The property is very well kept and clean. We enjpyed our stay however the \"fireworks view\" was poor at best, we stayed in unit 5601 and unfoetunately this should not be rated as a fireworks view room because the room is right at the tree line. All we could see were the tops of the fireworks of course technically you can say yes we could sort of see the fireworks but thats truly nonsense. Nothing below floor 6 should be designated as a fireworks view. We were unfortunately charged more for this room to be a fireworks view and of course had the expectation that we would be able to see the firework show completely, not just barely the tops of the fireworks.

Five blocks of apartments around an OK pool. The hotel clearly exists to serve customers visiting the parks. That’s fine, but not the resort-style hotel that we thought we had booked.
Slightly annoying at check-in with heaps of bags, two very tired kids, etc that nobody around to help with luggage, and no luggage trolley initially available (you are to move luggage in/out yourself).
We had a couple of minor issues in the room which we reported to reception and which went unresponded to.

All you smelled was weed in the elevators and hallways. The doors didnt work to get in the building or to get in your room. The stove in the room didnt work unless you put it on high. One of the showers leaked and one of the toilets kept running.the sofa needs to be replaced

The property needs to do full renovation of their room. And they do need to be a little more aware of their cleaning procedures on their rooms. That way guest can avoid encountering pubic hair on their “new” towels or yellow stains on their bed sheets.
Other than that everything is nice. Comfortable parking garage , great location, amazing pool.

Stayed for a girls weekend and had the best time! The pool was amazing and loved watching the Disney fireworks every night from our balcony. Super short uber ride to universal, Disney springs, and icon park plus we could walk to the outlet mall. We will definitely be back every year! Thank you so much!

This property greatly needs updated. I noticed in the many reviews comments have been 10 out of 10. Not sure what the criteria was to get that. Mattress and bedding are lacking. Carpets smell funky. Good side is the rooms are large and spacious.

There were letters posted on the walls and letters that were sent underneath your doors to make you aware that from 10 AM to 4 PM. the AC was going to be shut off because they were going to be doing some maintenance work. It turns out they didn’t do that work very well or at all, Because at 12:30 am in the middle of the night a manager comes banging on the door to demand we move rooms because the pipes broke and there was a flood down the other side of the hallway. So with five kids in tow we had to move to a completely other building which took about 45 mins to get all the essentials ready. It was a disaster, trying to go back to bed and try to put the kids back to bed after all the adrenaline pumping. The next morning everyone was exhausted. No one contacted us from the hotel. We miss so much of the morning that was supposed to be spent at the parks. We ended up going to speak to the manager down at the lobby. Whom was more concerned about us being more sympathetic to him and what he’s had to endure for coming to work much early than usual. And what ever else he felt the need to complain to us about being short staffed and having to do more work than usual. SMH we are just trying to vacation and have a good time and appropriate rest. P.S. they have no problem calling you up at 7am to try to sell you a time share but forget about contacting you to apologize at making you move in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t be so upset if they were more accommodating and sympatheti

The room was tidy, but it did not feel truly clean. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly, and the check-in process was smooth they were helpful and welcoming from the start.
However, we did run into an issue with the pull-out sofa mattress. Maintenance was sent to assess it, and even they recommended that we be moved to a different room. Despite this, our request for a room change was not accommodated. Instead we received blankets and sheets to cover the exposed springs.
We also requested some form of compensation due to the inconvenience, which was unfortunately denied. Overall, while the staff interaction was pleasant, the lack of resolution to a clear issue impacted our experience.

I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The housekeeping was clearly below standard, and the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. There was a strong mildew smell throughout the space, which made it extremely uncomfortable to relax or even spend time inside. Overall, the environment felt neglected and unpleasant, and I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Everything was as advertised !! Also right next to a little outlet mall as well and there is a one of those Disney stores right on the way in as well ; the property itself was cool and the pools were in good condition. The people at the Pizza Hut were nice as well but the mini mart store prices were brutal. As far as the room , it was overall clean there were a few missed items by HK but I used to work at a hotel so I am a little picky. Some hair behind door and elsewhere but not bad overall. The room was a little dated otherwise. TVs small, last remodel was probably well over a decade ago the bathroom fixtures etc looked 90’s. For the price and everything else defintiely worth it ! If you want something brand new and fancy it’s not for you.

The only problem I had was that the key card system did not work properly and our room was given away.

When we checked in, we were given our room. When I entered the room, another family was already in there. I had to go back down to the check-in desk and they were able to find us another room. The next day, a random woman enters our room. I guess they made the same mistake and given her room to us. Luckily, we were in the room while this happened. As for the key card, you cannot have it next to anything (cell phones, other credit cards, electronics, etc) or it will not work to open your room door. It was a hassel and we kept having to go to the check-in desk to reset our key cards.

Overall, the room and pool area was nice. I did like how they had a mini-mall and places to eat next to the resort within walking distance.

