The best feature = subway below.

Staff was incredible day 1 to remove the sofa to make space for us.

Breakfast- same every day- continental variety- not worth the amount they charge.

The room was not well lit and did not see any sun.

The room was great. King size bed. Little room on either side of the bed but room all the same.
In a business and residential district so it was formal and quiet. Close to a train station. A number of dining areas by the train station.

The room we had was spacious and with a big TV. The washroom was a big old and would be nice to have separate shower instead of bath tub. The paid breakfast buffet does not have many food items and it's provided by a restaurant/pub next to the hotel. The staff was helpful and nice.

Roppongi is such a nice area & Hotel Villa added to that. Staff were friendly, rooms offered just enough space, I loved the PJ's and slippers offered, and the view was amazing. They also offer a laundry room & 24 hour storage for your luggage after you've checked out but are not just yet ready for the airport. I would definitely stay again.

Convenient location in Roppongi Hills area. Train station was very close. Rooms were a bit tight and small but had everything one needed. I bit noisy on our floor during the night but not sure as to why. Sheets make a funny noise when moving in bed. Walking distance to team lab borderless

In the heart of the most expensive real estate in Tokyo, a hotel priced for the common man. Walkability is awesome; on a whim we went to Tokyo Tower. For anyone performing or going to a performance at Suntory Hall; awesome location. Starbucks and awesome coffee shops everywhere. Cool despite the heat of summer.

The hotel was ok, there was on going construction while we stayed here so but we knew what we were getting into and probably why price was cheap. The vending machines were pretty lacking and we had to go outside and get drinks from the vending machine outside the hotel.

Well-run clean hotel, near to the Tokyo Tower and TeamLab. Easy access via the Roppangi-itchome Station, right out front.

Some fairly good restaurants nearby. And the neighborhood was quiet for our visit.

We were confused by the lights, though that may have more to do with jet lag than any design issue. We thought the rooms could use outlets closer to the beds.

Very minor concerns really. The shower was terrific and the air conditioning worked very well.

A fair priced hotel in an expensive City. We stayed here as we were visiting a friend in the neighbourhood - but right outside the front door is a Metro station and you are easy walking to Roppongi district and Tokyo Tower. Room was comfortable, we stayed in a 30 sqm twin room. The hotel is a little older and lacks amenities like eating & bar areas, but if you are just looking for a place to sleep & shower this is one I'd recommend.

Hotel is very convenient, located right next to the metro station. Rooms are reasonable size for Tokyo and comfortable. The lobby coffee machine is a nice touch.

Breakfast is basic and not really worth paying for. There are plenty of good places to go. One surprise is you need to ask them to clean the room, otherwise they don’t make the sheets!

This is in a more business section of Tokyo, lots of business travelers in this hotel, many meetings happening in the lobby. The hotel lobby is spacious, bright, and welcoming. The rooms were standard \"small\" size, but clean. The laundry room needed to be cleaned, it was subpar standard, couldn't find even a trash can to throw away stuff. The breakfast room is in the bistro restaurant, so the set up was more cramped and while the selection was good, food was often running out and needed to be filled quickly. The staff seemed stressed. Access to metro is right outside the front door, and there's shopping in the underground area.

I liked my first stay so much I stayed there again on my next trip. The best thing about the hotel is Izumi Garden and the subway station. They cater to the office workers and thus dining and transportation are extremely convenient. Fukushimaya Supermarket was the icing on the cake. They had fresh sushi everyday that was better quality than most restaurants. I would stay there again for a third time.

The property is located slightly outside the city, but it’s very close to the airport limousine bus stop, making it extremely convenient. The train station is just 50 meters away from the hotel. However, there aren’t many restaurants in the surrounding area, so guests will need to venture out a bit more for dining options.

I stayed in a double room that included breakfast. The room was a little more spacious than most in Japan and had your basic amenities: desk with kettle and drinkware, fridge, safe, hangers for clothes. The location of the hotel above the Roppongi-Ichitome station was so central and excellent for getting to other areas in Tokyo by train. The hotel is about a 10 min walk to Roppongi crossing. I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Villa Fontaine. My only complaint would be the breakfast buffet, which was the most expensive but had the smallest variety out of the three hotels I stayed in during my Japan trip.

The price is too high for such an average room and facilities. Too far from everything, entertainment area and such. You need to catch train to go another line to go anywhere. Poor location for visitor. Good for business only.

I stayed for 4 nights. The room is clean, and actually quite spacious. My issue was that the bathroom smelled terrible and could not be resolved with their deodorising spray.

The bath drain seemed to drain slower than the bath draining itself so the drain would overflow and potentially be the cause of the bad smell caused by mold.

I asked my friend staying in the same hotel if he had the smell issue and he said no so it might've just been my room.

Room was super clean and big enough to open 2 suitcases and not trip over them. The pillows are really, really hard. Uncomfortably so. But the bed itself was comfortable. The shower was amazing; one of the best have had in any hotel. Thought it was weird that a lot of the amenities that you usually find in a hotel bathroom (toothbrush/cotton buds etc) are in the reception so you have to go get some if you want them. No coffee machine but there is a kettle, fridge & safe. We used the iron down in the communal laundry area but again would have been nice to have in the room. Location of the hotel is great, right next to a subway station and a 10 min walk from both Roppongi and Akasaka. Is also a 5 min walk from a pick up spot for the limousine bus to the airport, which was great for us. Staff were efficient and friendly.

Rooms are decent size for 2 American adults, can sleep 3 but will be very tight in space with luggage if you want comfort stay 2 only. Metro entrance steps away. Family mart less than 5min. Starbucks 2min walk way. Tokyo tower 15min walkway. Located near high end stores (15min) walk.
