Nice hotel. Room was small but had everything you need. Bathroom and shower was a tight fit. Bed was comfortable and loved the Tv position so you could watch while in bed. Having luggage and trying to open it was tough as there wasn’t much room. The mini fridge gets super cold and froze my drinks even at a low level but at least it kept my ice cream cold. Only one elevator for the entire hotel so may take awhile or you’ll stop a lot. Housekeeping was every 3 days regardless of if you asked for it or not but the TV display with hotel information will tell you when it will be. If you wanted cleaning you could put a sign outside on the door. They left new towels and amenities in a bag at your door if you did not ask for cleaning everyday which was very nice. Staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate a later checkout for us for 1000yen. The area around was quiet and lots of local restaurants around. Few bars around as well. I recommend whiskey salon Roppongi about a block away. The subway was very close. We found a short cut through the family mart right across the street so it can get you into the subway in 2 min rather than going all the way around the block. From Narita airport we took a bus that dropped off at the Grand Hyatt which is about a 10 min walk or a short taxi ride if you got lots of luggage. We did the same thing when we left. Overall loved our stay at this APA. So close to the subway to go to things and it’s quiet at night. Would definitely stay again.

The property is close to Roppongi Station. It is very quiet, we could sleep with open windows. They have a small restaurant and even a small seating area outside. The rooms are small abut well equipped, you have a kettle and some tea and coffee. The bathroom is equipped with loads of amenities like toothbrushes and -paste, shavers, slippers etc. You get fresh towels every day and bedlinen is changed every 3rd day.

Great location, close to train station and lots of dining options! We stayed at multiple apa hotels for our trip and this one was older than the other ones. The room was clean but had stains on the wall and the restroom had mold growing on the cracks. Staff was very nice and helpful. Housekeeping gave us an amenity kit almost everyday and made the room every third day which was great! The room was a the right size for 2 adults and a toddler!

I'm glad my wife and I chose to stay with APA Hotel Roppongi-Ekimae! It was our very first visit to Japan and this location made our stay absolutely wonderful. The hotel staff were kind, thoughtful, helpful, friendly, and very easy to talk to. We were always greeted upon leaving and entering the lobby. We loved wearing the yukatas and having clean, fresh towels daily. Every three days, our room was cleaned, and coming back to a spotless room and bathroom felt so great. The APA Roppongi-Ekimae location was super convenient, as it is across the street from Family Mart and the train station. It's also right in the middle of a great neighborhood with lots of incredible restaurants like Uohama, Sakura, and Afuri ramen, as well as plenty of entertainment options like nightclubs, karaoke bars, and shopping plazas. When we visit Japan again, we would love to stay at an APA.

I was actually impressed with the convenience and easy at staying at APA. Additionally I was impressed with the supplies to the room. They have everything should you forget to pack something. Also the train and bus were so close getting to and around Tokyo was very simple. There are also a lot of amazing options to eat around there.

Good location, convenient for most places in Tokyo via subway (Roppongi station is a short walk away). The local area isn't that interesting except maybe for the teamLabs location (if you can get tickets) but its not a bad base. Hotel staff are frieendly and helpful. Main drawbacks are (1) like all APA facilities the rooms are *very* small so its tough to even unpack a suitcase and (2) this hotel has a very small \"footprint\" and therefore has only one elevator... so in the morning rush hour it can take a while to get down to ground level. One unexpected plus was that the \"boulangerie\" Sakura across the street serves an awesome breakfast!

Excellent price and location, a bit small for two people but hey it’s Tokyo! You can always upgrade to a bigger room if you need more space but the reality is that it’s Tokyo and you will just be sleeping here anyway. The room comes with everything you need, the hotel was super clean and organized, friendly staff with free luggage holding in case you arrive early or your flight is much later after checkout. All ride share apps pick you up out front if you’re using those. Metro station is like 3 min away and easy with luggage too.

Rooms are very compact especially when traveling with multiple luggage’s. A/C worked well and bed was comfortable. Overall cleanliness of the room was good. They cleaned the room every 3 days or whenever requested. They had good room amenities as well. The location is, however, phenomenal. Right across from a Family Mart confidence store and 2 minutes away from Roppongi station, it made travelling around Tokyo a breeze.

Overall it was not a bad stay. Close to big clubs in the area. Making it very walkable and convenient to go out. We got a non smoking room but I felt like the room when we first entered had a small looming of cigarettes. The room was very small. Even for 2 people. I admit it is typical of a Japanese hotel tho. ・裏に無数のお墓が見えた。
最初に案内されたお部屋は入る前から悪臭が漂っており、入ると強烈な腐敗臭でいても立ってもいられず即座に部屋の電話からフロントに問い合わせました。
変更をする為お部屋でお待ちくださいと言われたものの、息をする事も儘ならない悪臭で部屋を出てフロントへ。
変更先としてその悪臭の隣のお部屋の鍵を渡されたが、廊下に漏れる程だったので他の階へ変えてもらいました。
エレベーターを降りて今度は煙草の匂い。
予約した禁煙ルームなのかを確認の為フロントに電話すると、他の部屋のお客様が喫煙されているのかもしれないですね、との返答。
何度もお部屋を変えてもらうのを躊躇して、とりあえず荷物を下ろして部屋の換気良くしていると、フロントから電話が鳴り元々禁煙フロアだった7階に移動しますかと提案され、再び移動。

The room is clean and modern but way too small. DO NOT stay in these rooms with 2 people even though the website says its for 2 people. The room is ridiculously uncomfortable for 2 people. It's bearable for 1 traveler for 1 or 2 nights but no more. No place to unpack your suitcase. Smallest sink ever. You have to sit at an angle to fit on the toilet, etc. Also, the pic of the headboard made me think that there were USB ports on the headboard. Those are not USB ports so ensure you bring a USB plug adaptor with you.

this was the worst hotel experience i have ever had, its a racist hotel, staff were rude and unhelpful, booked a double room, was given a single room. Had issues ordering food cos the number i was told to call only spoke japanese and asked the staff for help and i was turned down, my daughter had to sleep hungry. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE HOTEL.
