The Good: Staff was very friendly and pretty helpful...plenty of parking and property is very well lit at night...room was large and had a couch and fridge and microwave and cabinets for food/supplies... lota of countertop space ..bed was large, clean and comfortable...shower had awesome water pressure and plenty of hot water...plenty of ice and easy to get...pool area was nice with plenty of seats and loungers...water wasn't cold but wasn't super warm...bakery right in front... restaurants and grocery within walking distance...Walmart close by.

Overall, for $60 a night it is acceptable...some good things and some things that left us frustrated...we stayed 2 nights as per our plan... but would have gone somewhere else if we were staying longer...

This place was terrible the room was awful, broken blinds, hair on the floor, broken furniture, bathroom sink clogged, loud music playing. The whole place looks like an abandoned building. The housekeeping staff looked over worked and tired. They really need to do some serious work on this place!!

The first room I was in had packing tape golding the door lock on, the remote didnt work and no mocrowave. I jave a specsil diest and cannot eat out. I was switched to a room on the third floor. Im disabled but they did have an elevator that smelled like urine and i would have to go down three dlights of stairs of there was an emergency. My neighbors had the tv on full blast at 12:30 am, the AC only had 2 setrings. Freezing and sweating. Room was clean nice fridge but overall, I would not stay there again.

My friend's bed had dirty stains on the sheets and bedding, i informed staff and they made up the beds the next day, but they did not change the sheets or bedding. The same stains were in the same exact places! My friend ended up sleeping on top of her bedding with her clothes on the whole stay because she was grossed out! The lamps were super grossly dirty and rusted, i was afraid to touch them because of the rust on them. Those should be changed out immediately for appearance sake. The tub had mold stains all around the edges along side the wall. I had to put a long piece of paper behind the blinds against the window because the blinds had pieces broken off at the ends, and you could clearly see into our room from outside. The location of hotel is great! It is close to everything, lots to do in the area, but i would not stay there ever again! Staff member Steph who checked us in, was very friendly and helpful with information. Good customer service, but the male staff member at night, was not friendly at all!!

Lobby attended upset I wouldn't go without a TV till morning when maintenance comes in. 3rd room with black mold and mildew in tub , fecal matter on every light switch, rusted light fixtures . I booked this due to an emergency, female traveling alone. Very run down and nasty. Room was dirty, smelled of marijuana and condoms were left in the room. Extremely unsanitary and unsafe. I went to my room and literally walked out. Front desk asked for pictures which I gave but no refund or call from the property manager. DO NOT BOOK! Especially if you have children because there were a lot of suspicious looking people. I am fighting for a refund! Expedia should be advertising such place.

Room was okay but lacked room service, they do tell you they will come in every 3 days. Our stay was for Jan 17-24 and only came in 2 times, both from being requested. Had to request toilet paper and shampoo, conditioner, towels.

This hotel is nothing like what the pictures show. Thin sheets on the bed, no comforter or thick blanket. There was a dead roach on the wall and the parking is very limited. I do not recommend staying here if you have OCD or don’t like insects. There was a crack pipe under the table in my room wrapped in black electrical tape. There is also a $100 deposit that they don’t tell you about before booking. I will never stay here again.

Plumbing issues and roaches. Spent most of my time out and would come back late night so to my surprise when I got back found these issues. Wasn't evident at first. Took pix/videos last night I was there. 1st night I arrived, saw the roach but thought it was a bug from outside at 1st ...it escaped quickly before I could get closer look but the last night I was there, I ended up killing more than one roach. Used sink in the mornings and it wasn't running well. When I got back, it didn't drain and there was still water. Microwave was missing spinning plate. Let front desk know when I checked out.

I don't recommend this hotel because I made 3 reservation and the rooms are old and with a lof of defective. Also the rooms isn't clean correctly because you can see some dust. The worst part is the cockroaches. I told the hotel to change the room but was the same problems. Also I told the hotel to cancel my others day to change the hotel for this bad experience and the hotel told me No because they can do refunds because I don't made the reservation directly with them. Also I called directly to Hotels.com and they try with the Home 1 Suites extended stay, but they refused to help, even though it was their own fault and due to the poor quality of the rooms they offer.

Asking kindly for handicap accommodation days in advance, the hotel manager declined simple & inexpensive nontoxic cleaning, claiming \"inaccessibility\". When we arrived, having paid for 3 people in the room, only 1 towel set was present. We politely asked for 2 more. The desk clerk handed us just 2 bath towels, saying, \"That's all we have.\" The sink did not drain properly and the toilet had a too-small top cover. All this said, we appreciated the comfortable beds & kitchenette.

This hotel was dirty, had the previous occupants food still in the fridge and freezer, the floors were so gross I didn’t dare go barefoot. It looked nothing like the pictures, did not have housekeeping, was in the worst part of town and so unsafe that I didn’t even stay in it the last two nights of my trip. I expected much better and likely will not book another hotel via Expedia if they are willing to list such misleading advertising for awful accommodations. Highly disappointed.

Couldn’t sleep with all the bugs and the people talking and smoking weed and cigarettes outside of our door and the smell leaking into our room. I went with two toddlers and I was definitely scared of my car getting broken into or a roach crawling on us. I told the lady in the front and she said she could not refund and that the people that live in the hotel are known to behave bad that that she will speak to them. Didn’t seem remorseful or sorry or even surprised about my room concerns for safety concerns. Will NEVER go there again!

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Florida, and overall it was a good experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they could definitely use some updates to feel more modern. Even with that, my stay was still very enjoyable thanks to the amazing service.
I want to give a special shout-out to Yasmin. She was absolutely incredible — friendly, professional, and always went out of her way to help with anything I needed. Her positive attitude made a big difference and really elevated the whole stay. Hotels need more employees like her.
I would return again mainly because of the great service from Yasmin and the smooth, pleasant overall experience.

The check in process was quick and Liz was friendly at the front desk. The issue was when we finally got to our room, it was dirty there was clothes from the previous people that had stayed in the room on the floor by the bed. The room was dirty, house keeping never stopped by once during my 4 day stay. I had stopped by the housekeepers on day 3 of my stay to ask to swap out my towels and they were rude and seemed angry that I asked to swap out towels, they had told me I was unable to get them swapped out until 3pm once laundry was done. I also had to ask the front desk for extra toilet paper since they had only one roll in the bathroom as well. There was roaches in the room as well.

The room was not clean, there were hairs in the sink and dirt on the floor. There are no amenities, there is a microwave and fridge but no cutlery, dishes etc. The cupboards are bare in other words. The bed is uncomfortable. There was a piece cut out of the venetian blinds on the window that I covered with a plastic bag for privacy. I had a disability room, the only concessions to this were hand rails and a raised toilet. The room had shower over the bath which is entirely unsuitable. On a good note, the front desk person on the night I checked in was very pleasant and her husband helped me move my things into the room. If your looking to stay though I have one word for you, don't.
