Hotel provided a pass for the tram into the downtown for our entire stay. This was great and made getting around very convenient. It was, I think, one stop to the train station and another stop to the downtown.

Rooms clean, comfortable and larger than tropical European hotel rooms. Breakfast was good.

Classy Hotel in Erfurt

This is a very nice hotel with a beautiful lobby and spacious rooms. It's about a half hour walk to the city center, and they provided me with a free transit card on check-in, which was really convenient for taking the trains (the tram stop is a block away and it's 3 stops to the city center).

Comfortable hotel

Victor’s is a traditional style hotel offering large comfortable accommodation, nicely presented in every way. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful with clear instructions as to how to access the tram system into the old town. A spacious underground parking area is provided at a reasonable rate.
A more than adequate buffet breakfast was included from which we fueled up for another day on the road.

Wonderful Erfurt

Wonderful place to stay. We had a huge room which was very clean. Staff are friendly and breakfast was very good. You get a free ticket to travel by public transport which is great. We used it a lot to go in and out of town. We would definitely stay here again.

Having sampled 6 Hotels on our journey to Poland, this was by far the best. We wished we had stayed longer. Hotel provides tram tickets into town.Stop 3mins from Hotel, taking you straight into the centre.

Excellent value for money hotel.

Would highly recommend this hotel. Very clean and excellent value for money. Food was of a high standard and accommodation very comfortable although duvets may seem a little skimped for those of us with larger frames. Free transport passes for local trams was an added and much appreciated bonus. For those who decide not to use the free trams, the walk from the hotel to the central area near the Dom takes about 30 minutes.

Large Rooms close to the City

This is a very well maintained hotel that features very large and comfortable rooms. The restaurant was pretty good for a hotel restaurant and is recommended. The breakfast buffet which was included in the room price was very good. There is free parking in a dead end side street alongside the hotel but if no space is available one can park in the underground garage for an additional charge. Public transportation tickets for Erfurt are included in the hotel price and are valid for the duration of your stay.

A quality feeling hotel at a good price

A recently refurbished-looking hotel, with a plush feel and quality decor, but at a reasonable price. Not too far from the historic centre, with close access to the tram. Easy to get to from the nearest motorway, with parking at a small cost. A good location both for the lovely centre and as a stopover when transiting central Europe.

Leider gibt es in den Zimmern keine Klimaanlage oder einen Deckenventi. Die unerträgliche Hitze staut sich in den Räumen. Da auch nachts keine Abkühlung kam, war es fast unerträglich bei diesen Temperaturen. Also im Sommer werde ich hier nicht mehr nächtigen. Es ist schade, weil das ein sehr schönes Hotel ist.

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel

Das hotel war sauber und hochwertig. Leider sind die betten sehr hard was zu einem unruhigen schlaf gefürt hat. Das ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt den ich habe. Sonst ist es ein gutes hotel ,nicht ganz billig aber ok. Für uns war die nähe zum Stadium wichtig. Gefrühstückt haben wir nicht und sond nur zwei Nächte geblieben.

Äußerst großzügige Zimmer, guter Komfort. Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass in Coronazeiten das Restaurant geschlossen ist und es in der Nähe auch nicht wirklich Alternativen gibt.

1. aften kunne vi ikke få lov, at spise i restauranten, af uvisse årsager. Dernæst ville de ikke låse op til terrassen, det gjorde de dog, da vi klagede i receptionen, så det lykkedes at få en kop kaffe der. Ellers er morgenmaden fin, parkering og værelser er er udmærket.

Wir waren von dem Hotel sehr enttäuscht! Von einem Vier-Sterne-Hotel erwarte ich wesentlich mehr Comfort, besseres Frühstück, Annehmlichkeiten auf dem Zimmer .
Dieses Hotel ist stehen geblieben auf dem Stand von vor 20 Jahren.
Die Betten waren durchgelegen, kein Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Korkenzieher auf dem Zimmer, kein Zimmerservice, keine Infobroschüre, im Bad zwei Handtuchhalter für vier Handtücher, die Suite direkt übern Eingang, wo abends grölende, rauchende Menschen stehen, das schlechteste Frühstück überhaupt (trotz Corona geht es besser!) mit billigen Aufbackbrötchen und Aufbackcroissants.
Es gab ein paar wirklich nette MitarbeiterInnen hier, aber die taten mir leid, an diesem Ort arbeiten zu müssen.
Wenn dieses Hotel einmal Glanz hatte, dann hat es diesen längst verloren!

zuerst EG neben Speisesaal, dann 1.Stock

Unser erstes Zimmer, das uns zugewiesen war, war im EG direkt neben dem Speisesaal, wo jeder Gast direkt in unser Zimmer geblickt hätte. Solch ein Zimmer sollte es in einem Hotel nicht geben und wir haben dann gleich ein anderes angefordert. Das war dann im 1.Stock und ruhiger gelegen. Ich glaube nicht dass das Hotel komplett ausgebucht war und man solch ein Zimmer erhalten sollte. Das Zimmer war sauber.

Tolles Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Team

Sehr schönes Hotel mit grossem Zimmer bereits im standard Bereich. Ob Servicekräfte oder an der Rezeption sind hier alle sehr freundlich und -auch in besonderen Situationen- sehr hilfsbereit und verständnisvoll. Man erhält ein kostenloses Strassenbahnticket für den gesamten Aufenthalt.
Kleiner Minus Punkt ist die wirklich teure Falsche Wasser auf dem Zimmer. Es gibt bereits viele Hotels in dem Preisniveau, die ihren Gästen das Wasser kostenlos zur Verfügung stellen.

Hoteleigene Tiefgarage kostet 12€ pro Nacht! Frühstück kostet 15€ extra. Lüftung im Bad defekt. Duschwasser hat starke Temperaturschwankungen (haben uns fast verbrüht) Toilettenspülung hat zu wenig Druck, es braucht 3 Anläufe. Waren nur für 1 Nacht hier. Sauber war alles.

Soweit alles bestens, ABER: Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn man bei dem Zimmerpreis bei der Anreise kostenlos eine Flasche Wasser auf dem Zimmer vorfinden würde, anstatt eine für 4 €!!!!

ruhige Gegend - etwas in die Jahre gekommen (im Toskana Stil mit Springbrunnen im Eingangsbereich). Teppichböden im Zimmer empfinde ich grundsätzlich als unhygienisch
Straßenbahn vor der Tür und mit etwas Glück findet man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz vor der Tür.
Bett und Kopfkissen waren nicht mein Fall. Der Stuhl zum Arbeiten wackelte.

Wir haben einen schönen Aufenthalt im Vicotor's Residenz-Hotel genießen können. Sowohl das Essen als auch der Service können sich sehen/schmecken lassen.
