The hotel was fantastic. The staff, breakfast, and room cleanliness were excellent. We went to the hotel restaurant in the evening and were very pleased; the food, spa, and decor were wonderful. Its proximity to the US Embassy made it easy for me to handle my business. Its proximity to Armada Shopping Mall also made shopping easier. The only downside was the bed was very uncomfortable. I couldn't sleep at all. I request that the beds be replaced with a better brand because we will definitely be back...

Great hotel at a great location

We stayed in the suit room as a family. Beautiful, clean, comfortable room. Good views, and the best bathroom we have had in a hotel with a specious jacuzzi. Location is great with restaurants and a shopping centre. At your doorstep. We enjoyed the breakfast, but as more of a business hotel, perhaps the choice was a bit more limited for kids. Pool is good, small but hi enough. No child pool though if this is a consideration for you. Great service and staff. Overall an excellent stay and one we would return to

Never Again

We just wanted to sleep for a night before my surgery. There was a celebration in the garden, which were high volume music and a lot of bass. Until midnight, we couldn’t sleep. I called the reception and they just told me they can do nothing, Only thing we asked for was a good night sleep, Stay away from this hotel if you want to sleep even it is a five star expensive one they cannot guarantee a good night sleep for you.

This is a great hotel at a very convenient location. The room layout is nice. A good sized bathroom. In close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. I find the area to be extremely safe and quiet enough (there is some live music later in the day that is audible but not terrible. The place has a nice bar/restaurant to have meetings. A good selection of buffet breakfast is served (if paid for). Only aspect that subtracts from the experience is the perceived scrutiny by the security each time you enter. This is nothing invasive just a glance but I could do without it :)

This hotel is not a safe hotel , as the housekeeping when I was in breakfast ; although I put DONT DISTURB SIGN on the door ; he picked up money from my wallet . I informed manager , but did nothing . Very unresponsive manager !!!!!

Excellent Hotel close to ‘new’ Downtown

Efficient check-in, clean and comfortable rooms, fantastic breakfast and well located for a 45-min (110 Lira, Nov 2017 pries) taxi ride to ESB Ankara airport. Lots of cool restaurants and a huge mall 1-min walk away!

This hotel is perfect!

This hotel has it all, modern, quiet, well located, great food, service, staff. I Love staying in this hotel everytime I travel to Ankara for business. The only thing they should improve is the cable tv... Other than that. Perfect!!

Great Overall Service!!!

I stayed at the Ramada Plaza Ankara as a birthday trip for myself between July 23 - 29. Since it was during Ramadan I had the place basically all to myself since there was hardly any guests ;-) The staff picked me up from Ankara (ESB) Airport and when I arrived in my room there were birthday cakes waiting for me even though my birthday was 3 days later. When my birthday came.....they gave me more free cake! Overall the staff and service was great. Couldn't complain about the food either! I stayed in a room with a king sized bed which was very comfortable. The wireless internet connection was smooth and no issues on that end. The hotel will soon be renamed \"Wyndham Ankara\". There is a bit of construction going on around the hotel so the appearance around the hotel seems somewhat \"industrial\" or construction like. But inside the hotel it is an absolute haven. Furthermore, it is only a 3-5min walk from the Armada Shopping Center which has everything you could possibly want. So I was very happy about how convenient the hotel was to the Armada. I can't thank the staff enough for the hospitality and the way they helped make my birthday so enjoyable. If I go back to Ankara there is no way I'll consider any other hotel except the Ramada Plaza Ankara (soon to be called Wyndham Ankara)!

I was extremely happy with the infrastructure of the hotel as well as the service provided by the friendly staff. The room I stayed was clean, spacious and quiet. It was a perfect abode at night, offering a wonderful breakfast in the morning, before running around doing chores of the day.

Excellent!

I stayed at Ramada Plaza Ankara last week. I had the best experience. I dined mostly at the hotel and the food was excellent as well as the breakfast bar in the morning. I stayed in a room that overlooked gardens and I felt like I was away from the city. It snowed and the view was excellent. The shower in the room was a rainfall shower that was so relaxing. The hotel was quiet and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I will definately stay there again!!!
