We stayed in room 908, which was a twin room, towards the front of the hotel. It was adequately spacious, for two adults with luggage.

As a couple, we put the twin beds together and made one sizeable bed, which was very comfortable.

Bathroom was more of a wet room, which was fine but not my preferred set-up. There was a bath tub too. Shower gel, hair shampoo and conditioner provided in the bathroom. Separate toilet (typical Japanese with heated seat and wash options) and basin. Very efficient hairdryer also provided and I was able to borrow very good hair straightening irons from reception, free of charge.

Electric kettle and small refrigerator in the room, which was very useful.

Blackout blinds at the window. Some noise from the main road below. Room also a little cool at times. Air con unit was efficient and provided heating when we needed it. An extra blanket was also provided by reception, when requested.

Massage chair was most welcomed after a long day walking. Very powerful.

Lighting was very good, with plenty of settings. Large screen TV was fine with some international channels. Was able to borrow an HDMI cable from reception, to hook-up iPad for movies/YouTube.

Guest WiFi was free and reliable.

Good selection of tea and coffee supplies available free of charge at reception, on the 4th floor, alongside toothbrushes/toothpaste, razors and hair brushes.

Brilliant location for easy access to transportation, restaurants, nightlife and convenience stores.

Good location; there's a mall \"Tokyo Midtown\" near by with lots of restaurants and supermarket. The room is very tight cannot walk with suitcases opened. However it's nice to have a massage chair after 20k+ steps a day.

I like the Remm chain, but I was a little underwhelmed by this one. The heat in the room didn't seem to work very well, and that was after I had to use Google translate (no instructions in the room) to switch it to heat. Cold room is great for sleeping, but not so much in the morning or when just hanging out in your room. Other than that, it was clean and quiet with the usual level of service from Remm.

The location is impeccable. It’s super convenient being just the across the street from Tokyo Midtown and Roppongi Station. Lots of good ramen and noodle shops nearby too.

To top it off, the massage chair is a great amenity. I used it everyday. On day 1, the
massage chair was so painful but by about day 4, I felt no pain so it means it is working.

My room also had the view of Tokyo Tower. It’s quite a sight at night.

The hotel also has a place to store your luggage which is self serve free of charge.

I would only wish that the hotel offered bigger rooms because I really like it and don’t mind spending a bit more for more comfort.

The massage chair in the room is the size for a child. Please get rid of the chair and get a comfortable chair that an adult can sit in comfortably. The glass, the bathroom and mirrors are all spotted permanently it seems. It gives a dirty feeling. The CNN channel does not produce any sound while all the other channels do. I have stayed here before in the same problems still exits unfortunately. Otherwise it’s very clean. Quiet bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly.

The room was located at a prime stop and near train stations and restaurants. The room was very clean and roomy. I stayed on the higher floor and the view when the sunrises peaking out from the buildings to the night sky where it looks like a sea of lights will be engraved in my memories forever. Plus the view Tokyo Tower made it 100000% better. I didn’t really interacted with the staff much but they were very kind when I did. The tub and massage chair was so luxurious that it made leaving the hotel room hard.

Room is a little too small. If you have a large luggage, forget it. BUT luggage aside, it’s a great place. We had 2 carry ons and they fit perfectly. Bed is comfortable, hotel is clean, bathroom is clean, close to a lot of good places to eat, to see, to shop. I recommend it.

I honestly loved Roppongi - it took a minute to get used to Tokyo generally as it’s such a busy place. But something I really appreciated about this are was the lack of stores. I found the busyness . There are some great coffee shops closeby, and some fab restaurant and gallery options that meant late night and early morning we could go out close to the hotel without adding to the exhaustion of the day. Great views and easy connections to other parts of this mega city! Really pleased we stayed in Roppongi at the Remm would really recommend

The hotel is in a good area, but there are way better hotel options. If i had to do it again I would not have booked this hotel at all. The rooms are tiny and cramped and the rooms dont even have a bathtub. The breakfast is subpar and it hardly had any western food options.

Plus the hotel doesnt even have laundry. We had to take our landry out and do it elsewhere during our stay.

We wanted to checkout and swich to another hotel but they refused to refund us and told us that if we checked out then they would keep the money. So we were stuck there for 7 days.

sleep in Tokyo. Check-in is done through self-serve kiosks, but staff are nearby and ready to help if needed. Note that there’s a small nightly tourism tax to pay upon check-in.

The first room I was given had an unusual smell, but when I brought it up, the manager personally walked me to a new room to ensure everything was satisfactory. The room itself was compact, as expected for this price point in Tokyo. While the linens and bathroom were very clean, some surfaces like the desk could have used a bit more attention.

Room cleaning is only provided if you don’t display the “eco cleaning” sign on your door. Otherwise, they’ll just leave you towels ant the door. Amenities like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and hair brushes are available in the lobby for you to take.

The location is excellent, in tge affluent Tokyo neighbourhood of Roppongi. Plus, the hotel is just steps from Roppongi Station, and a short walk away from many restaurants and bars. The nearest metro exit also has elevator access, making it convenient for those with luggage.

I do not recommend. We spent our last night in Japan here and I woke up with my face and neck completely covered in rash. More bumps subsequently appeared around my forearm and calves. I have no allergies and surmised it’s due to dirty pillows and dirty linen.

After returning home, I saw a doctor who said that the rash is most likely due to contact because of the sequence of events and because they only appeared in exposed areas, but the hotel refused to take any responsibility, saying that they had checked and “there were no insects”, so basically it’s not their business. Very very poor service recovery.

Loved the property. Again, these hotel rooms are smaller as they are Japan Standards. Me and my wife stayed here. It was a little tough with luggage in the room. Outside of that the hotel was fantastic. Great breakfast in the morning at Cedar Cafe. Clean. Lots to do at night if you enjoy Bar Hopping.

Now, whatever you do… don’t use the laundry service. Way way way expensive. Use a laundromat :)

Nice hotel, friendly and accommodating staff. Nice lobby. Was changing hotels but coming back in 4 days - they allowed us to leave our very large check-in bags to pick up when we returned, so that we only had to bring our carry-on with us, that was super convenient. Also after checking out, we could lock up our luggage in the lobby and still explore the area until we had to leave for the airport. Nice and modern hotel too.

We loved Remm Roppongi, we actually cancelled our last hotel and came back to Remm at the end of our trip because we enjoyed the hotel and area so much! The rooms were super clean, the size was more than enough for 2 people! They have multiple options for daily cleaning that allow for eco friendly options!
The front desk staff helped us arrange our Yamato transport and were super friendly when we were asking a million questions!
There’s a cafe and soba restaurant just steps away as well as 4 different train stations within a 5 minute walk! The neighbourhood itself offers beautiful architecture and quiet day time activities and lots of places in the evening if nightlife is more of a vibe!
10/10 would stay again on our next trip!
