This hotel is great! Location was really great too! Close to the train station, shopping areas, Chinatown, and dining areas. My only complaint is the air conditioning which needs to be upgraded to a newer model. The AC was not consistent of blowing cool air which I find it inconvenient. It will operate with blowing cool air and there at times it would not. There were no instructions how to operate it in English. Other than that everything was good!

My stay has two nights. My room has a single bed, the bed refresh me every night.
The hotel has the coin laundry. There are a couple of a washing machine and a drying machine. Those are cleaned up. Every night, I could use them.
At the entrance of the hotel, there is a drip coffee machine, it’s free for hotel guests.
I could reach Kobe port that has many sight-seeing spots from the hotel with about 15 minutes walking.
More over, the hotel is really near by Motomachi shopping street, so, I could find food shops, cloth shops, you name it.

ただ、あがったあとはずっと送風をかけても湿気がとれず
窓の手前のドアを開けると外からの冷気が入りだいぶマシになりましたが、少し時間がかかりました

玄関横が地下鉄の入口となっているので、雨天時は便利です。南京町と元町商店街が近く、食事場所には困りませんでした。徒歩1分以内にファミマ、セブンがあります。アメニティは必要最低限であり、シャンプー、リンス、ボディソープは壁付タイプ、髭剃り、歯ブラシはフロント配布となります。出張利用で寝るだけには充分な仕様だと思います。

空調が、、部屋がとっても狭いのでどの角度にしても壁に当たって風が直接当たります。でも温度をあげると暑く、、案の定体調を崩しました。古いですが清潔にはされている感じ。WiFiがイマイチなのでNetflix、YouTubeは途中から見れませんでした。クシ、綿棒、コットン位はアメニティに欲しかった。最近多いですが『水道水飲めます』タイプなのでミネラルウォーターはなし。夏休み時期なので割高に感じましたがやむなし。500円で食べれた朝ごはんが美味しかったです。サラダ、ゆで卵、焼きたてパン、グラノーラがあり満足でした。

立地条件は非常に良い。商業施設やJRに近いのも良い。朝食の焼きたてパンがおいしく、ジュースやコーヒーも大変おいしかった。ただ部屋に湯沸かしポットや湯呑が置いてないので減点。カードキーはOKだが、電灯のつけ方の説明がなく、水道とシャワーの替え方の説明がなくて使いづらく、清潔感が乏しかった。
