when the desk is closed.

Although beds and pillows are comfortable and it is well located, the rooms don’t have a proper blackout, one can hear noises from the adjacent room and staff was not particularly helpful, among other things. Great service from beginning to end!! My party arrived in Milan early in the morning, check in was at 2pm and the hotel provided us with the ability to drop off our luggage. In addition, once the room was ready the hotel staff paced our luggage into our rooms. The staff also assisted us in figuring out how to us the metro station and times shops open and close. The room was spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

A tiny hotel and so close to the train station

This hotel is very close to the train station which make it so easy to go commute from and to Malpensa airport. This hotel is inside an old, multi purpose building. The rooms are modern and clean. The girls work at the front desk are not friendly at all.

The location was wonderful. Very convenient to the Cadorna train/metro that made getting around town easy. We had trouble with the air conditioning and the room got very warm at night. They were also a bit stingy with the toilet paper, we had to ask for new rolls rather than having extra in the room. Room was very clean and the staff friendly.

The rooms are located on the third floor of the building.
Very clean and cosy. Beds comfortable. Good shower.

Lovely small hotel on third (and it seems second) floor of old Milan building in central location close to Cardona Station, last stop for Malpensa Airport Express. Reception very friendly, excellent English.
Spacious room with good size desk, very good WiFi and excellent air con. Good bathroom, but shower cubicle rather small. Unfortunately no lobby area to relax in. Would stay again.

The property is very new and clean, it's on the third floor of a grand old building, the staff are very friendly and generally there is a nice vibe about the place. Extremely easy to get to Malpensa Airport and the area is quite elegant.

Such a nice hotel steps from a major train station - Cadorna. Easy to get to from other parts of Milan via the Metro, and easy to get to Malpensa via the Malpensa Express. The hotel itself was spotless and nicely designed. The staff at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. We would definitely stay here again! Great restaurants nearby include - De Cecco and Miscusi.

The hotel itself is lovely, very new and clean however the air-conditioning was not working (in the booking it says there is AC) - the lady at the reception said it hasn't been put in. It got over 28°C in my room in the evening, I opened the windows but it was loud outside, also a mosquito came in so it kept me up all night.
I would recommend only if they have resolved the AC issue.

This location was unbeatable for us! Just a few steps from the Cadorna train station and because the Italian trains are so quiet we never heard a single train from our room. The staff was very friendly and the room very clean. I would stay again, especially for the price!
