There is no pool at this property. However the hotel is located close to shopping and other amenities.

Great value, room was quite spacious and decently appointed. Housekeeping was excellent. Location is fairly close to everything you might need in Kitchener, but it's entrance and exit can be a challenge to access at busy times of day. The breakfast was adequate, better than a typical continental breakfast, but the coffee was not good (putting it nicely) and the hot food (eggs and a meat) was mediocre at best.

It was dirty, the shower was gross and had old hair in it, the carpet had crumbs everywhere, the sink had dirt in it, there were people knocking on the glass door in the morning, and the key cards were not working well, glitching and gave us trouble getting back into our room. it was just not a pleasant stay. Definitely need to change these things and have better security because having people roaming around knocking on the doors is quite scary.

The only disappointment was that the EV charging cables had been cut and stolen, so we couldn’t charge our vehicle during our visit. Of course, this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, but it would have been convenient to have a functioning charger on-site. Our room keys had to be fixed multiple times. Lamp shades were filthy. Fridge didn’t work. Bed skirt was filthy. Mold all over ceiling in bathroom. Bath tub was rusty around the hardware and dirty. There was a pedofile there the first night and cops had to come. We checked out a night early because of everyrhing and it smelled like very strong pot the evening we decided to leave.

The hotel is definitely old and dated. It could use a some work, but for the cost, it wasn't bad. It was nice breakfast was provided. We were there for a cheer completion, so the hotel was full of young ladies. A gentlemen decided to flash a group of them - it was reported to the police, but I guess it was a busy night in Kitchener and it took over 2 hours. The guy was not arrested as he denied it and the hotel allowed him to stay - not impressed as they should have asked him to leave given what was happening in hotel.

The place was very clean, staff super nice and accommodating (we had to extend our stay due to unexpected circumstances and a snow storm) Hot breakfast and coffee and all at a great price. Our room was comfortable, quiet, clean and conveniently located on the bottom floor so we could use the sliding glass door to go to and from our car. The hotel is located a short drive from the airport, which was super convenient for us as we were picking up someone from an early morning flight.

The room had a flashing light that kept me up all night. I then had to try and get a hold of the manager 3 times before I received a call back only to be told that I should have switched rooms in the middle of the night. Which also would have been a terrible experience. I am not the first person to complain about this and feel the management is trying to not address the situation. A simple solution is to apologize about their experience and refund the money the customer paid - but manager was unwilling to do that showing the lack of care.

Room was in good condition although my room did not have a desk but rather a large side table the chair barely fit under. Hot water was a problem. It was necessary to run the water full on for over 5 minutes before it began to warm up. The second night of our stay parking was an issue. Both my wife and daughter use walkers and there were no parking spaces available near an accessible door which necessitated their struggling through snow to the main entrance.
