Our two bedroom condo was great for our recent family vacation! It was very clean and neat. The amenities of the resort were very nice - mini golf was a hit, many pools for \"pool hopping,\" restaurants (we didn't end up using them but there were several) and a little store with snacks and souvenirs - this was very helpful. The location was wonderful as it was close to both Disney and SeaWorld, somewhat in-between them. We would definitely stay here again! It was a great value for what we got. We stayed here instead of Disney as we could get more for our money. The staff were very friendly and helpful! They kept checking in with us to make sure we were okay and helped us with several questions. Great place!!!

This was a nice resort, very large and crowded. Similar to a Disney hotel in the amount of people around. There is a similarly named resort 10 miles away, with the only difference being one word! We were supposed to be staying at the same resort as our friends, and we ended up at the wrong one! One is called Sheraton Vistana resort villas, and the other one is called Sheraton Vistana villages resort… it is so very confusing, even our GPS kept picking up the wrong one! Why would you have two resorts with almost the exact same name? Please be aware of this if you are booking this property. The pool was crowded and if you didn’t get a chair by 10:30 in the morning, they were all saved and taken. We played the mini golf, which was fun, and this is a very convenient location to Disney, shopping, and all the parks. The traffic in this area is insane though, and it takes forever to get anywhere. Just something to keep in mind, to give yourself plenty of time. Each room has a mini kitchenette, table and couch, which is great so that you don’t have to eat out every meal.

This is our second time staying at the Sheraton Vistana in Lake Buena Vista and it did not disappoint. There are so many onsite activities and and may family enjoyed the pool, arcade, and fitness center. It was also close proximity to Disney, restaurants, and plenty of activities in Orlando.

This is our favorite place to stay when traveling with our daughters to Orlando. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and washer and dryer helped us save money by cooking our own food and washing clothes that were stained or messed up by food. The rooms are always clean and the staff is always so friendly.

The resort has a very nice and laidback feel. Very convenient access to Disney World and Disney Springs. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. I really liked the text message system they use for getting in touch with the resort.

We love staying here. However, we needed to extend a day due to inclement weather, We were guided to reservation desk and waited for approximately 30 minutes and spoke to two staff members that they would be able to help us in this line. When finally reaching the reservation desk they said they could not handle this transaction and we were guided to try online. When trying to add online the information stated that we could not book unless booking a 4-day minimum. In the end we had to move hotels for our final day of the trip which was disappointing.

We stayed at the Cascades area, directly across from the pool in our \"upgraded\" 5th floor one bedroom place (which really was very nice), but Derek lies. He told us there was a sky light to view the stars at night from our room. I can promise you, we did NOT have a skylight...but the place was awesome and we really did not care about a skylight.
The pools...so nice! We walked the property and checked out each pool and ended up spending most of our time at the Cascades pool with the Castaways Bar and Grill. Excellent service here! Drew and Steve were amazing! Seriously...these guys were top notch!
We also checked out the Tiki bar at the Fountains pool area where Warren helped us out with drinks. Friendly and pleasant to talk to! He was prompt and very courteous!
You can definitely walk the entire property, and I would recommend doing so of you want a little exercise while staying here!
Also...one thing to note, after check in they send you to the concierge service desk and they try to get you signed up for a time-share session...we simply told them \"not interested\" and it was easy enough to move on without pressure.

From the time we checked in to check out was amazing. We never had to leave the resort because we had everything there from food activities and the amazing choices of pools. Pools with got tubs, water falls kids splash and small kids pools. We love it so much we're going pack in a couple of months!!!!!!!

The community is huge. The room is great price for the value. The only problem is the community is so big upon checkout they give you a timeframe and from your room to the lobby, it’s very far it’s in a separate building. They don’t have equitable shuttle services that could pick you up upon request to take you to the lobby. My family and I had to walk what seems like a mile with six luggage through the street to make it to the lobby on time for check out trying to request a pick up from their shuttle service was a nightmare. I was trying to get someone on the line for over 30 minutes and no one picked up. They also charge me a parking fee when I did not drive there or had a vehicle parked in the facility although I did get refunded I don’t see why I was charged for it.

The Internet was fast and it had good coverage property wide. There was ample activities for kids to do (ie many pools, lots of tennis courts, craft activities.). It was excellent value and my kids had a wonderful time. Next time, I will spend more time at the property bc there was so much to do and less at the theme parks. Also, all the staff were super friendly and helpful.

The property is beautiful. Lots of pools and hot tubs. Friendly staff and great 24 hours security. My only complaint is that the property charges a $39 dollars per day parking. I had to pay over $300 for my stay. This was disappointing as I didn’t known in advance. When I questioned that the lady checking us in sarcastically commented” Well, Expedia should have warned you.” Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Minutes away from the major parks.

I needed a handicapped accessible room/suite for a wheelchair dependent individual and was moved to a handicapped suite almost immediately after calling to request. Also, I thought I lost prescription sunglasses and security/lost and found staff were diligent about following up with me. Left with a good impression. We are planning on staying there again soon.
