We were pleasantly surprised to check in early, thanks to the friendly assistance of the front desk staff. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the breakfast was an absolute delight, offering a wide variety of delicious options. However, the Wi-Fi in the rooms was a major letdown. It was incredibly slow and needed a significant upgrade to meet modern standards.

Very dirty toilet when I checked in. Asked them to clean when I was stepping out, but they didn't. Changed the room, again the same thing.. Cleaner came with a rag, touched the dirty places with her bare hands and just rubbed as if she was cleaning. DisgustingNever going there again.

Stayed 2 nights- at first took more than one hour to check in- hotel did not received our booking info, the first night was okey - but second night it was very noisy - laud music- laud punching and ..made several complain to hotel reception from 10 pm to 4 AM , was the most terrible and unpleasant time - couldn't sleep whole night
Also even we put dont disturb sign-on door- about 5 pm room service just opened the door without any knocking on door - I ve been traveling with my mom- just imagine if it was a couple in the room !!!!!!! Not recommending at all

The first night the AC was set for heating. Even after switching it off, and opening the window, the temperature at the room was 25.5 Celsius. Moreover, some of the lights in the room couldn't be turned off. Ultimately, I could barely sleep. Ilkay Bey at the reception changed my room for the second night and I had a good sleep.

The bad mattress is awful and I had a serious back pain the next day. Elevator was also a disaster. They were so slow. The shower heads was full of calc, spraying water everywhere, but me. can be a two star hotel but definitely not a five star.

Staff was helpful. Room was cleaned/fresh towels -daily. Nice water pressure. Room was nice, just warm/hot. Couldn’t open both windows. Didn’t use any other amenities onsite. Location is away from city center, so it is quieter. Walking distance (up and down hill) to bus stations and metro. Walking distance from some shopping and restaurants. Generally-a great stay and intend to come again in a few months!

Kesinlikle 5 yıldızı haketmeyen bir otel. Lokasyonu dışında beni memnun eden tek bir şeyi olmadı. Kahvaltı kötü, oda servisi düzgün çalışmıyor, kapalı otopark kanalizasyon kokusuyla dolup taşıyor. En önemlisi de çalışanların mutsuzluğu yüzlerinden okunuyor.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Overall we had an okay experience. The room was clean but the bed was not comfortable. We did not ask the staff to change our room. On of the biggest problems I had was that for two days early in the morning, people would open our rooms door without permission and I found out on the second day because I was asleep the day before and my husband said he saw them come in. I told the front desk and they said they would take care of it. The hotel front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice to us. We needed to print some papers and they gladly assisted us with them. In total, we were satisfied with our stay, thank you Hotel Green Park.

Terrible!!

Lightening in the room was terrible. I had to call tech guy to turn off the lights. He punched the electric box a couple of times to fix the problem. It was the same thing in the morning. Terrible!!

28 degrees in the rooms

Its a nice hotel in a very busy area. Most things were fine apart from my hotel room was 28 degrees almost the whole time. Day and night. They have floor heating which could not be turned off. AC cooling not possible i march.
This could have been fixed with setting up a fan in my room.... but this was not possible they said.. and if the any of these technicians sent had a key to open the window properly.

Ended up switching hotels to cheaper option and there it was no problem to setup a fan and open windows basic service if the rooms are that hot imo.
Also i dont recommend the breakfast.

Ayrıca odaya girer girmez havlu bornoz ve şampuan eksikti. Pendik greenparktada konaklamıştıl. Aranızda eksiklik yönünden çok büyük fark var. Bir daha tercih sebebi deilsiniz.

Temizlik yapilmis gibi ince seritle sariyorlar ama hijyen sifirdi. Ozellikle resepsiyon calisanlar suratsızlar. Kahvaltisi idare eder vasat diyebilirim ama herseyden onemlisi otel genel olarak hijyen degil.

If you are in Ankara and you stay at this hotel you are at a loss! Nothing likable about this hotel. We stayed here for its proximity to the US embassy but there is nothing around the hotel except a very loud mosque that starts the prayers at 4:15AM. Another reason to choose this hotel was its exercise facility. But it is located 2 levels below ground above a huge indoor pool that makes the air very humid and unbreathable. So, we couldn't use the gym. Using it was an extra charge! Another problem was the room, although a good size but there was no privacy. The shades cannot close enough to block the view of the person inside the room into the shower and toilet practically was inside the room and no door to separate it. Breakfast was probably the only acceptable thing in this hotel. Very boring area around the hotel.

The rooms were poorly maintained and dirty. In addition, since the room had very little sound insulation, I had to hear every sound in the next room. The elevators are slow and you have to wait a lot. they are also weak in customer relations. they gave evasive answers without even answering the question you asked. Except for the female cook who cooks omlet at breakfast. No one in the hotel talks to the guests and they grunt when you ask for something! this hotel needs a new management and a change of personnel. the location of the building is perfect. there is a hospital next to it, there are delicious restaurants on the opposite street. but the hotel looks as if it will close and go bankrupt!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at The Green Park Hotel .The service was nothing short of horrible, with staff members displaying a lack of professionalism and courtesy. From check-in to check-out, it felt like they were doing my mother a favor by allowing her to stay.

As if that wasn't bad enough, the room my mother was assigned to was shockingly dirty. It seemed like it hadn't been properly cleaned in ages. Dirty and dusty curtains, stained bathroom, and an overall unkempt appearance made her stay extremely uncomfortable.

I expected much better from a hotel of this caliber, and this experience has left a lasting negative impression. I strongly advise others to think twice before booking a stay at The Green Park, Ankara.

Comfortable stay

It was good . We usually enjoy the room design and cleanness. Room design os good and space is enough . Tv could be a better and smarter tv anyway . If you want to hook up your hard disk you cant play most of your video formats here but you can ise HDMI and your own media player.. Room service after a 1:00 am seems not easy to get serviced .

1 day couple stay

Arrived with no help with our luggage from the taxi. Went for dinner that night at the attached bistro. Items we chose were not available. Had to ask the waiter for what they had available to eat. Aircon was also a massive problem as the room was constantly hot, aircon couldn't keep up. The hotel had no documents stating the facilities available in the hotel which would help.

I stayed at The green park hotel for 4 nıghts we had wedding party so the first party we got ready that cleaning lady saw us and the next day i asked her came clean i will leave going outside she keep taking her time so we leave then she want to come i said no I don’t like my stuff is there , the hotel was nıce and clean, But the cieanıng lady stolen my money whıle she was cleaning the room ı was so upset i told the reception she took it, they said ok i will take care of you but they didn’t take care of me :(after that happened my kids was scared and crying we are
Not safe here anymore , how came she touch my purse took my 2000 turkish Lira . The hotel didn’t give my money back.
We didn’t have a good experience losing money at the hotel 👎

I thought everything was great about the hotel except the king size bed. It was made from two double beds with a gap in between. Otherwise it will s a great hotel at a great location
