This was a great location for son & I. There is a nice size pool, a playground & game room. My son loved the breakfast, it was just okay to me. The fruit selection could have been greater. The property was really clean & decorated nicely. The area felt safe & was quiet throughout the day & night. I would stay there again when in the area.

We were housed in room 106 which is near the side entrance to the hotel. There was a lot of foot traffic and noise from people going in and out and the door slamming every time. It was hard to relax with the constant loud bang of the door opening and closing. The room itself was a good size and clean. The breakfast was not what I expected. It was all instant food that was reheated. I guess I expected more variety and higher quality. They served small precooked omelets and sausage patties. Steamed vegetables and some fresh fruit. The coffee was a concentrated syrup from a machine not real brewed. For the price it was worth the money I spent and I probably would stay there again.

Palazzo is def your moneys worth. Breakfast was okay , great for kids (however pool and play area is way to close to possible gator prone lakes. Pool gave my daughter duck itch. Didint have daily cleaning , had to ask for it. spotted one roach , granted it is florida. But def worth the money.

In my experience the website is deceiving. It does what it needs to do which is somewhere to lay your head. The breakfast was terrible and the hallways smelled musty and was dimly lit. As a woman I wouldn’t want to leave out for anything and come back by myself. The room was decent but we had to ask for additional towels and there was no refill on toilet paper. The maid service never came to change the linens or the garbage . My family and I only saw them on the day of departure servicing another room. Since we spent the majority of time at the parks it minimized our dissatisfaction with the hotel in general but I would not return.

I would give this hotel 1 star only because the free breakfast was decent. Other than that, this place was an absolute disappointment.

Charging a $35 resort fee for this level of service is outrageous. There was nothing “resort” about this property. It felt neglected, poorly managed, and nowhere close to what guests are paying for.

The housekeeping situation was ridiculous. I have never heard of a hotel requiring a 3-day lead time for housekeeping service. If you need fresh towels or your trash removed, you are expected to call the operator and request it yourself. Even worse, the operator often would not answer the phone, leaving guests stuck with overflowing trash and no clean towels.

Cleanliness was terrible. Near the children’s play area, cigarette butts were scattered all over the ground. For a family property, that is disgusting and completely unacceptable.

Overall, this was a very poor and frustrating experience. Bad service, poor cleanliness, unreasonable fees, and zero attention to guest comfort. I would strongly advise others to stay far away from this hotel.

Very dirty hotel they only clean three times a week and you need to ask them there were cockroaches in my room so I left today ahead of schedule. They did not want to give me my money back. I would not recommend this place. They charge you for a resort fee and it’s not a resort it’s a motel

If you are looking for an off Disney property hotel, all the parks within 10 miles, and for a reasonable price this is it; would definitely stay here again!

The pool had white foam all over the water. And the ice machine was not working hen, the only answer they had to give was it just happen to broke recently today same excuse by the third day, we were there and still get. The refrigerator in the room didn't cool well. And the bathrooms look like they needed better, cleaning. The pictures online don't give it justice.

Hotel over all was very nice. The lake and playground was great for the kids. We didn't get to use the pool. It was raining and chilly. Rooms were small but clean. Hot water in the shower was a dream. Breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy, but what you could expect. The fresh fruit was delicious. The pictures and quotes in the walls were beautiful

My only complaints. One ice machine. Never could get any ice. Drinking water tasted awful. The waffle maker stuck very badly. But over all very nice stay.

Stay was ok but was thrown off by seeing multiple cockroaches on the property and some in pool.
Also never got room service throughout the week.
Normally they come in after your 2nd or 3rd day without telling them to replenish towels but that never happened.

Rooms are weathered but clean. Sheets had holes in them. Staff was friendly. Breakfast isn’t large enough. We couldn’t get a table or sit outside. Too many people, they should create a schedule for there guests to arrive.

You get what you pay for. The room wanted to looked nice but there were chips in the floor, and picture frames. Rust on the faucet in the bathroom sink which made you feel like (and tasted like) you were using dirty, rusty water just to brush your teeth. I would definitely NEVER drink water from here. The elevator takes FORVER. And there wasn’t any ice in the ice machine… they said it takes some time to refill which I get but at 6:20 in the morning there was nothing, checked again at 7 and still nothing. They had a kid room which was a nice idea but not knowing how often or if ever it’s cleaned, I would not let my kids use it. And staff sitting on the floor, eating, near the elevator on break. If they don’t have a proper break room that’s a shame for them, if they choose not to use it, that’s really unprofessional. We would not stay here again.

The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. I liked the fact it had a small balcony, although I did not utilize it. Most properties I've stayed at in the past have an available electrical outlet near the bed or nightstand. Due to the apparent age of this building however, the room did not have a lot of electrical outlets, so I had to plug my phone in to charge on the floor, near the tv.

I had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Hotel Orlando and would absolutely recommend it. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and stress-free.

The cleanliness of this hotel was not great at all. The shower had stains along the caulking, walls, and malfunctions throughout.

You must note that they only housekeep clean the room every 3 days. So if your stay isn’t longer than 4 days you WILL NOT receive any housekeeping. Even after noting that, I simply requested that the floor be swept and mop while we were away for the day, they told me NO. This is a family hotel, many children, so expect your floor to be littered with food crumbs and such, the staff doesn’t care and they will not clean the floor at any time.

Breakfast hours are very limited. A traditional hotel hours are 6a-10a, here it was 7a-9:30a and the cut off is strict.

Only stayed here thinking it was similar to the Palazzo in Las Vegas, this place was nowhere near the quality in service or experience.

Our experience at Palazzo Hotel in Orlando was extremely disappointing and honestly shocking given the rating shown on Expedia.

We arrived late at night due to a series of delays outside of our control, including a flight disruption and extended wait times for transportation. This was all part of a bundled booking, and the hotel was aware we were arriving from out of town.

Despite having a fully prepaid reservation, we were denied check-in shortly after midnight and told that our booking was no longer valid. No effort was made to assist us, no alternatives were offered, and no consideration was given to the fact that we were traveling with three young children.

We were left stranded late at night in an unfamiliar city and forced to find last-minute accommodations at our own expense. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one with such a high rating online.

The level of customer service we experienced was extremely poor. Communication was difficult, questions were not clearly answered, and there was no willingness to help resolve the situation.
Based on our experience, the rating of this hotel on Expedia does not reflect the reality of how they treat guests when issues arise. Travelers should be very cautious, especially if arriving later in the evening or relying on coordinated travel plans.

This was one of the most stressful travel experiences we’ve had, and it could have been avoided with even a minimal level of professionalism and customer care.

I had an almost perfect stay at this hotel. The rooms were spotless, the beds felt like sleeping on a well-trained cloud, and the staff managed that rare balance of being both genuinely friendly and impressively competent (no small feat). The front desk sailor uniforms were not needed as they stood out with their exceptional service alone.

That said, there’s one tiny thing keeping it from total legend status: the bar situation. Or rather, the lack of a proper one. There’s nowhere to casually sip something delightful while hanging out with your friends. A cozy, lively bar would elevate this place from “fantastic” to “I will never shut up about it.”

Still, if your idea of a great stay involves comfort, style, and people who clearly know what they’re doing, this hotel absolutely delivers. Just plan your celebratory nightcap elsewhere.
