Beautiful resort - So happy to have found Pula!

We were so happy to have found Pula Resort. Everything about it was absolutely amazing - The staff, the food, the tennis courts, the access to golf. We were happy to have had a car and free parking. The room was very big and wonderful. We hope to be back again one day.

Pula Suites is a quiet haven with good sized suite rooms. The Pool area is really spacious and very well laid out. The pool bar does great food with a spacious dining area. The breakfast is good quality with a nice outside patio for dining with plenty of shade. The only downside is that the bar and top end dining option, S'Oronella are a little soulless...

We had an amazing stay at Pula Suites. It was quiet and relaxing. Fantastic staff who were incredibly helpful and hospitable! Very clean, could not fault this hotel. Would recommend hiring a car if you want to travel around but we would definitely stay here again.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel

Ein herrliches Hotel, sehr ruhig gelegen. Ein Mietwagen ist empfehlenswert.
Wir hatten eine wundervolle Suite mit Jacuzzi. Sehr geräumig.
Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr zuvorkommend und flexibel.

This was our second stay at Pula Suites and it was as fantastic as the first time we holidayed there. Our room, terrace, food, staff, facilities were all first class. The only down side was that the spa was closed for the 4 days we were there but I'm sure I'll be able to sample the facilities when we go again! We celebrated our wedding anniversary on Wednesday and the staff presented us with a bottle of bubbly which was a lovely thought. All of the staff couldn't be more helpful. They were genuinely friendly, professional and efficient. If you are looking for a quiet resort with fantastic facilities and a fabulous choice of food/drinks, etc, then Pula Suites will not disappoint. I would thoroughly recommend.

My Daughters 25th wedding anniversary!

A very nice hotel in a very quiet area which might not suit everyone but it was perfect for us. We took my son-in-law and daughter to celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary and we were all quite impressed with the food and service

Nice Hotel, comfortable stay but needs improvement

Check-in was excellent and we received a room upgrade. Lovely setting and gardens. Having read previous reviews some of the concerns were well founded. Service was very slow at times due to insufficient staffing. Personnel seemed stressed as they tried to cope and I believe that this affected customer interaction. Poolside lunch was good and evening meals were excellent, most of the time. Availability of poolside beds wasn't an issue and spaces could be found at most times of the day. Although bar service was slow this could be overcome easily, which we did.
After a couple of days we found that most of the staff were friendly, probably due to an increase in their numbers throughout our visit.
We enjoyed our stay and had a hire car to visit other parts of the island on the east.

Wonderful team, excellent hotel

Just come back from a week All Inclusive and wish we could have stayed longer. The hotel was fab, the staff outstanding (especially the maitre d, ask him to play the guitar for you) and facilities great. We just had a standard room but it was fab, spotless everyday, aircon just perfect, well equipped and the bed was fantastic to sleep on. The food was awesome both in the main restaurant and the pool bar.

What was really brilliant was you couldn't reserve a bed by the pool, which meant everyone was really relaxed about getting up, breakfast etc. there was none of this ridiculous running down at 5 am or even worse queuing in the morning with your towels to be let out and racing for the best spot. There were loads of beds all in great places so you never missed out.

There is a great pathway behind the hotel; the Green Path, which we used to run along in the morning. Didn't use the gym on site but it looked well equipped.

Excellent Spa Hotel

Sentida Hotel Pula Suites was very much as described: great facilities, very clean rooms with daily maid service and a wonderful breakfast buffet. Dinner in the restaurant was very good too. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It's a short drive to the beaches but nice if you want to stay away from the busy tourist areas. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel !

Really loved it here. Nice quiet location and lovely hotel setting. Staff were friendly and facilities were good. We had a suite and it was fab ! Having a car is useful so you can get out and about to explore the island and great restaurants. Would definitely recommend this place.

Hi,
We had a 5 day stay and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is restful, isolated and everything you want you can access. The rooms are very well presented and the general areas are perfectly suited for a battery re-charge. It is isolated from a point of walking out in the evening but everything you need is on hand anyway but within a healthy walk or a short car journey you can reach beaches and cultural locations with ease.
The resort biggest asset in my opinion is its staff, every single one of them were a credit to the hotel, the head waiter and evening bar manager were worthy of special note but in truth they were all great.

Wonderful Pula Suites

Other than the Wifi being poor (which wasn't really an issue for us) the holiday was wonderful...the best we've ever had (2 adults and 2 children). Fantastic staff who worked so hard to make sure everyone was looked after and happy. Would highly recommend!!! :-)

Oh and take a taxi from the airport it takes around 45 minutes and costs around 80 euros.

Very pleasant, relaxing hotel

Generally very good and pleasant stay. Staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and very good service. There was a problem with wi-fi in the room which they quickly solved by moving us to an alternative room. Actually room is the wrong word, each is a suite with lounge and 3 piece settee. It was a very comfortable and relaxing environment. We ate very high quality food from the a la carte menu, highly recommended. The tennis courts were not in very good condition and bring your own racket if you want to play (racket grips on the hotel's rackets were destroyed). I agree with the comments it is probably 4+ rather than a 5 star hotel due to these minor things. However, overall a very enjoyable and pleasant stay helped by the excellent and very helpful staff.

