Looked for a last minute hotel close to Disney and cheap to spend a few days at before we headed out of state and this place didn’t disappoint. The room was stitch themed which was a surprise that both my kids and I loved. It was clean, beds were super comfy, and the pool and playground areas were great. We didn’t spend much time there, but the time we did spend was great! I will definitely stay there again!

Staff are kind from lobby and breakfast but bed is uncomfortable including blankets, they’re hard and old. I did laundry and had breakfast but they didn’t even wait for us to remove ourselves and put it to dryer, instead, staff remove all of them and put them on top of the dryer even no one wanted to do laundry aside from us. Our room is beside laundry area which is very noisy even at nights, non stop laundry for the staff. Refrigerator needs to have freezer as well. This is Linda motel type

We would like the housekeeping more then every 3 days. (our 5 year old got sick) we asked for just clean linen and when we returned back to the hotel after a LONG day, the beds still weren’t made. I had even striped the beds myself because I felt bad. After going back to the front desk to ask again for clean bedding, we were handed clean sheets for one bed. Which I just made myself, but isn’t one of the nice things about staying in a hotel not having to make your own bed?…

Remodeled room and was clean. Outside property needs an update. They have a free shuttle but only goes to certain parks. The shuttle has only one time heading to the parks and only one time heading back to the hotel. We did not have time for the breakfast so I’m not sure how that was.

Pool was not cleaned, when our clothes dried they all smelled like urine, it was horrendous. Breakfast was gross, towels were also dirty. The smelled like food and had stains, the bed sheets also had stains. How can anyone promote this property to kids ???

The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, and there was plenty of clean, spacious play areas focused on kids. We felt very comfortable during our visit, and it truly felt like we were there to relax and have fun. We had a wonderful time overall.

I was shocked that this property was affiliated with Wyndham. The first room I had had hair in the bed as if sheets were never cleaned or removed from the bed. The second room had had a smell to it, shampoo container was empty, and walls are very thin. I would never recommend this.

I never do reviews but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The walls are made of paper. Every single morning I was woken up by people on their way to breakfast. It’s so loud it felt like people were in the room with me talking loudly. Also no one cleaned the room in the 3 nights we stayed there. There was also a bug in the bathroom. Terrible experience. The only good thing was that it’s located fairly close to the parks and breakfast was good despite it being packed.

The room was cleaned every 3 days thats fine but they dont remove the garbage every day. This is a hotel for families with kids. The smell of the diapers in the rooms was disgusting. Also, there was a strong smell of gas outside of the laundry room. A leak of gas could very dangerous. We reported it at the front desk. They have a good kids area with toys and an outside playground. Breakfast is not great

We enjoyed our stay and would return.
The room was relatively clean and updated.
The amenities and staff are what make this place really shine! Tons of play equipment for kids of all ages, nice relaxing pool + chairs/loungers, and they even had a bubble party for the kids!
The place is rather religious which is worth noting even though we didn’t mind it - just didn’t realize it at booking. (They play worship music + have Godly posters).
As stated We would return + enjoyed our stay.
Definitely worth a visit!

The room was just OKAY; it needs more outlets to charge electronics and looks a bit outdated. All those huge decor pillows for what? No room-cleaning service until the third day of the stay. I do not believe it’s worth the price, place looks like it was an old-style motel refurbished. The only positive thing is the playground area for kids that looks clean and well taken care of toys. Breakfast is only from 7:30-9:30am which doesn’t give enough time for guests/ kids to wake up a bit later. Not once did I see a character, Mickey, Minnie, or any other in the area. Also, I had asked for the birthday package for my two kids, and never got it delivered yet they were quick to charge the fee. I had to ask them back for the refund. Honestly save your money go somewhere else not worse than the hype these influencers and social media say about this place, obviously they are getting paid and getting in the place for free.

All in all, this resort was a decent place to stay! Kids friendly, close to theme parks, good breakfast and staff were friendly and helpful! They only things that I wish would be better is if the rooms were more sound proof… we could hear everything outside our door and in the room beside us.

Honestly, I wasn't sure what to expect when I booked this room. I'm a business traveler so it seemed a little odd for me to stay at a family resort. The place was fine. It was clean and surprisingly quiet for a place with alot of kids. Breakfast was good. I wish they'd get rid of the resort fee and just include it in the price, but I was expecting it and was clear I's pay for it at the hotel. The only issue I had was there is no microwave in the room. I'd stay here again.

