It’s a nice hotel but the room was not clean. There were many hairs on the bathroom floor, in the shower and on the toilet seat. I mentioned to reception at checkout and they just said “oh sorry”. I would have expected a much more adequate response ie can I get manger to speak with you or something like that ie make me feel like it really mattered.

Not friendly, poorly maintained

The staff was quite unfriendly and did not listen to our concerns. The first room was a wrong type, the second one still had trash bin dirty after the previous guests. Even after mentioning this, it was not clean for the next hours. Overall, the hotel doesn't offer a good experience apart from nice views from the top floors.

Grundsätzlich ein schönes Zimmer, allerdings ist es sehr unpraktisch, dass zwischen Schlafraum und Bad keine Tür ist. Im Badbereich ist auch keine zusätzliche Heizung, so dass es sehr kalt ist. Die Toilette ist zwar mit Tür abgetrennt, allerdings ist der Raum so klein, dass man sich selbst als schlanke und kleine Person kaum drehen konnte. Auch standen Kleinreparaturen aus: Griff an Duschtür und Handtuchhaken locker, Steckdose locker in der Wand. Alles in allem für diese Kategorie eher unbefriedigend.

Tolle Lage um die Erfurter Altstadt zu erkunden.
Leider war das Einchecken wie so oft in Deutschland sehr enttäuschend . Die kleine Sätze „Herzlich Willkommen“ und „Wie war Ihre Anreise?“ oder „Schön das Sie da sind“ kosten Nichts….warum macht das niemand mehr, wir sind doch Gäste…es wäre so ein Unterschied
Beim Check out hat uns dann eine junge Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption gefragt wie unser Aufenthalt …geht doch

Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, obwohl mir persönlich mehr Ablageflächen gefehlt haben. In unserem Doppelzimmer gab es nur auf einer Seite des Bettes eine Ablage für Getränke, Handy usw. Ansonsten ein schönes Hotel in einer Toplage. Das Frühstück ist klasse, der Lachs geschmacklich ein Erlebnis.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht. Zunächst bekam ich ein Zimmer mit einem sehr schmalen Doppelbett (weniger als 1,40m). Als ich dann um ein anderes Zimmer gebeten habe, bekam ich es dann auch, allerdings war das Zimmer dann im Vergleich zum ersten Zimmer winzig. Insbesondere das Badezimmer.

Das in die Jahre gekommene Hotel hat seit langem eine umfassende Sanierung, insbesondere in energetischer Hinsicht nötig.
Durch den Verlauf von Radisson an NYX / Leonardo rechne ich da aber in absehbarer Zeit nicht mehr mit und werde fortan auf ein anderes Hotel ausweichen.

Das Zimmer war rel. klein aber sauber. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng! Die Parkplätze am Hotel kosten 24€/Tag!!
Das Frühstück war umfangreich, - eine Frühstücksampel (wann ist wieviel Andrang) wäre hilfreich! Die Lage des Hotel am Rand der Altstadt ist klasse, man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen!

Sehr gute Lage. Man ist sehr schnell in der Altstadt. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer war ok aber on die Jahre gekommen. Meine Kloschüssel hatte ein Riß. Absurd hohe preise für ein Parkplatz 24eur pro Tag. ( Und das nicht mal in einer Tiefgarage sondern unter freiem Himmel.

Wir verbrachten ein paar wunderbare Tage im NYX Hotel Erfurt und waren rundum zufrieden. Unser Zimmer im 14. Stock war großzügig geschnitten, sehr sauber und bot einen herrlichen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt – zwar nicht direkt auf die Altstadt, aber dennoch ein Panorama, das uns begeisterte.

Das Personal im gesamten Haus war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl beim Check-in als auch im Frühstücksbereich. Das Frühstücksbuffet selbst ließ keine Wünsche offen: abwechslungsreich, frisch und reichhaltig – ein perfekter Start in den Tag.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet: direkt am Rand der Altstadt, sodass man zu Fuß schnell mittendrin ist, und gleichzeitig mit dem Auto bequem erreichbar. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die hoteleigenen Parkgebühren. Wir haben uns daher für das öffentliche Parkhaus nur 200 Meter entfernt entschieden – eine unkomplizierte und deutlich günstigere Alternative.