Excellent facilities ,friendly staff But the evening meal was Buffet Style on FOUR out of SEVEN Nights & having stayed on three occasions in the past when it was waiter service with an excellent choice of food this i felt was a backward decision & the buffet i felt was no better than your average three star hotel ,i will however accept that some clients might prefer a buffet.I would stay at the hotel again but on a Bed & breakfast basis

Everything about the resort was excellent apart from 1 very major issue. The mattress was awful. It was as hard as a rock and I ended up sleeping on the couch. Having said that, the room was excellent the staff were very attentive and efficient. The pool area was very unusual and fun. Overall, very happy and would definitely return ( as long as they renew the mattresses).

Sentido Hotel Pula Suites-an oasis of tranquility

This was a very pleasurable experience and we only wish we could have stayed longer.Easy access from the airport ,via motorway for the most part, warm welcome and very relaxed but on the ball staff. Splendid room and excellent air conditioning which we needed with temperatures close to 40 degrees.Food was good but the half board pension(which we did not know was on offer) looked more appealing than the a la carte menu.The shop could offer a wider selection of goods and more up market than the touristy stuff on display.

Pula Golf & Spa was great! It was a little out of the way, but if you want to get away from Palma and drive to the East coast of Mallorca, it was a very nice destination and homebase to tour the surrounding towns. The resort is beautiful, and the suites were very nice. A standard suite was larger than I had expected: king bed, large closet, separate living room with television, pull-out sofa, mini bar, safe, and a small balcony with 2 lounge chairs and 2 regular chairs. The bathroom had a separate shower and bathtub. We only encountered a few problems (slow drains, the tub faucet would not flow), but overall we were very pleased with the experience.

We chose breakfast included (but not half-board) and breakfast was DEFINITELY worth it. Delicious spread including hot food (bacon, sausage, fried and scrambled eggs, frittata), pastries, breads, meats, cheeses, fruits, yogurts, jams, the list goes on and on. I was surprised because usually a breakfast buffet is not this nice. They even provided Cava for mimosas or just to drink. A lovely espresso/coffee machine was also provided for the guests. Though we did not buy half board, we did dine at the resort 2 nights a la carte, and the food was very good, not 5 star, but I thought my food was tasty.

Unfortunately we did not get a chance to sit by the beautiful outdoor pool because there were never enough chairs! Oh well. The indoor spa area is great, heated pools, jacuzzis, sauna, steam room, and the massages we got were wonderful.

Wir haben eine Woche im Pula Suites Boutique Resort verbracht und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die gepflegte Anlage mit vielen Palmen und mediterranem Flair lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist das durchweg freundliche Personal – von Rezeption über Service bis hin zu Reinigungskräften und Technikern. Alle waren hilfsbereit, herzlich und angenehm unaufdringlich.

Unsere Superior Suite war geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bot vom Balkon einen schönen Blick ins Grüne und aufs Meer. Die Betten waren bequem mit Daunendecke, allerdings verschoben sich die zusammengestellten Einzelbetten leicht. Außerdem fehlte die angegebene Nespresso-Maschine, es gab jedoch löslichen Kaffee.

Das Frühstück war hervorragend: große Auswahl an Aufschnitt, Lachs, Obst, Gebäck und einer offenen Küche mit frisch zubereiteten Eierspeisen, Pancakes & Co. Auch das Mittagsangebot an der Poolbar war sehr gut – mit frischen, abwechslungsreichen Speisen wie Salaten, Burgern, Pizza, Fisch und Fleisch.

Abends wurde ein 3-Gänge-Menü mit Wahlmöglichkeiten serviert. Die Speisen waren schön präsentiert und meist lecker. Allerdings war die kulinarische Handschrift sehr einheitlich, wodurch uns nach einigen Tagen die Abwechslung fehlte. Deshalb haben wir auch gelegentlich außerhalb gegessen.

Unser Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis zum Ende hervorragend! Unser suite war groß und komfortabel. Das bett war super bequem.
Wir sind als kleine Familie mit unserer kleinen Tochter (10 Monaten) gereist. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren super lecker. Als Halbpension hatten wir jeden Abend einen 3 gängige Gourmet Menü.
Das Personal war sehr nett und kompetent.
Wir können das Hotel definitv weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige und schöne Lage

Wir waren für eine Woche im Sentido Pula Hotel und hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Unsere Suite war toll, sehr großzügig geschnitten. Insgesamt hat uns die Gestaltung der Hotel Anlage gut gefallen (viele Blumen, unterschiedliche Ebenen und Wege, eigene kleine Terrasse vor der Suite, etc.). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, allerdings in den Stoßzeiten während des Frühstücks und des Abendessens etwas hektisch. Die Verpflegung ist ausgezeichnet: Umfangreiches Frühstücks Buffet und sehr gehobene Menues am Abend. Das Hotel hat zudem eine gute Lage. Mit einem Mietwagen waren wir schnell an den schönen Buchten im Norden und Osten der Insel. Einziger Makel ist der Spa-Bereich, welcher modernisiert werden sollte. Dieser entspricht in unseren Augen nicht einem 5-Sterne Hotel. Wir können das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen!

