Location is great closer to kobe station , harborland, lots of shopping and restaurants. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Wifi is preety goos at 30-40 mbps. No complaints, nice place for a short stay in kobe harborland area. I would return.

We did a quick one night in Kobe and stayed at the Centurion hotel. This was a very nice and clean hotel with great amenities and close to train station. Our family room was large with many beds and super clean and comfy. The breakfast buffet was okay not the best. Would definitely stay here again if we are in town.

I booked a two bedrooms so when we checked in we did get a two bedrooms which is one room with four beds and one living room which was too many beds for us cuz we just had 2 people just needed 2 beds, however the bedrooms have smoking smell so we requested changing room, and were changed to a normal hotel room has two beds but no bedroom at all. So we asked for discount but they never got back to me, and the restroom wall has one wall under the sink kept falling off and prevented us go closer to the sink we had to use some tower to make it upwards for them :) so to access to the sink.

The walls were a bit thin (we had someone yelling at the kid most of the night next to us), but the room itself was amazing. After a couple nights on harder beds, this bed was like a cloud. The room was very spacious with plenty of room to be able to open our luggage and spread out. The only downfall was our view of the wall right next door, but when you are in a city, someone has to have the wall view.

Good location right near Kobe station. Conveniently located near convience stores. Staff at reception were friendly and welcoming. The hotel was clean and felt looked after. Room was a good size with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. Parking slightly expensive just outside but not the hotels fault; to be expected as right near the main station. Would stay again.

Hotel room was spacious and clean with a large bed.

The rooms have a modern decor. I did not have any issues with the wifi, it was pretty fast considering it was opened to the public.

Would stay with again if im back in the area.

This hotel is right around the corner from the JR station. Very conveniently located near Harbor Place, the waterfront, the subway, bus hub, cab stand and the western end of Mashimoto shotengai, providing a long but covered walk all the way to the bustling hub of Sannomiya.
Very affordable, very quiet, and if you ask for an upper floor, it provides some lovely urban views.
JR station has a full grocery store, several convenience stores and quick dining options, and a shopping arcade. Below ground, you can walk all the way to the mall at Harborplace, which has a cinema and many upscale stores. Waterfront dining and dining cruises available right below the fabulous Ferris wheel.
You will need to take local transit if you wish to take the Shinkansen (bullet train) out of Kobe, but it’s very simple to get around town
Recommend taking some hikes up in the hills, particularly the waterfall trail from the Shinkansen station, and food paths up to the Venus bridge for spectacular views over the city and harbor.

The staff was nice, property close to the Kobe train station and Harborland. But the \"nonsmoking\" room smelled like smoke the entire time we stayed, which was 3 days. Our clothes in our luggage smelled like smoke after we left. I'm assuming the smoke from the smoking rooms travel through the vents and throughout the hotel. The staff said they could spray our room with chemicals to neutralize the odor, but they said no one could be in our room while they did that and none of our party of 5 all left the room for a significant period of time for them to do that. And i wouldn't be comfortable having chemicals sprayed all over our stuff anyway! Because of this, i would not recommend this hotel. The smell made it uncomfortable for all of us.

We stayed in the hotel for almost 2 weeks. Around that time, my mom got sick due to the former hotel we stayed in after our arrival in Japan. But Centurion hotel was different.

The Japanese staff, both reception and cleaning crew were all accommodating, helpful, respectful, diligent, and caring. Their service was amazing. They let us stay in the dining area while we waited till check-in time starts as we arrived very early and rooms were not ready yet.

They even prepared the sofa bed before our arrival which made it easier for my brother as he was the one using it. I was hoping that the refrigerator was big, but too small to fit everything. We did manage to make it useful though.

When we needed for extra blankets, towels and other toiletries, they brought them right away.

When we had to bring mom in the hospital, they helped us get a cab, taught us how to communicate with the driver, and asked us if we need anything for mom after we got back.

The laundry is available too. The reception staff offered to exchange my coins for laundry.

The downside of the hotel is the ice maker which is only available at 3rd floor. I have to keep coming back and forth on the elevator to fetch some. Well, we only needed the ice for cooling my mom's body when she was having high fever. Other than that, everything is excellent.

We will book with them again. Konbinis are everywhere, even few steps from the building. Kobe Station is across the street.

It was very convenient to the railway station. The staff was super friendly and helpful. They kept our luggage for us after we checked out while we did a day trip to a close location. The breakfast was good and the room was clean and more spacious than others we had been in while staying in Japan. Would stay here again.

問題なのは、提携なのか分かりませんが事前にも確認し当日教えてもらった駐車場が24時間1100円と思っていたのですが、24時以降1100円でした。なので半日も置いていないのに結構な金額を請求され朝から嫌な気分になり残念でした。

ホテルとしては配慮にややかけていて
いるように感じました。
清掃後のトイレの便器に大量の髪の毛が
捨てられていてゾッとしたことを伝えましたが、トイレを流せば解消されそうでしょうか？といきなり聞かれて驚きました。そう言う事ではないと思うのですが通じないようで残念でした。エアコンのリモコンの電池が切れていれ交換して貰った際も不快でした。
