I was very disappointed with the overall appearance and quality of the property. The conditions felt more like a cross between a motel and a low-tier hotel rather than a resort. Despite this, I was charged a “resort fee,” which I find misleading because there were no amenities or features that reflected a resort-level experience. The look and upkeep of the property were extremely poor, and the fee did not feel justified based on the condition and services provided.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Palazzo! It was a true hidden gem. Pulling up, we did not expect it to be as lovely as it was. It’s situated between a Hookah lounge and a bus stop… but don’t let the surroundings deter you. Not once did we question our safety. Great options for breakfast and tons of amenities for the kids. Slept great on the beds, staff was incredibly kind and cleanliness was 10/10. Might be our go to hotel in Orlando going forward.

As for the breakfast, it was pretty good, could've been a little more better with the fruits, but oral, it was good. by the pool reasonable but very clean, but could have been a much bigger pool for the amount that people stays there and more Beach chairs. If you book this hotel through Expedia, be aware that you will be charged two separate fees labeled as “resort fees.” These fees supposedly cover room cleaning and a continental breakfast served from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m amenities that should already be included in the standard room rate.

The rooms do not include a couch or microwave, which was disappointing. Additionally, the staff were not helpful and did not seem concerned about addressing guest issues.

Overall, this stay was not worth the amount I paid. I would not recommend this hotel based on my experience.

We did not realize you had to call the schedule the cleaning staff so our room was not clean for 4 days and only once during the stay. The ice machine barely ever had ice in it, as there is 1 ice machine on the first floor for the entire complex. Breakfast is a nightmare, no matter what time we went there was seating and long lines. You cant take the food back to your room so we had to start having someone hold a table while everyone else got food. By the time the person that held the table got back with their food because it was so busy everyone else was done eating. Good food, but not great about refills or wiping down tables as people leave. Little store they have for pop and chips are way overpriced. The gate was nice for security but a pain to use. Pool was great and lots of seating, but they ran out of towels many times. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Terrible experience only two elevators at either end of massive property. Very limited parking. Landlord special on the rooms. Only one outlet on the other side of the room. Hot and cold water were switched in the shower. Shower entrance was opposite controls so you had to get soaked with cold water to turn it on. Two options boiling hot or freezing cold.

Very old property. Updated using repurposed items. Bathroom had very little lighting or ventilation. I don't care for the \"all in one\" bathroom. With little to no ventilation, after a shower, the bathroom felt like a sauna. The mirror was steamed over and we had to wait for it to clear and the steam to dissipate before we could deess, apply makeup, or do our hair. A hook somewhere for a bathrobe woild be a welcome addition. Housekeeping only services the rooms every three days. The property only has one ice machine for 222 rooms, so getting even a small amoint of ice for a cold drink in your room was impossible. We did not care.for.the continental breakfast at all. There was only one tiny trash can in the room that we had to empty daily to clear the trash out of our room. When we checked in, the refrigerator did not work and maintenance did reapond quickly and we had a replacement witjin 15 minutes. We enjoyed the strong water pressure and hot water. It is unlikely that we will return.

The breakfast was honestly pretty bad. They have guests doing almost everything themselves, which makes no sense when you’re paying for a hotel. You have to clear your own table, throw away the leftovers from your plate, wipe the table down, and stack the dishes in a specific area so someone else can wash them. That’s not what I expect when I’m staying at a hotel.

They even control how many eggs you can have. The lady serving told me, “Only two,” and they were small eggs. I was serving myself and my 4 year old, so that felt ridiculous.

There’s basically no regular housekeeping. They only clean the room if you request it, and otherwise it’s every three days. If you forget, you’ll be using the same towels for 3+ days.

The TV in one of the rooms was really outdated, and the AC didn’t even have a remote. For the same price, there are way better options in Orlando.

The place has potential, but it feels like they just don’t want to spend the money to hire enough staff for a hotel this size. It could be so much better with proper management and more employees.

The only part of the Palazzo Hotel in Kissimmee, FL that looks nice is the lobby, it gives a good first impression. Unfortunately, the rest of the hotel is very outdated and clearly needs maintenance and renovations. The rooms feel old, worn, and not well kept, which made the overall stay very disappointing.

On top of that, they charge a resort fee that is not justified at all, considering the condition of the facilities and the lack of amenities that would make it worth paying extra.

If you are traveling with adults only and need a place urgently for just one night, it may work, but there are definitely much better options in the area. I would not stay here again.

Had a mix up with flights, we needed to vacate our condo with an unexpected 3 days to go. Great staff, clean room, best continental breakfast I have had ever. There are only 2 elevators in building 1 and 3. It’s a long walk up to floor 5. 30 mins from Orlando airport 25 minutes to Universal. Phenomenal pricing. Nice views, of the lake, decent sized pool.

The staff were nice enough, rooms were tidy but clearly in need of repairs/renovation (I think there was mold in our sink). Chose a hotel with a pool and then when going to use it, the gate was closed. The pool looked to be well kept yet the front desk staff told us it would be closed for the duration of our stay for “maintenance” - never once did I see staff working on it nor did it appear to need any work on it at all, what’s crazy is they charge you a resort fee which includes pool access - so what did I pay for if i didn’t get to use the pool???

When to check into this hotel and they booked our room out from under us after having it booked for a while out. Told us no rooms were available and nothing they could do about it. Expedia also did absolutely nothing to make this right. I would suggest not using Expedia and definitely staying far away from this hotel. No refund given just being told at 12 am with a baby on a holiday week that we now need to find somewhere else to stay. Took hours to find any place open with availability that night. Expedia would not help us at all with a new hotel or refund because they didn’t want to “take a loss”.