Vi har nu 2 gange ferieret på Pula Golf. Alt fungerer. Store suiter med nyrenoverede badeværelser, dejlig morgenmad og god poolbar med lette frokostretter. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen.

Romantisches Hotel außerhalb der Saison

Tolles entspanntes Hotel, Für Ruhesuchende, aber nur außerhalb der Saison. Ansonsten viele Familien mit Kindern, da auch AL. Zum nächsten Strand sind es ca. 15 Minuten. Genauso wie nach Cala Rajada. Leckeres Frühstück. Waren bisher 5. dort und jederzeit gerne wieder.

Siisti Hotelli sopii hyvin jos pelaat golffia. Sijanti on hyvin syrjäinen mutta toisaalta rauhallinen , oma auto on ehdoton jos haluat käydä jossain . Ravintolassa ok ruoka tosin palvelu varsinkin päivällä erittäin hidasta.
Huone perus siisti , lisävuoteesta 8v oli todella kallis lisä maksu. \"Kuntosalin\" vehkeistä puolet rikki.
Sopii semmoiselle joka vihtyy altaan vieressä ja ei halua mennä mihinkään.
Wifi oli ajoittain huono.

Dejligt sted - for alle!

ved ala´ carte, blev tjenerne forvirret og mistede overblikket over hvilke borde de betjente.
Enkelte tjenere kunne meget dårligt engelsk, men gav udtryk for at de havde forstået hvad man sagde! Så er det bedre at bekende og overlade kunden til en af de andre perfekte tjenere, som tale flere sprog.
Skønt sted at spise både morgen og aften. De laver virkelig god mad! :-).

Hotel bien situé pour visiter le nord et l'est de l'île, fleuri et bien entretenu, piscine agréable, repas frais et variés, quelques belles plages à proximité.
Hotel calme dans l'ensemble mais localisation un peu proche de la route (équiv. nationale) et donc, en journée, quelques vrombissements de camion ou de motos qui parviennent jusqu'à l'hôtel.

Sentido Hotel Pula Suites Golf & Spa is een heerlijk hotel als je houdt van een rustige vakantie op een mooie locatie. Het ontbijt 's morgens is zeer uitgebreid en van goede kwaliteit. Mooi en verzorgd zwembad. Leuke split level appartementen. Geweldig hotel dus als je niet tussen krijsende kinderen wilt zitten.

Schönes Hotel aber für 5 Sterne...

Wir haben das Hotel für ein Wochenende nach unserer Hochzeit gebucht sozusagen für Honeymoon. Obwohl wir dies vorher erwähnt haben wurde leider nichts vorbereitet. Hatte mir vielleicht son paar Rosen vorgestellt.
Die Zimmer bzw die Suite ist schön aber sah auch nicht so aus wie auf den Fotos im Internet. Alles sehr leer und lieblos eingerichtet.
Der Service war ok auch wenn wir beim zweiten Mal Essen aufs Zimmer bestellen bereits darauf hingewießen wurden ob wir schon wissen dass dies extra kostet...

Alles in allem ein wirllich schönes Hotel aber irgendwie hatte ich mir mehr unter 5 Sternen vorgestellt!

Hotel da tenere in considerazione per golfisti

Albergo molto bello vicino al golf Pula , molto vicino ad Artà . Camere molto belle e comode , ambiente super carino , personale molto competente , come sempre c'è spazio per migliorare , ma in generale devo dire che ci tornerei volentieri , fatevi coccolare da Arturo e Sara ! Sono il anima di questo albergo .

5 étoiles, selon la norme locale

Comme la plupart des 5 étoiles à Majorque, la notation est quelque peu surestimée par rapport au standard français ou anglais.
La chambre est bien mais nous ne sommes pas dans de l'exceptionnel (suite supérieure 158) avec minuscule vue sur la mer entre les arbres, grande salle de bain. Le soir vous devez impérativement vous rendre au dîner avec une tenue distinguée (= pantalon), il est dommage que les plats ne soient pas à la hauteur de l'exigence vestimentaire demandée, personnel omniprésent mais pas tous performant. Plats autours de 20€, sans surprise, avec un carpaccio de thon surgelé (morceaux de glace encore présents) c'est au niveau des prix que l'on sent le 5 étoiles. Pire jus d'orange du séjour, industriel, inadmissible à ce niveau de gamme. La piscine est très bien (extérieure, intérieure) par contre odeur de friture constante avec le bar accolé, près à vous vendre des collations au besoin. Situation éloignée de tout.

Dieses Hotel ist definitiv kein 5-Sterne Haus. Das Zimmer war abgenutzt (sehr schlechtes Bett, lose Armaturen im Bad, Flecken auf dem Sofa, verschmutzte Wände). Hier herrscht definitiv Investitionsstau. Der Service war so lala.
Von mir aus gesehen hat dieses Hotel maximal 3 Sterne und dafür ist es zu teuer.

Positiv:
Terrasse der Suite (grosszügig mit Meerblick), das Frühstücksbuffet, die Umgebung sowie die Nähe zum Golfplatz.
