Clean, modern rooms. Excellent staff. Good Japanese breakfast. Across the street from the bus station and close to Sannomiya station. Maybe a 15-minute walk from Shin-Kobe station--take a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. Dozens upon dozens of places to eat within two minutes walk.

Room was clean, spacious, offered a laundry mat, and was close to many different attractions in Kobe! It is a place I would book again! Check in process was very easy, and a very convenient 7/11 next door for any late night snacks! A great place to spend a few nights!

Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. Very closed to Sannomiya station. I also found if going through the aeon supermarket building, the hotel was very closed to one of the entrances. It was so convenient to stay so I extended my stay twice. I also like the rooms I stayed in, they were both clean and quiet.

위치가 너무 좋았어요!! 방이 작아 답답할거같아서고층에 시티뷰를 요청드렸는데 창문도 큰편이라 답답함을 느끼지 못하고 너무 좋았습니다. 뜨거운물도 잘 나오고 히터도 잘나와서 따뜻하게 지냈어요^^

This is a very affordable hotel but some parts could have been cleaner - the side of the bed that is against the window was very dusty and gross. The room is very small but the convenience of being so close to the station makes up for it.

The property has a misrepresentation that the photos has a natural hot spring on property but it doesn’t has a pool or any hot spring. I’m bring my 3 years old and a 93 years old grandma, breakfast time is 6:30-9:30. My son sleep until 9 am, so i bring the breakfast to room and pick up my grandma breakfast because she can’t hear. We enjoyed it at room. First day, I give back the dishes to restaurant at 10 am, the lady was shocked. Second day I still bring the breakfast to room and then leave the dishes outside the door just like we did in cruise and other normal hotel. Then I got a note on my door saying “please have the breakfast in the restaurant, not in your room”. Third day, I try to wake up early and try to return the dishes to restaurant early, the lady signal the front desk, when I go out of the restaurant, the lobby staff stopped me saying I can’t bring the breakfast to room, I told him my son is still sleeping and my grandma can’t come down by herself. Because one of us has to be with my son, he said “No”. I really don’t like the service and misrepresentation of the photos. I was attracted to this remote location because of its hot spring photo. It is too far from the city and I could have get the similar price but better location and better service

Location perfect. Everything else took some toleration.
Many unnecessary frills such as sparkling juice and bath fizz, but cleaning is a bit rough, new towels and amenities not given in a bag when Do Not Disturb sign is up (this is standard in most hotels). Room and bathroom very tiny for the price, even by Japanese standards.
Incredibly exhaustive list of house rules on in-room tablet makes you feel on edge and unwelcome. Feel like a naughty child in Grandma's house rather than a free adult paying over the odds for a middling quality business hotel. Warning signs everywhere on laminated cards. Feels like you're constantly being watched. Not much fun.
Need to relax on the rules and warnings and focus less on irrelevant items. Instead put more focus on guest experience, attention to detail and maintenance of the rooms.
Will not use this hotel again, also will not recommend.

Room was really small. Wifi seems like it should be good, but really had trouble surfing the news and forget about streaming video. DO NOT get the breakfast buffet, they don't serve breakfast till 7 am and because of this there is usually a crowd. They serve a plate of eggs that they pre plate before they open so they're cold. Perfect location a few minutes walk from Sannomiya Station , from where you can easily get the metro to Shin-Kobe (for Shinkansen), Kyoto and Nara.
Small but perfectly designed rooms and bathrooms with everything you can ask for. The laundry on the 2nd floor came in handy too.
Japanese-style breakfast on the ground floor was good value.

1. 한국어, 영어가 가능한 직원이 있었고 해당 직원이 없어도 AI 기능을 활용한 번역기가 있어 소통에 어려움 없었고 모두 친절하였습니다.
2. 다양한 Amenity를 로비에서 자유롭게 사용할 수 있어 편리합니다.
3. 잠옷/파자마가 one-piece가 아닌 상/하의로 분리 되어 있어 편리했습니다.
4. 잠시 방을 비울때 전력 차단 (냉/난방)을 막아줄 수 있는 카드가 따로 있어 편리했습니다.
5. 정수를 사용한 숙소이기에 욕실 세면대에서 물을 받아 마셔도 된다는 점이 특별합니다.
6. 연박의 경우, 숙소에서 조금 늦게 외출 하게 되는 경우가 있을 수 있는데 12시 이전에 청소/수건만 교환 의사 표시를 하면 되어서 여유로웠습니다.
7. 객실내 테이블의 경우 사이즈가 작은 편이라 넓은 테이블 공간을 원하실 경우 아쉬울 수 있을 것 같습니다.
8. 욕실내 욕조가 있어 좋지만 사이즈가 작은 편이라 키가 크신 분들에게는 다소 불편할 수 있을 것 같습니다. (173cm인 제가 사용하기엔 크게 불편함은 없었습니다)

お部屋は綺麗で、静かで快適でした。
全くフロントとの接触がないチェックイン，アウトは味気ないけれど、とくに問題はないです。
フロントフロアに揃っているアメニティもメイク落とし、はちみつ紅茶などもあり、充実していました。歯ブラシと歯磨き粉が別々に置いてあり、歯ブラシ持参の私には歯磨き粉チューブのみ使えるのはエコで良いと思いました。
ルームウェアは上下別のスタイルで良かったですが、
蒸れたようなバスルームならではの匂いがして、少し残念で、室内のテーブルが狭く電源などとの配置も使いにくい感じがあり、動かして使いました。
残念だったのは、朝食。和食用のおかずのみで、パンはあるのに洋食向けのメニューが全くありませんでした。せめてハムかソーセージくらいは欲しかったし、和食の魚類も揚げ物がほとんどで私には合いませんでした。コーヒーの自室への持ち出しもがでない点もマイナス評価になりました。
