Terrible and full of excuses

The receptionist said they don't have a room for us although we had booked about 2 months before arrival! They did not even properly apologize and made the excuse that they didn't have a number to call me! They could obviously contact me through hotels.com
What a terrible place.
It was raining hard and they told us to go to a hotel 5 mins walking distance and they didn't even offer help ( we are a family with baby)!
Some hospitality businesses are failing and this hotel is probably one of the them!

We liked this hotel a lot but our rating would have dropped considerably had the heat wave not broken the day we arrived. The hotel does not have air conditioning as promised in the Expedia listing. The hotel does not claim air conditioning in its own promotional material so it must be a mistake on the part of Expedia. Fortunately the drop in nighttime temperatures allowed us to leave our bedroom window wide open and sleep comfortably in this quiet corner of Erfurt.

A rude member of staff

Our hotel experience would have been better were it not for the rudeness of a male worker. I have nothing but praise for the young lady who worked at the front desk but the man who refused to give us his name or title (he could have been the owner for all we knew) was definitely not suited to the hospitality industry. I question whether this should be a 4 star hotel, the facilities were basic. We stayed for a couple of nights during the recent heatwave. The hotel does not have airconditioning so we asked for some fans. We were told that there were only 2 fans (in a hotel with 50 rooms) and they were both in use. We suggested they got some more as we were occupying 3 rooms and one of our party was unwell. This man rudely repeated that there were no more fans. Eventually we did receive fans in all 3 rooms we had booked but this left a very bad impression on us. In addition having told us that the restaurant was open for lunch and having read in the hotel guide that it would close in half an hour we went to have lunch only to find the restaurant was shut. All-in-all not a pleasant stay.

Great hotel in between Eisenach and Wittenberg

We stayed here one evening while tracing Luther's footsteps from Eisenach to Wittenberg. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great the next morning. Highly recommended.

Retreat close to the center

Great newly built hotel in a village very lose to downtown Erfurt. Very convenient and a great value. Excellent breakfast selections! There was a wedding party. Sound insulation was so good you did not hear the music once you closed the door to your room.

Not very good Linderhof hotel

No air conditioning, no plus comfort rooms,though we paid more for these advertised futures . Service was close to nonexistent, no answers to calls, no help. Rooms very small and basic (We paid more for plus-comfort, but they told us that all rooms are the same, which was simply not truth), restaurant kitchen closed at 10 (we were told on reception that it is working till midnight) breakfast was OK,but service was bad (We were waiting for 40 minutes for omlet).Re eptionist could not give any recommendations for restaurant (only recommender inside restautant), no information on directions. Internet did not work.

Very happy with my Erfurt experience

To avoid the hassle of the city, this hotel is a great choice. It has a bus stop right in front to get into town, the ride taking about 20 minutes. The hotel is located in a small village, now part of Erfurt, there is absolutely no noise to disturb your sleep. I received a warm welcome, lots of info how to get into town and help to log onto the fairly fast WIFI. My room was exceptional but could have done with some toiletries at this price range. Breakfast and restaurant meals are very good and reasonably priced. There is acres of car parking space, in all a very good choice and highly recommended.

Allgemein war alles gut. Nettes Personal gute Frühstück saubere Zimmer einziges Manko das Zimmer was wir bekommen haben war im Keller! Bei Buchung war keine Information darüber. Bei Einreise hat uns Zimmer sehr überrascht. Mit 120 € pro Nacht haben wir etwas andere Zimmer erwartet. Schade.

4 Sterne??? Eher unter 3 Sterne. Schlechte Anbindung an den ÖPNV. Busse alle 30 Minuten, am Wochenende alle 2 Stunden. P+R mehr als 4 km. Reduzierte Fernsehsender. Zusatzkosten für „Extrawunsch“ Latte oder Cappuccino beim Frühstück. 2 Sorten Brötchen und 1 Brot zur Auswahl. Saunabenutzung für 1,5 Stunden 7,50€ pro Person !!!!!!!!
Wir sind jedenfalls vorzeitig nach einer Nacht wieder abgereist.