We had the best time the room was beautiful the view was amazing the pools were warm and fun My kids loved the game room and the convenient store i loved my big beautiful jetted tub in my room it. The staff was friendly and helpful. For our first time to Florida we didnt want to leave .im definitely planning another trip back with more people so they can see the wonderfulness of what we experienced. It was right in the middle of everything food groceries and shopping anything u can look for and the Pub downstairs got some great food and even better drinks 10 out of 10

We were beyond happy with our stay at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. All of the staff are amazing, super helpful and accommodating, which made our stay more enjoyable. Our room was clean, they also provided starters and additional supplies, so it was so convenient. We also enjoyed the pools, it was relaxing! Very happy with we stayed at this hotel! We’ll be staying here again if we ever come back to Orlando.

Wonderful stay. The rooms were big with plenty of space. I actually used the jacuzzi tub because it was so big and very relaxing after a day at the park. Location was perfect but my favorite was the amenities. The store on property was perfect had everything you could think of and more didn’t have to go anywhere else to buy things. Kids enjoying the game room and we also ordered Pizza Hut express which was also very good. Pool area was good and had bar but no lifeguards. Plenty of parking covered and uncovered. Overall I would absolutely stay here again it was great.

Staff was nice. First thing we noticed when entering our floor was it smelled like hamsters…once we got into our room one of the beds were broken, maintenance had to replace it. Sheets looked old..sheets did not fit bed in master. TVs did not get more than a few channels..these are not smart tvs. WiFi kept disconnecting. Door handle in his bathroom was installed upside down…made for a very awkward exit. The room key kept getting demagnetized..dishwasher front panel came off with first use…some detectors were veryyyy sensitive…dryer took hours to dry a load…horrible stay…beds were hard as rocks too.

I like this place! It has plenty of space for a small family. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need. Overall it was clean, but the furniture was worn down. However the beds were comfortable. Also the water pressure was amazing! My son lived at the pool!

I went with my kids and mom. The 3 bedroom was more than enough space for us. It came with a full kitchen. We were on the 13th floor so we didn’t use the patio area with the small kids but the view wasn’t bad. The cleanliness was the average of most resorts so I cleaned and disinfected anyways before using anything. The check in process was smooth.

I read a lot reviews about this hotel resource. Some of the reviews were so bad. I was kind worried however It’s way over my expectations. My kids love it. The pool is awesome. The room is clean. For me the furniture is little out date. Free parking is a plus. Everything is so close by. I was there for 2 weeks vacation with family. I definitely will stay here again.

The check in process was quick and easy. The property grounds were clean and very accommodating to us. The resort is great if you have kids and its location is convenient to everything! I would definitely stay again! The only complaint I have is that the couch in our room was really outdated and looked old. I guess I expected better furniture for the amount of money we paid. But that really the only complaint I have and I enjoyed the resort!

The furniture is old and dusty. The sofa and the master bedroom mattress had a dip in it. Both me and my granddaughter’s allergies were so bad while we stayed there. Whenever we would leave, we felt better but as soon as we returned, it flared again. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly.

This room was nice. Had a smell like it had been closed up for a while when we first arrived but that wasn’t a huge issue. Very spacious and clean. The bed in the master was hard as a brick and a nightmare to sleep on. The other two for the kids were very plush. Also I pad extra for the fireworks view and yes don’t waste your time bc you will only see the reflection from the fireworks light in the sky not the actual fireworks. That was a bummer however it was good overall.

Spa was only open 1 of the 3 days of our stay and was booked. We travel frequently t Orlando to visit family. There are many choices and they need to clean up to stay competitive.

Hotel was nice, check-in was quick. The TVs did not work and could not get a connection to watch anything. They came and fixed it the first day, same exact problem happened the second day. The worst part was the front desk called us at 8 AM on both mornings to ask us if we wanted to attend a timeshare. We told him the first night that we’re not interested and we’re on vacation not to call this early, they did it again the next day. Really put a bad taste in our mouths regarding this hotel for waking us up on vacation to ask us to attend a timeshare.

I would have to say for this property there is not a lot to do it's considered a resort but there's only one main big pool and another small pool and one hot tub a lot of the games and the gaming room did not work or they took your coins our room was not clean we had no curtain in the living room and it was just the room was just not good I say if you're going to stay there no that it is not like a resort resort and that I would advise you to bring cleaning products to clean the room and also bedding for the bed would we go back there me and my family would not

Very dirty! Carpets had burn holes, all dining chair cushions disintegrating and flaked all over the floor looked like paint chipped all over the place. Kitchen had 2 pots and 1 pan to cook on, nothing else. Had to flush toilets at least 3 times for them to work. A small sized bathroom garbage can was what we had in the kitchen. Kitchen sink leaked, refrigerator leaked water inside the drawers and we didn't dare use the dishwasher because when you opened it it smelled like rotten garbage. 2 huge fans ran non stop for days in the hallway, still not sure why. Our room was also tucked in a corner right next to a door labled \"trash\" where guests had to bring their trash to dispose of it. It was our first time staying here and definitely our last. I guess the only good thing is the small credit that the manager said he will put back on our credit card for our unsatisfied stay.
