Reception couldn't quote extension rates - I asked the front desk about extending my stay for one more night. It was a great stay. Wonderful staff and the breakfast buffet was amazing.
Only issues were there was water damage on the ceiling in the bathroom which could turn moldy that was just painted over and there was a dog in the back of the hotel that barked for hours upon hours all throughout the night. The air conditioning also did not work well so it was pretty hot and difficult to sleep

The hotel was very clean and it has a big parking lot. The room was comfortable. All the towels and extra pillows were in plastic bags. The shower was very good. The breakfast could be better, pancakes were very dry. The staff was helpful and friendly. If we come back to Ankara, we definetely would like to stay here again.

The reception printed few documents for free. The room service provided cups, utensils and towels anytime we called. We booked a month ago for a family of 4..requested 2 queen beds, upon arrival they had us a \"the largest room\" which was a queen bed with pull out sofa with NO walking space. Great clean place. Staff trying so hard to please guests. In a good business area lots of restaurants and cafes around. Had some sewage back up smell issue in my room they offered to change room immediately but was leaving next day I chose not to. Overall excellent place to stay and excellent amenities including safe, mini bar and kettle. I asked for iron and they provide right away. Excellent amenities to business people as well. Thanks to all Staff!
