Overall, it’s a good hotel, clean and comfortable, but it falls a bit short of true 5-star standards. There are no American style electrical outlets, and the materials, such as toilet paper and towels, are very low quality.

Sadece akşam birkaç kez meyve ve çay sipariş ettim, bize getiren arkadaşın otelcilik konusunda çok fazla tecrübesi yoktu. Misafirlerle daha saygılı bir şekilde iletişim kurmaya biraz daha özen göstermeleri gerekiyor.

To sum up my experience, \"The hotel was nice, but it didn't meet the five-star requirements. It seemed a bit old, and the rooms had a strong, stinky perfume smell. I asked the front desk for help on carrying my luggage to my room but he ignored and said we don’t have anyone to help. The decor didn't match the pictures and advertisements. However, the breakfast buffet was good and tasty. Overall, I'd rate it as a three-star hotel.\"

Great choice

it was a great choice to spend one night in this hotel during my road trip in Turkey, Spacious rooms, so clean and feels like home. Really comfortable bed
The staff are very friendly and speaks English.
The only thing that needs improvement is the breakfast buffet, they don't have juice and omelet. Other than that the breakfast is just fine.

We are 3 persons all are adults while the room is double room with one double bed and sofa bed too small for adults.
We asked for a solution they sent us a mattress and the 3rd adult sleep on the floor.

Almost everything was great about the hotel. If I want to complain, the bar at the terrace was not working during my stay but may be it's because the season or the covid-19 related matter. Location of the hotel suits for me perfectly as I had a meeting nearby however it's not very close to the city center. It's like business area I suppose.

Open buffet breakfast was delicious, personnel at lobby and restaurant were nice and welcoming. Definitely suggest it especially if you need to be in that area of Ankara

Great place to stay.

The valet service is great. The staff very friendly. Food breakfast was excellent the first day and ok the next. I think different chefs. Also, room service food was okey but I think it's a chef issue.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel and it's staff. Front desk, manager, food services all bend over backwards for your needs. I am here for 5 days and can tell from a lot of travel experience this is definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

I scratched my hand when I arrived at the hotel and there was blood on the bed sheet. When they cleaned the room the next day, they tidied it up and when I lifted the blanket I saw my own blood on the bedsheet. They never replaced the bed sheet.

My main issue was the difficulty i experienced communicating with the staff. No one spoke english, and I had to go through loops to order a bottle of water!
The hotel itself is clean, and decent. The towels however are thorn.

Great hotel in a good location.

This was a lovely comfortable hotel, and it made our time in Ankara really easy. The staff were lovely, the bed was comfy, and the room itself had loads of space. The breakfast was fantastic - a huge variety of yummy treats. We found the location really convenient for everything we needed. Would recommend

Oda temiz ve düzenliydi. Otelin konumu gereği, Konya Yolu'nun, zaman içinde artmış olan olağanüstü trafiği günün her saatinde büyük bir fon gürültüsüne neden oluyor. Ancak bu açıdan otelin kendisiyle ilgili bir sorun görmedim.
Çalışanlar genel olarak nazik ve yapıcı bir tutum içindeydiler. Resepsiyon ve temizlik personelini özellikle takdir ettim. Ancak maalesef kahvaltı salonundaki personel için aynı kanaate sahip değilim. Kahvaltının sabah 07:00'de başladığı bana yazılı ve sözlü olarak bildirildi. Ben de işim gereği mümkün olan en erken saatte kahvaltıya gitmek istediğim için 07:05'te kahvaltı salonuna gittim. Salonda o sırada görevli personel yoktu. Yalnızca yüzü giriş kapısına dönük, girişteki masada oturan, cep telefonuyla oynamaya dalmış bir şahıs vardı. Yanından geçip salona girdim. Varlığımı fark etmedi. Ben de kendisini müşteri zannettim. Yiyecekler büfeye dizilmiş, ancak servis kaşık veya çatalları yerleştirilmemişti. Bir tabak alıp kahvaltı tabağıma yiyecek almaya yeltendiğim zaman bunu uygun şekilde nasıl yapacağımı düşünmeye başladım. O sırada salona giren üniformalı bir mutfak görevlisi hızla servis çatal ve kaşıklarını dağıtmaya başladı. O âna kadar cep telefonuna dalmış olan kişi de telaşla yerinden kalkıp ona yardım etmeye başladı. O zaman onun da bir otel görevlisi olduğunu anladım. Üniformasız kişi, servis malzemesini dağıtırken, görevini yaptığını imâ etmek ister gibi sahte gülümsemeyle bana göz kırptı! Hayretler içinde kaldım.
