This hotel was right in old town with easy parking. The room was very nicely decorated, large and very quiet, and walkable to every thing. There is a lot to do in Erfurt and we ended up staying an extra night. I would definitely recommend this property.

Location is not everything

The location is a real plus, the breakfast buffet is good and has a wide range of choices. However the basic room has no air condition which made getting a good sleep during the recent heatwave impossible. There is also no minibar or mini fridge in the room to have a cold drink. You can upgrade to a room wit A/C and rent a mini fridge at additional cost however the price for a night in a basic room was already upper range for a hotel of this category. We're not talking about the 4 seasons or the plaza...you get better sleep quality and better rooms for less if you stay at the Radison or the Mercure. Parking garage is cramped and finding a spot can be a challenge but they made the best with the space they have. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I just had a great overnight sleep and buffet breakfast in the morning was just amazing, even during Covid-19 time (together with all safety measures in place). Nice Hotel, Great Location

On our most recent trip we stayed in 4 different hotels in Germany and this was by far our favorite. The hotel offers spacious rooms, ours had a separate room for kids, a couch and ample storage space. The underground parking was convenient. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance of good food, sites, and shopping. They also provided the best breakfast we had on our trip. The rooms appear to have been updated recently and we were very pleased.

We loved staying at this hotel. The rooms are updated and clean and the location is wonderful! It is about a 12 minute walk to the train station and a two minute walk to the Kraemerbruecke. The breakfast was delicious. The only thing we would have wanted is a mini refrigerator in the room. Otherwise, this hotel is excellent.

The hotel is very comfortable, new, clean, the breakfast is great, and the location in the heart of Erfurt Old Town is unbeatable. Family-friendly with great attention to kids. Nearly every Comfort room has A/C, but a small number don't - if having A/C is crucial, alert the hotel ahead of time and/or check in early, especially on weekends (Fri/Sat). Have stayed here before and would stay here again.

Great location

The hotel is located in the historic part of town and is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. The hotel staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the great German buffet breakfast. The only thing that was a bit negative was the small room on the top floor with its slanted walls. We had to be careful not to bang our heads on the walls. We were also unlucky in that our room had 2 twin beds rather than a full size or queen size bed. These twin beds were very narrow, like a baby crib. We would go back again, but request a bigger room with a bigger bed.

Quiet and comfortable stay

Location was perfect close to public transportation and within steps of Krämer Brücke. Slept comfortably and quietly. My fourth floor windows provided me with excellent views of Erfurt's old town. Breakfast amazing. Personnel very courteous. Would stay there again without reservation.

Great location. Bed very stripped down and European but I was exhausted each night so it didn't matter. Americans, your breakfast is calculated on the number of guests you claim at reservations, so I know this doesn't matter in the US but put in one if you are solo.

Wir waren das zweite Mal zu Gast - diesmal als Familie. Entsprechend haben wir ein Familienzimmer gewählt. Dieses hatte einen großen Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett und einem Schlafsofa sowie einen weiteren kleinen Raum mit einem Einzelbett. Das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig, mit begehbarer Dusche. Das ganze Zimmer war sehr schön gestaltet und eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Das Frühstück war umfangreich, lecker und alles sehr schön angerichtet.

Süß fanden wir, dass unsere beiden Kinder eine eigene Zimmerkarte in Tier-Form bekommen haben. Darüber waren sie sehr stolz.

Das Hotel liegt super zentral, nur wenige Meter von der Krämerbrücke entfernt. Dennoch ist es sehr ruhig. Parkmöglichkeiten bietet die kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage.

Der Aufenthalt war rundum ein first-class Erlebnis. Von der Freundlichkeit und unproblematischen Abwicklung am Empfang mit umwerfend herzlichen Angestellten über den Zuschnitt und die Sauberkeit der modernen großen Zimmer bis zum sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet und den überaus aufmerksamen und ebenfalls sehr herzlichen guten Geistern im Service war es ein Aufenthalt den wir nur empfehlen können.

Es war alles in Ordnung. Einzig, das Zimmer war sehr warm und das im Raum befindliche 'Lüfterchen' zu klein um irgendwie die Temperaturen zu senken...! Zu einer anderen Jahreszeit ist dieser Punkt bestimmt kein Problem.

4月29日（火）から6泊しました。私の事前調査が良くなかったのですが、部屋に冷蔵庫がなく、フロントにリクエストをお願いしましたが叶う事がなかったです。あと用意していただいた部屋は1階ので、目の前が自転車置き場だったので人の出入りや移動などが多く、カーテンを開けておくことが6泊中一度もありませんでした。決して安い部屋ではないのに．．．とても残念な6泊を過ごしました。あと、思っていた以上、ベッドが狭く、快適に過ごすことが出来ませんでした。※これは、私の責任で、事前調査をもっとしっかりしておけば良かったとただ、ただ、後悔しています。

Gutes Haus mir Einschränkung

Ich bekam - erneut - das Zimmer Nr.15, direkt an der Straße, wo die Autos durchs Zimmer fahren und man jedes Wort der Passanten verstehen kann - und auch nachts ist Verkehr! Erst nach ausdrücklicher Intervention bekam ich ein ruhiges Zimmer! Ich hatte bereits vor geraumer Zeit darauf hingewiesen, daß m.E. die Zimmer zur Straße in einem solchen 4*Haus nicht vermietet werden dürften, denn schlafen ist dort nachts unmöglich! Dafür ist das Frühstück überdurchschnittlich!

Alles in Allem nicht viel zu bemängeln

Ein sehr schönes, sehr gut gelegenes Hotel. Sehr sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr hilfsbereit. Gutes Frühstück. Ich weiß nicht warum, wir fanden die Betten eigentlich gut, hatten am Morgen aber trotzdem erhebliche Rückenschmerzen. Es gibt keine Minibar, die kann man bekommen, bezahlt sie allerdings extra, Kleinigkeiten wie Wasser Schokolade, Wein, sind, natürlich nicht umsonst, auf dem Zimmer. Zimmerservice gibt es auch, kostet allerdings, pro Lieferung, 10,00 €uro extra, zusätzlich zu dem, was man sich dann auf das Zimmer bringen lässt. Es gibt USB-Dosen, sehr praktisch. Die Toilettendeckel sind nicht selbst-absenkbar, das könnte verbessert werden.

Ideale Lage für Stadtbesichtigungen. Große Zimmer verfügbar. Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden (in Erfurt nicht selbstverständlich, allerdings recht teuer). Sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider Mängel beim Zimmerservice (Zimmerreinigung mangelhaft, Betten werden nicht richtig gemacht, Handtücher selbst am Boden liegend nicht gewechselt, Rezeption von Beschwerde unbeeindruckt), An der Leistung gemessen recht teures Hotel.