The area for the kids was phenomenal. My kids didn't want to leave the area. The pool was warm and clean. The playground had a variety of equipment that was clean and well maintained. There was also a bouncy castle and little play area next to it. Plenty for the kids.
The room was small but modern and clean.
The breakfast space was large and organized by time slot so it didn't get too busy. The food was okay but adequate for the price of the stay.
The staff were friendly. They allowed us to keep our luggage there for a couple hours after we checked out. So that was very convenient and very much needed.
There was an IHOP next door and a Walgreens as well as a small grocery store nearby. All within five mins walking distance. I highly recommend this as a place to stay.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was good. But our room was across from the parking lot so it was very disruptive, lots of cars coming and going, the walls are paper thin. You can hear everyone talking as they pass the room. We also had an adjoining room and we can hear the ppl next door, conversations and what they were watching on TV. They were laughing and we could hear it all. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. Just didn't like the location.

I travel constantly and have stayed in countless hotels, so I know what reasonable hospitality looks like. Most hotels will allow early check-in if a room is ready or at least store luggage for free. This hotel did neither.

We were charged $10 just to hold our luggage, and then asked to pay even more money for early check-in. We were exhausted from traveling, so we agreed — expecting at least a decent room.

Instead, we were given the worst room in the hotel, directly next to the maintenance office.

From early morning onward, there was nonstop noise — tools, banging, doors slamming — making it impossible to rest. After paying extra specifically to check in early and relax, we ended up with less sleep and more stress.

It honestly felt unfair and disrespectful as a guest. If a hotel is going to charge extra for early check-in, the room provided should not be one with constant noise and disturbances. At the very least, guests should not be charged extra for a room in such poor condition.

This stay left us frustrated, exhausted, and deeply disappointed. I would not have minded waiting or storing luggage if I had known we would be paying more money for a worse experience.

We knew booking that it wasn’t the absolute nicest hotel, however, we really enjoyed our stay here! Truly best price since we were barely at the hotel complex due to a planned Disney trip! Perfect bang for our buck to lay our heads, shower, and safe for our pet to stay while we were in the park. Staff was phenomenal and friendly. The outdoor space would’ve been wonderful if it were warmer during our trip. I would highly recommend this place if you plan to go to Disney!

The first thing to note is that this property is not a resort but a motel. My check-in experience was disappointing, and it appeared that the staff favored Spanish-speaking guests. Despite seeing that I was traveling with a small child, a stroller, and a booster seat, the front desk still assigned me to a second-floor room even though there is no elevator, which was extremely inconvenient and uncomfortable.
The room itself was not clean, there was hair in the bathtub and roaches present. Additionally, I experienced a skin reaction during my stay; I am unsure whether it was caused by bed bugs or hives, but I do have photos documenting this.
While the location is decent and the children’s play area was a positive feature, I will not be staying here again and do not recommend this property.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful — especially for families with young kids! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that kids are a priority here. The huge play area is a standout feature: spacious, well‑designed, and perfect for all ages. Little ones could run, climb, and explore for hours, while older kids enjoyed the variety of activities and open space.
Each morning, the continental breakfast was both convenient and delicious, with plenty of options to satisfy picky eaters and parents alike. The real delight was the Disney character appearances — surprise visits that brought so much joy and excitement to the kids’ breakfast routine.
Another huge plus: the entire property is 100% smoke‑free, which made our stay feel clean, fresh, and safe for the whole family.

Magic Moments Resort & Kids Club is NOT a resort, its a motel. Breakfast was horrible, nothing as shown in the images. The only popular item was the waffle maker, they control your portions which aren't enough to feed a toddler and menu options didn't make sense. The room had a vanity with no chair, no electrical outlets available and warm water was an issue. Wifi never connected and we had a hard time sleeping since the beds were very squeaky.

I feel compelled to share this review so others don’t end up with the experience we had. Although the property calls itself a “resort,” the rooms are essentially motel rooms. They do have a separate building for the lobby, a dining area, and a small toddler play area with artificial grass — but the quality stops there.

The rooms were the biggest disappointment.
When we first saw the motel-style buildings, we were shocked. After checking in, the rooms looked nothing like the photos online. They were cramped, difficult to move around in, and very poorly designed. The bed was okay, but the rest of the room was extremely inconvenient.

The bathroom tub was hard to operate and took time to get the shower running.

Water clogged in the tub every time.

There was no proper place to hang clothes — just a holder placed directly above the toilet, which is completely impractical.

No bedside lamp, and the only standing lamp had a button so low that you have to sit on the couch and lean down carefully just to turn it on and off.

Only one usable power outlet in the entire room. We had to unplug the fridge just to charge a laptop.

Shuttle service is misleading.
They advertise shuttle service to Disney and Universal, but it’s actually a shared shuttle with multiple hotels. There is only one morning departure (8:30 AM) and one return time (4:30 PM). That return time is unrealistic for anyone visiting the parks from out of state.
