We enjoyed our stay here at The B Kobe. The staff is very kind, the room was nice and clean, with enough space for our luggages as well. There is no bath, but the bathroom is large good for my family in the morning brushing our teeth. Room has a nice little breakfast table and office as well. Overall enjoyed my stay and it was very close to the area my family wanted to explore.

Area was perfect to find a good Chinese restaurant. There was only air switch in the room. We couldn’t change the temperature and it was a little hot. Front desk staff was friendly and gifts upon check in was wonderful. We also enjoyed fresh breakfast and they had many options.

침구와 욕실이 깨끗했고 충전할 포트가 많아서 좋았습니다. 책상도 나름 넓었고 usb충전포트, 콘센트, 충전선 3종, 별도 포인트 조명 있었고요. 침대 머리맡에 스완넥 포인트 조명이 있었고 콘센트도 두개씩 있었어요. 어메니티는 최소한이라 화장솜이 없었어요. 급하면 바로옆건물 24시간 돈키호테로.. 편의점도 가까워서 편했습니다. 세이신 야마테선은 길건널 필요없이 아주 가깝고요. JR, 한신 등은 5분 정도 걸어야합니다. 좀 유흥가(?) 분위기라서 혼자하는 여행이라면 참고하세요.

The B Hotel was a nice stay. The staff were very helpful and the room was large by Japanese business hotel standards. I was there in November; the only quibble I have is that the AC is central and you can't control it from your room. I cranked the fan on but that made it worse. I found a review that suggested that it was best to turn off the fan and just let the cold from the windows cool the place off. and that worked. I'd suggest that the management invest in some cheap fans, they would probably do the job. But its a minor quibble; the place was great, particularly for the price, and there was free coffee.

The room was normal size in japan. Hotel amenities where normal for most hotels in Japan. Hotel is within minutes fo the train station and near some attractions. Busy area with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Front desk was fabulous and provided great service. I thought it was an ok, but rooms were small, but normal for japan. I enjoyed my stay here and would recommend it to people.

There is also a nice hike and a famous waterfall right behind Kobe Station.

*Large cars (SUVs) are unable to park at the hotel, and was a bit of a walk to the nearest paid parking lot.

Not worth the extra money

the most expensive hotel we stayed in while in Japan. Not sure what the extra money was for as this hotel is nothing special. there was nothing wrong however i expected something a bit better from our stay in kobe. The rooms are very large for japan however that extra space isn't used as well as smaller rooms in japan. However if you don't like the small rooms you will like this place.

Very friendly staff and willing to deal with my broken Japanese. They were also willing to store our luggage at the hotel before check in as we arrived much earlier than expected. Have used them twice and will gladly use them again. Their location is right next to Ikuta shrine as well as Sannomiya station.

The heart of Sannomiya

The location is excellent ! Both kitano side and harbour side were waking distance. Not to forget visiting historical Ikuta shrine locates just behind the hotel.
The hotel itself is very cozy thanks to the friendly staffs. Coin laundry, vending machine and free coffee were available.
Since I’m 7months pregnant, I have occasional dizziness and before check out I felt one. Called up a front desk and who was kind enough to offer a late check out and thank goodness I was able to rest a bit longer.
Only one thing to mention is a cleanliness of the shower room had a bit of stain could be cleaner.
Overall the stay was satisfactory.

We booked the triple bed room and the space is considered large in Japan. The hotel is centralised and near to tokyu hands which has a underground exit connecting to the train station. There are plenty of food options surrounding the hotel. Definitely a good place for quick explore of Kobe.

The location is excellent (right by Ikuta shrine, Tokyu Hands, Don Quixote and a short walk to the station). Staff were quite helpful and the room had everything you need. The only problem was that the beds were very hard and difficult to sleep in.

Location is the only great thing about this hotel

The location is fantastic, but unfortunately the restaurant is substandard. At 7:00 AM there was a 45 minute line up just to get into the restaurant for breakfast, the difficult to maneuver food bar had mostly cold food, the bread was tasteless and the coffee wasn't freshly brewed. \"Superior Twin\" room had no bathtub and no safety box (for leaving valuables). Because of the great location, I might consider staying again, but only if the breakfast/restaurant is improved significantly.

Room did NOT look like the pictures. Very small and cramped. We had a difficult time getting our luggage upstairs and with a baby stroller, you have to go speak to them first so you can take a staff elevator up to their lobby. Parking on site needs a reservation. English speaking staff is limited. Had a hard time understanding my questions. Breakfast was unappealing and not worth the money. Food looked okay, but did NOT taste good. Lots of other restaurants around - so, no need here.
ALSO, there were a ton of mosquitoes in the rooms and in the hallways. Not cool. They need to do something about that. I got 7 bites in just one evening!

We enjoyed the b Hotel – excellent staff, good location not far from the main JR station, lots of eating places nearby as well as in the hotel. The bathroom was a most unusual layout, a long rectangle rather than square but the clever design worked extremely well. Like many big city hotels in Japan, the rooms are generally small but this one worked well though, as usual with most hotels, there is a stand for only one case. A little inconvenient for couples with two+ cases.
Breakfast was adequate but we were happy with it. Internet speed was fast and the seat at the desk was height adjustable (most unusual and thoughtful) so our backs were ok after sessions on the computer.
The only problem we had, apart from finding the hotel at about 8pm after a long flight and getting wrong instructions from locals (unusual), was getting our cases into the hotel reception. Two check-in and two cabin bags had to be taken up one floor up on the escalator. I tripped! Later a very helpful staff member showed us the service elevator which we used on checkout and which you need to ask help with as it is locked off for security reasons.

This hotel is located in a very convenient location close to a lot of shops and restaurant. The rom is clean and spacious. The only issue I found is that the room have no closet and not enough area to hang your cloithing but that’s the price to pay for a more spacious I guess. Overall it’s was great I will definitely come here again the next time I visit Kobe.

Staying with my parent-in-law, my wife and my 2 kids. We booked 3 rooms and the hotel kindly arranged the rooms located on the same floor and next to each other. The beds were big and comfortable, only the size of the rooms was a bit small, but considered its location which is in the heart of Kobe city, it is not easy finding alternative which can’t provide the same standard and convenience

Nice hotel just a coup,e blocks from the train station. It is right in the middle of the action of downtown Kobe making it a perfect place for our one night in the city. Tons of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Nice room although we had hoped for a king rather than the two doubles we got. Great bathroom with nice walk-in shower. Free cappuccino in the lobby. Front desk was helpful in making dinner reservations.

The B Kobe Hotel

This hotel is in a great place in Kobe Sanomyya area. A short walk from the station and so very close to all areas . A short stroll to the Port or a stroll to Mt Rokko cable car and the herb gardens. The staff go out of their way to help . This is our second time staying here and I would highly recommend it.

Thye room was larger than in the b hotel in Kyoto. Staff are keeping it very clean and bright. The beds were comfortable. And the heated toilet seats that rose automaticallly were cosy and entertaining.We enjoyed the hotel and would come again if back in Kobe.
The one remaining lesser note was a real shortage of shelves and drawers to store clothing that does not hang like underwear, socks etc.

We booked deluxe twin room and was surprised by size of room. There was a dressing room + toilet & shower. Room appears to be sound proof.
Located 5 mins from train station and surrounded by eateries and shopping. The motomachi shopping street is 12 mins walk away.
Only 1 gripe - no elevator as hotel starts on 2nd floor. There is escalator.

シチュエーションは三宮駅から少々歩きますが翌日関空行きのバスに乗るため、バス乗り場に近いこのホテルにしました