Nich nochmal leider

Das Abendessen und das Frühstück war insgesamt ganz gut. Jedoch war der Empfang (Beim Einchecken) ziemlich unfreundlich. Ich habe mich sofort unwohl gefühlt und somit nicht willkommen. Des Weiteren war das Badezimmer sehr dreckig. Die Toilette hatte Verfärbungen und die Dusche war etwas verschimmelt.

Dieses Hotel werde ich definitiv nicht nochmal buchen.

Alles Gut! Genügend Parkplätze, sehr zentrale und ruhige Lage zum Essen gehen und Einkaufen. Sehenswürdigkeiten und Autobahn ganz in der Nähe. Schönes Bad mit starker Klimaanlage. Großes Zimmer mit guter Bettwäsche. Frühstück war auch wirklich lecker, sowohl warme als auch kalte Küche.

Allerdings wäre ein weiterer Mitarbeiter nur fair, da beim Frühstück das Nachlegen trotz hohen Tempos der Angestellten recht lange gedauert hat. Ebenfalls provozieren die kleinen Gläser und Tassen zum häufigen Nachgießen, was in Coronazeiten zu vielen unnötigen Begegnungen am Buffett führt!

Die Zimmer waren absolut OK. Sauberkeit ebenfalls.
Jedoch könnten die Tische im Biergarten ab und an einmal gesäubert werden. Dies war mehrere Tage nicht der Fall.
Sehr zu wünschen übrig lässt jedoch die Freundlichkeit des Personals (jedoch betrifft dies nicht alle Angestellten). Nachfragen um Infos wurden sehr unfreundlich beantwortet.
Die vorgeschriebenen Corona-Schutzmasken wurden vom Personal teilweise garnicht oder falsch getragen.

Wohlfühl-Hotel

Ein ruhiges und schönes Hotel. Gute Schallisolation, geräumige Zimmer, sehr schöne und geräumige Duschkabine. Frühstück ist Coronabedingt etwas eingeschränkt, wie überall. Habe 7 Tage Urlaub sehr genossen.
Einziger Nachteil ist die Entfernung von Erfurt von 5Km.

Prenotata una camera doppia per una notte (17 giugno) in febbraio, pagato 107 euro, prenotazione confermata da expedia senza mai nessuna variazione, arrivati alla struttura la camera non è disponibile. Non lo era all'atto della prenotazione, che non capivano come poteva essere stata fatta dato che erano completi fin d' allora. Hanno quindi prenotato in un altro albergo. Sconcertati ci siamo recati all'altro albergo (good morning hotel) riscontrando una totale difformità rispetto alla struttura prenotata. Non avendo intenzione di accettare questo cambuamento torniamo al Linderhof per avere la restituzione di quanto pagato per prendere una camera in una struttura di nostra scelta. Ci rispondono in modo arrogante che il pagamento era stato fatto all'agenzia (cioè expedia) e che dovevamo quindo rivolgerci a questa. Inutile dire che abbiamo preso una camera adeguata a poche centinaia di metri (H+ hotel) a nostre spese (120 euro).
A questo punto mi chiedo: chi prenota le camere? Expedia o qualsiasi albergatore saccente? Non è forse norma di legge che una variazione di prenotazione deve essere comunicata e condivisa col cliente che in caso contrario deve essere risarcito? Tralasciando il disagio, la rabbia per non avere la camera pronta all'arrivo e la sensazione di essere stati bellamente imbrogliati, chiedo rapide e precise spiegazioni da Expedia su questa assurda procedura e il risarcimento del pagamento effettuato per il Linderhof.

Der an der Wand befestigte Fernseher wirkte billig (schlechtes Bild und schlechter Ton) - und war nicht gut platziert.

Schönes Hotel in ruhiger Lage. Das Personal ist nur teilweise freundlich und hilfsbereit und der Zimmerservice schaut nur gelegentlich mal vorbei. Das Essen ist lecker aber nicht gerade preiswert.

leider war in der Zeit unseres Aufenthalts kein WLAN verfügbar, TV Programme zu wenig...selbst zu Ostern nicht mal ein kleiner Schokohase für die Gäste auf dem Zimmer (schade)....ansonsten ein schönes, ruhiges Hotel mit kleinen schönen Orten zum verweilen oder einem Drink zu geniessen, Personal hat keine Mühe gescheut alles zu bringen..DANKE
