Perfect location, perfect receptionists, perfect bell boy, perfect restaurant.
Although the in room dining i ordered American breakfast for once and I only got a scrambled egg, a milk, and 2 pcs of bakeries. The hash brown, grilled tomato, ham, and yogurt were all missing. Donno what happened.

Fantastic service, beautiful room, great location

Superior service from all the staff. Friendly, effective, efficient, and accurate. The room was fantastic, with a free upgrade, probably because I stayed several days. The hotel location is fantastic, with the most exclusive shops just around the corner, and many more within ten minutes walking.

We stayed in a “newer room” I was not impressed the furniture was dinged and scraped. Alarms from stores went off all night. I love a good room and I wasn’t impressed with this hotel. Four seasons has a level of grand and impressive and this one was not. Breakfast was great though and staff were nice.

Great location, good food. Rooms are comfortable, our suite was spacious and nice but view was terrible for $1200 a night. We stay there almost every year and I am a Expedia gold member but it didn’t mean a thing to them. Very disappointed that they don’t even have loyalty for the returning guests. Otherwise all was great.

Worst Four seasons I have ever seen in my life! Furniture OLD!! Housekeeping was not clean and unprofessional!
Location is amazing I can say that is only advantage and the rest i can rate it as 1 star hotel!

excellent location within the fashion district, 3 mins walk from subway and all within walking distance to the city centre of Duomo. Staff was friendly and helpful, use of spa facilities and pool was immaculate. The restaurant served excellent food till late. Price is on the high side but this is FS. Overall it is exceptional.

Incomparable in terms of location and class

Perfect location in a quiet street. The luxury factor is more discreet, classy, traditional than opulent. Has a relaxed vibe in keeping with its historic setting in a converted convent, Italian designed garden as its centre-piece, and some frescoes to complete the scene. It is an oasis of calm in an historic setting. Staff members are efficient and half way through our 7 night stay knew us us well enough to greet us by name frequently. The room showers could do with slight refurbishment. Others a perfect stay.

Right after check in, a women work with concierge told us, there are no restaurants open after 2pm, actually we found out it’s not true. She said you only can eat at the restaurant in the hotel, songs like we don’t have choice. The restaurant serves is poor, food is not good as respect. Also Pillows are very uncomfortable.

Fantastic location!

Overall everything was great except the food at the hotel and the resturant for dinner at the hotel. We were so looking forward to our dinner since chef Vito at four season in Florence is incredible and he was not there that night...we ordersed pasta and the beef filet for two...the meat was so chewy and hard that even the nife could not cut it. We complained about it but the manager could care less. We paid $300.00 for untouched meat. Our dinner experience and bf was so bad that we just ate out the remaining time there. Spa and swimming pool was great. Location is the best of all, close to all the high ends shops.

Staff seems polite but not too warm.
Supplemental amenities were not very regular and had to ask for them. Laundry requirements as stated in English were very hard to understand with translations. But the stay was excellent and I would definitely stay there again. Food was excellent. Plush hotel with only a few restaurants in a great shopping area.

From the moment we pulled in, we were greeted by valet and then by the front desk at check in. What really makes this hotel is the staff...they are great! I even left a very nice belt in the room, which they sent back to me next day.

This hotel needs no review as it is perfect in everyway. The staff is exquisite and the word \"NO\" does not exist. Nicola' the concierge and Luca in charge of the bar staff were particularly helpful. The restaurant, gardens and overall facilities are exceptional.

Beautiful hotel in Milan's best shopping area

Upon arrival, I was upgraded which is always a nice touch. The staff were very helpful in explaining the hotel's amenities, layout and getting my things to the room. The restaurant food is great, if not a little overpriced (9 Euros for toast). The hotel does not give the feeling of being in the center of a major city and the best shopping in Milan is literally at the door step. The room was very quiet - I didn't hear a thing all night. The courtyard area is beautiful and very relaxing. We didn't visit the pool or spa (but will next time). The concierge service is extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure our restaurant reservations were sorted, the taxis booked, etc. If I had to make a minor complaint, it would be that we had to ask for things two or three times in the restaurant until it finally was done (milk for tea, etc) and it was often difficult to get ahold of a waiter to order a drink at the bar late at night, although there weren't that many customers there. Overall, it was great and ideally located for what I wanted to do (shop and go to nice restaurants!).

Stylish hotel very central to fashion district

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the fashion district and within walking distance of the Duomo, La Scala and some wonderful restaurants. Also easy to get to the lakes and canals for day trips. Only issues were the mosquitos (the staff warn you about them on arrival!) and although I didn't see any, I did get bitten a lot. I also didn't think the service was quite what you expect from the Four Seasons brand - there is only one outside garden area and some staff would not let us sit out there despite it being half-empty, but other staff members would - it was a bit hit and miss. Some of the staff were very accommodating, friendly and couldn't do enough for you, but others needed to life their game a bit. Overall a lovely trip though!

can't beat the location for those who want to shop the brand name stores.

An idyllic stay at probably the best hotel in town, a helping hand at any request, a relaxing atmosphere just meters away from great shopping frenzy. The spa is a royal treat, the pool in particular. Just to mention room on the street can be noisy in early morning

I am not able to stay in hotels of this quality often, I saved hard to treat my Fiance to her birthday (a big one ending in a 0!)

The quality is evident, the staff helpful and thoughtful, the room amazing. Every little thing is thought of and met. We had a lovely time and my Fiance will remember it forever.