Alles in allem ist das NYX Hotel Erfurt ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für einen Städtetrip. Wir reisten als Paar und fühlten uns im Urlaub bestens aufgehoben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

20 Minuten um den Check-In durchzuführen. Von 4 Countern waren 2 besetzt. Gästen wurde beim Check-In noch Ausgehmöglichkeiten erläutert anstatt die wartenden Gäste zu bedienen!!
Zimmer 604 gegenüber vom Fahrstuhl - als GOLD CARD MEMBER prima!
Obwohl alle Daten vorliegen, musste ich noch einmal viele Angaben von Hand eintragen. Auf Nachfrage wird mitgeteilt, dass man mit EXPEDIA oft größere Probleme bei der Datenübertragung hat!
Zum Abschluss wurde für 1 Nacht parken im Hinterhof noch EUR 24.- berechnet (Flughafenpreise). Nie wieder...

Schönes Hotel, super Frühstück und tolle Servicekräfte im Restaurant! Die Zimmer sind recht klein und es gibt keinen Schrank für die Kleidung. Insbesondere bei längeren Aufenthalten ist dies ungünstig. Was sehr komisch war, dass es im Doppelzimmer nur einen Nachtschrank gibt und auf Nachfrage wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass dies bei Standardzimmern so und nur bei Suiten anders ist. Merkwürdige Aussagen! Ein Nachrüsten trotz Rollen unter den Schränken (also so eine Art Metallwagen als Nachttisch) war nicht möglich, da sie diese nicht mehr hätten… naja..

Insgesamt aber ein super zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Beim Frühstück können sich netterweise Eierspeisen bestellt werden. Wenn dann unter der Glosche jedoch ein langes Haar klebt, schwarze Flecken vorhanden sind und zusätzlich älter Speisereste kleben, ist das Frühstück halt direkt gelaufen.
Das Hotel hat kleine Zimmer und sehr kleine Badezimmer. An der Wand im Badezimmer waren undefinierte Flecken, die TV Fernbedienung war klebrig.
im 10. Stock war die sehr befahrene Hauptverkehrsstraße und die Straßenbahn beide immernoch gut zu hören. Die außerordentlich nette Front Desk Mitarbeiterin hat mir dann dankenswerterweise ein ruhigeres Zimmer gegeben. Der Spender mit der Bosylotion war leer, die Automatik der Rollos defekt.

Der zusätzlich kostenpflichtige Fitness-Bereich riecht bestenfalls muffig. Der Corsstrainer ist so aktuell, dass es sogar noch ein Verbindungskabel für einen Ipod hat. Im Sport Bereich gibt es keine Desinfektionsspender für die Geräte

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ursprünglich ein Superior Zimmer gebucht, jedoch ist nicht ersichtlich wofür der Aufpreis zu zahlen ist. Die Zimmer haben eine schlechte Aussicht und sind vom Standard her älter. Der Aufpreis zu den Standard Zimmern sind aus unserer Sicht nicht nachvollziehbar. Der Herr an der Rezeption hat uns sofort ein Zimmer in der Standard-Kategorie in der 13. Etage angeboten. Im Zimmer waren an sehr auffälligen Stellen Wollmäuse.

Leider waren bei Ankunft Haare auf dem Bett und es fehlten Handtücher. Nach Meldung an der Rezeption wurde nachgebessert und wir erhielten einen Gutschein für zwei ausgewählte Getränke an der Bar. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral und die Altstadt super fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war hervorragend!

An sich ein schönes Hotel, allerdings aufgrund des Alters mit Sanierungsbedarf.
Dieser wird am dringendsten an den in vielen Zimmern undichten Metallfenster sichtbar, die (auch nach Justage durch die Haustechnik) nicht mehr dicht sind und somit Kälte reinlassen und für Zugluft mit reichlich Geräuschbildung (am Fenster & der Zimmertür) sorgen.
Alles andere als ein Einzelfall, diesmal festgestellt in Zimmer 1208.