The room itself was good and clean. The outdoor patio was lackluster. The TV was below average, with some channels working, others not or having issues, and the guide or menu completely unavailable. Check in/check out process was an issue. The room we paid for wasn’t available, so we had to get something else, and check out seemingly had to be done in person. When trying to check out, no one was available to do so. The pool was also closed for whatever reason. It’s a good spot to leave your luggage’s and a cheap bed, but pretty much it.

They have people in the lobby that do timeshares that will literally force you to sign up for it if you are American. They don’t care if you are tired , standing in line with baggage, they will constantly walk up on you and harass you. The hotel is nice inside , clean, but they charge you a resort fee and it’s nowhere near a resort. They don’t have microwaves in the room. Also, my bathroom light kept coming on by itself throughout the night. I don’t know if it’s haunted , or electrical problem. The hotel is clean and does smell good though, but I did hear gunshots during my stay in the early morning . Don’t know where it came from. The .50 cent bags of chips are $3.29 plus tax . Would I stay there again? No.

Room was clea but there was rust in bath tub. But the really reason for the 3 star review is the noise. We were on the 1st level near reception and you can hear everything in the hallways. People talking loudly as they walk by. Someone a few doors away was playing loud music till 1am and could hear it from our room so obviously the room walls are paper thin.
The front desk staff was very nice and friendly.

What a blessing to be in such a lovely blessed and wholesome environment. It’s so awesome to have the beautiful music and scripture and words of affirmation on the walls. The rooms were spacious and clean and the room had a safe and a fridge. The hotel was well laid out. There was a children’s play room, and are stocked with ready made meals to purchase, a pool, and a beautiful outdoor area to relax around the lake. It wasn’t accessible to the public just walking through. There was a large complimentary breakfast in the breakfast room, which included cereals, porridge, toast and baked goods , waffles, a variety of cooked goods, some fruit, tea, coffee and fruit juice. There was also a laundry and a room with dining tables and microwave ovens. The staff were great. Would definitely stay there again

Alguien una habitación dos semanas de anticipación y fui a Orlando a un parque terminando cansados fui al hotel y tuve esperando un montón para que me atendieran pero veía problemas que el chico que estaba ahí no las sabía solucionar. Y cuando me tocó mi turno le dije que tenía una reservación me dice que no hay habitaciones disponibles. Que por la hora era muy tarde. Le pedí que me llamara un manager y él manager no dio la cara. Arruinó totalmente mi experiencia estaba con dos niñas en el auto solo me decía. Que me avisaron y a Mail no llegó nada . Solo llego que me iban. A cobra 32 dólares más no lo entendí tampoco porque yo pagué mi habitación y que después pongan más cargos el mismo día. Mala atención gente este hotel Palazzo no tiene seriedad alguna. Nunca antes me había pasado esto en otro hotel. Encima ni mi par comunicarse para devolver mi plata mandé mail y no me contestan

Cracks in the floors breakfast didn’t start till seven. We couldn’t even get a cup of coffee. The neighbors were beating on each other and got into a huge fight, leaving a girl screaming for help as a car sped away . Bare minimum was done for cleaning in the bathroom. Very long process to check in. Will not stay here again.

This girl gets a lot of traffic, and breakfast in the mornings can be very hectic and finding a table may be a challenge.

There are no microwaves in the rooms, and I had to wait 15+ minutes to use 1 of their 2 communal microwaves they have in the hotel. I suggest they invest in 2-4 additional community microwaves to cut down on wait times. 4/5. customers.

-Power kept going off during day 1 and 2. Staff had to keep using the power box to fill the switches, and slammed it every time.
-People were very loud on the 4th floor until at least 3am, and slamming the outside door a lot. (Idk why there’s a 500$ noise policy if it’s not even implemented when a bunch of adults are being crazy in the hallways)
-The first room we had smelled like seafood whole time, then was moved to the 1st floor after our first night because of all of the problems. (Which power continued going off a few more times, then was fine the last couple days)
-Breakfast time was insane, I appreciate the ladies working very hard to keep up with all of the people, but there was no room to sit and barely any room to get food, people were cutting lines and coughing over everything and putting things back. We put our food in napkins to take to the room because guests were just acting very icky/messy in the table area.
-We were suppose to talk to a manager about getting some type of refund for all of the problems, but nobody showed up apparently. So we didn’t bother asking again…

~Pool and play area outside was cute and kids enjoyed it, the one day we had time to use them!

Staff was greatest, but the \"newly renovated\" royal suite looked like it was not done professionally (floorboards with gaps, tiles not aligned, etc) and the room had an unpleasant odor. We were excited for breakfast since there was a lot talked about it, but it was overcrowded even during the time that was supposedly supposed to be best to go. With how loud it was, it was DEFINITELY NOT a family friendly environment. The food was also subpar and honestly was just another portion of the disappointment. Loved the park and playground that they had, but not sure I'd ever go back.

At first i checked in and thought it was nice with the lake and the pool and the lobby of the hotel. They \"upgraded\" me to the building 3 which was under construction, floors were dirty. Beds are old and sunk in? The sound from the main road is very loud. Then around 1030PM i shut the tv off and started moticing there was no sound barrier whatsoever between the rooms. The doors closing etc. Sounded like they were in my room. The family who checked in besise me was loud, they were talling to someone om speaker pgome and i could hear the whole conversation. I called to the front desk just after 11pm because it was so loud. They were full and could not do anything. I called one more time around 1140 and By midnight i was so tired and so frustrated with the doors banging and the loud talking I left! I stopped at the front desk and said I was leaving, Called an Uber and went Embassy South - Thank god! What a HORRIBLE HOTEL.
