Great location and great price. The breakfast was also decent with bacon, eggs and hashbrowns. I only wish they wouldn't charge separately for parking. Adding parking to the room bill wasn't the most convenient experience because you have to do it yourself with your mobile phone and the app didn't recognize my full last name, so it took a good 10 minutes to figure things out.

Absolutely loved our stay here, everything ran smoothly and well, my only hang up is that I want to know incidental charge holds and that we have to pay for parking up front. That was nowhere in the details on hotels.com so I give 4 stars. But we would stay here again now knowing better what all to expect. It was 15$/night for parking and a 100$ hold that has not fallen off of my card yet. And they told me it would be instant.

The staff was very helpful. The hotel and bedrooms were very clean, no dust on the plants in lobby, the bathroom was mold free, and the breakfast dinning area was clean. The free breakfast had options for gluten free, dairy free people which never happens at hotels. Pleasantly pleased.

We often stay at the Ayres because it's comfortable. The beds and pillows are comfortable, the rooms are clean, it's quiet and easy parking and close to the freeway. Front desk staff are always professional and nice. Small hotel improvements: 1) the layout of the bathroom area is not user friendly. The wide bathroom door swings open so if a person is at the sink outside of the toilet and shower room, they have to move completely away from the sink to let the person out of the bathroom. Also, the bathroom's fan turns on automatically if you turn on its light, so if you need to use the restroom at night and turn on the light, it's noisy for others who are sleeping. Lastly, the air conditioner in the room is a must but it's just like most hotels; it's kinda loud. Otherwise, we continue to stay because it is comfortable and the price is good.

Once we got there, the front desk staff had a smile and were absolutely friendly and attentive. Our room was clean but the bathroom shower seemed to be only shower floor clean. Not that big of an issue cause its a shower, I only bring it up because I want to be transparent. The beds were comfy and pillows just right. The TV had issues with the picture, once reported, maintenance was there in less then 5 mins with a new TV, that TV was bad and he returned a few mins later with another TV. The breakfast was great, a mix of hot and cold, cooked fresh everyday. The attendants for the breakfast were amazing, friendly and attentive. Always smiling and willing to help. There is a night reception deal that had some snacks and non alcoholic drinks. Over all, I will stay here again when im in town. For the price and service, id think it was a more expensive place. Thanks to the staff at the Ayres.

The hotel was okay for me nothing impressive. The free buffet breakfast was disappointing. Fake powder eggs and overcooked sausages. I asked the staff if they have real eggs and said no.

Also room next to me was very noisy at all times including early morning hours. Front desk said they we sold out and cannot move. However there were few rooms available on the app for same nights. Not great experience for higher rated hotel

The AC unit was sparking and smelling like it was on fire, woke us up around 5am. We called the front desk and they said it was breakfast burning, even after we told them we saw sparks. They said they would send maintenance in an hour, nobody showed up after two hours. We had unplugged it and eventually went to the front desk for a room change. The whole experience was not handled well. We have stayed here in the past and we have noticed the breakfast quality has decreased over time. The beds were also very firm.

Check in was ok. I was aware that we would have to pay for parking, but you have to use a separate app to do that. I found that annoying and it was not explained well. Especially annoying when the person checking in beside you got complimentary parking. The room itself was large and clean. Breakfast had alot of options and was freshly cooked.

We arrived on a Friday at about 230 am. As a family, we checked into a room with the hope of separating into different rooms on Saturday. The hotel staff was aware of the plan. However, the hotel staff wanted us to vacate our current room at 11 am, though our new rooms were not ready. I tried to let him know we were tired and that it wasn't our fault their rooms weren't ready at the time of the switch, but he was so rude.

Staff was amazing I got there earlier than expected and they let us check in early and didn’t change us a parking fee because we were there on an emergency visit to see someone in the hospital. Staff was very nice and hotel was very clean I highly recommend this hotel and if we need to go back will definitely stay there again.

I do not like paying for parking. An employee let me know the 5 nights stay was 1/2 price.
The location is close to theme parks and lots of shopping.\, just not too many restaurants.

We made reservations and it didn't mention anything about you have to pay for parking? When we got to hotel check in is when they told us. One would think if your staying at a hotel you had paid for that 1 parking spot would be included for your stay. The walls are very thin, 1st night was awoken to a bunch of kids jumping and yelling at midnight, not much sleep. Thankfully the next day they checked out, so our 2nd night was more quiet for sleeping.

My favorite hotel in Anaheim! This is my second time staying here and I think I will be staying here each time I visit Anaheim. The staff is incredibly kind and friendly and the rooms are very spacious and clean. $15 a night for parking is on the lower end compared to other properties and the complimentary breakfast is always a plus.

All the staff was very friendly. Included self serve breakfast was very good and included scrambled eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, hash browns, bagels, pastries, apples, oranges, bananas, melon and cantaloupe, cereal, juice, tea and coffee. The air conditioner in our room was a wall unit (mini split?) and the temperature was hard to regulate. When I saw the wall unit A/C, I took the bed next to the the A/C knowing that it would get very cool as the unit was running.

We came in June 5-June 7 for a wedding, and the hotel beyond met our expectations. The staff was amazing, and the room was immaculate. It is close to Disneyland, and I must say, being off the main strip, the hotel was a lot calmer and more relaxed. We would definitely stay again

Loved this property. Very clean, quiet and liked the decor. My King studio was roomy and bed comfortable. Good value for the cost. I used the pool, guest laundry and had the complimentary breakfast and coffee. Will definitely stay here again. The stay was on point for the Ayres brand.

The street noise was so loud, sirens and cars were constantly blaring all through the night. I tried to keep the air running to muffle the noise but it frequently shut off. I had asked at check-in if I could get a room furthest away from the street but she was unable to accommodate me with that. I had stayed here once before and had the same problem. I did not sleep well and felt very unrested after a very disruptive night of street noise. Beautiful hotel but I won’t be staying here again knowing I can’t get a restful night of sleep.

This place is always my go to when I travel back to see the in-laws. Always top quality service and the rooms were clean and spacious. It's close enough to Disneyland where you're only a 10 minute ride away, but far enough that you don't have to deal with the crowds and traffic. Best part is the price. You're not paying those outrageous prices you would for anything around the park, but you are definitely getting something that is better quality. You also have reasonable fees for parking and a free breakfast which is excellent. Clean and spacious dining area and all kinds of options. I would definitely recommend if you are planning a trip to Disneyland.

When you like a place that's clean...convenient to Disneyland yet away from higher prices..try this place. The lobby alone was impressive! Youre welcomed mid day by a fresh icy lemonade or hot coffee/tea. The breakfast was nice and assorted. Staff was friendly and unintrusive. The rooms were roomy and designed for comfort. I'll be back!

My stay at Ayers Hotel was excellent from beginning to end. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and the staff provided outstanding customer service throughout my visit.
