Unfortunately I will never go back to this hotel. Only one elevator was working forcing us to use the stairs, the bathroom sink was cracked the bathroom shower was poorly patched making it look nasty, hall ways looks new but the rooms has an old aspect. The breakfast had no variety they run out things just an embarrassing place to be I will never choose this chain of hotel again. I felt scammed

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. For most of our visit only 1 out of about 6 elevators was working, which meant extremely long waits just to get to our room. Breakfast was also disappointing, very limited hot food options, basically the same eggs and sausage every day, and when potatoes were served they were overcooked and unappetizing. Breakfast was the thing I was most looking forward to because of the reviews but it was very disappointing. The front desk staff was not very friendly, and overall the service felt lacking, with the exception of one dining staff member and a woman working at the bistro who were both pleasant. At one point, a staff member even made us feel uncomfortable for ordering food about 30 minutes before closing. The location is really the only thing this hotel has going for it. Otherwise, it fell far below what I would expect from Marriott standards. 😕 Also, not only do you get charged $25/night parking, I already knew, but they tax you on it as well. It's not even secure parking, anybody and everybody has access to it. Pools were nice and kid friendly. But there is no such thing as \"heated\" pool, it's just half inside an indoor structure and water was freezing. Gym was good and there's a fun little arcade. For the price, I believe there's better options out there with better amenities and staff....

Great location- hotel itself needs some TLC. The rooms are bad- clean-ish, but one of our beds was broken (like mattress literally flat like a 700 lb person laid on it), the pullout bed was literally flat and had blood stains on it. However, the one good bed we had was fine. The carpet/walls are clean though appear dirty and overall tired. Just desperately needs an overhaul- at some point no amount of cleaning will erase the wear and tear. Staff were really pleasant, breakfast was decent. Still a great location, but needs some money out back into it! I don’t think I’d stay here again, but it’s not a horrible budget option. Meh 5/10

We stayed at Springhill Suites Lake Buena Vista Feb. 17-22, 2026, three adults. The location is fantastic being so close to the parks.
The room was clean, spacious and bed was comfortable. I really like how the Springhill Suites rooms are laid out, with the separate sitting area. We did not use the sofa sleeper, but we can go into the separate sitting area make some coffee and relax on the sofa, without disturbing those in the sleeping area. The sitting area is also where there is a second sink and the coffee maker.
The hotel breakfast has a good selection of both hot and cold food, including Mickey waffles! We are not early risers after closing down the parks and went to the breakfast area every day during the last hour, 8:30-9:30 a.m. This was one of the busiest times to go and each day, we did have to search for other guests leaving their table to get a table, but we expected it. The hotel has a sign posted near the front desk with a stop light pictured that details the best and worst times to go to breakfast to try and avoid the crowds.
We used the complimentary shuttle offered by the hotel four out of five days. You do have to make a reservation at least an hour before your desired departure time, but there are several options for departure/return times to TTC and HS; one dept./return time for AK.
There is a $50/day hold put on credit/debit card for incidentals, along with a $5/day resort fee, but they also give you a $5/day food/beverage credit to offset that.

Room was a little on the older side and there was a bit of traffic noise as our room faced the highway, BUT it was very clean and housekeeping came every day (which is rare these days) and did a most EXCELLENT job tidying our room. It was so nice to come back to our room at night to made beds and fresh towels!
The staff was excellent - especially the breakfast staff. They have a thankless job, constantly making sure all the food stations are filled, cleaning up after messy families, and keeping all the waffle and toast stations spotless! They were cheery, always offering you a smile. I was so impressed with them.
The breakfast was better than we expected! Hot choices every morning, including cage-free scrambled eggs, either pork or turkey sausages and other items. Plus muffins, bagels, toast, oatmeal and all the toppings, cereal, yogurt and Mickey shaped waffles! We very much appreciated the fresh fruit every day as well. Thank you so much!
The Disney shuttle was on time every day, morning and night - we had no issues. The property was tidy, the pool area was excellent and our granddaughter loved the playground by the shuttle stop! SO handy!
We would stay here again and I highly recommend.

The air in the room was broken so it was 74 all night and the bed was broken with a HUGE pit in the mattress. We arrived from the airport at 11pm, and they no longer had the room category I had booked. All around huge disappointment!!

The room was dirty, there were stains on the blankets and long hairs under the cover as if someone had already slept in the bed so I requested to move to a new room and when I got to the new room it was a little better but the room smelt like cat pee. I would never stay there again.

Although the room and staff were great, this was my fourth stay, and I found it concerning that I did not receive an email with my invoice as I normally do. I checked out in person and was told my account was clear and that the invoice would be sent, but it never arrived. Later, I noticed unauthorized charges on my account, which was unexpected given the assurance I received at checkout.

The hotel is nice. It is in a convenient area. Breakfast, was awful 3 choices per day. First day, scrambled eggs, sausage pattys and potatoes. Second day, scrambled eggs, turkey pattys, and pancakes, made no sense to me personally, as they have small muffins, waffle station and some toast/bagels/muffins.

The parking was told was $25 for the duration of the stay. Its $25 per day.

Close walk to a couple restaurant's. Within 1.5 mile radius of Outlet mall.

The water valve in the toilet continuously ran, the shower drain was clogged, very poor cleaning (floors not swept, mopped or vacuumed throughout our stay), had to constantly request washcloths and towels (4 adults in the room), the pullout couch completely blocked the kitchenette and exit door, mold and falling ceiling tiles in hallway.

Yes the room was spotless and well kept. Hosekeeping came every day to tidy up. They really stood out as they did a great job.
Douglas at the front desk working for didney tickets and transportation was very accomodating and helpful. I loved his personality. He deserves a promotion or raise.

Our family's first visit to Disneyworld and Florida. I booked our room 4 months in advanced to be told there wasn't a room avaliable to accommodate a family of 5 with an accessible room. We checked in 1 hr after the check-in time. We were moved to the Courtyard across the lot. Two nights in a row, we had trouble getting into our room. It was a hassle going back and forth to the front desk multiple times.

I am sorry to say this was a NIGHTMARE from beginning to end. When my family and I arrived we were told bluntly that the hotel was overbooked and our reservation would not be honored. We were NEVER contacted that this would happen. The manager said we could go to a \"sister\" property down the road. When I asked how we should get there, he rudely replied \"Just call yourself an uber i guess\". We were then informed we needed to come BACK the following day for the remainder of our trip. Thus a 2nd UBER ride to pay for. When we returned the next day we waited over an hour in line as there was only a TRAINEE at the desk and he sadly had no idea how to help people. When we finally made it to the front the TRAINEE had no knowledge of the problem we had faced and was unsure how to help us. The manager finally arrived and we made it to our room 83 minute after arriving. When we got to the room our luggage was not there and it took another two hours for it to be located. They proceeded to charge us for three days of parking when we had no car!!!!! This was a nightmare for my family from start to finish and I can only hope that something will be done to compensate my family for this terrible experience. I hope to hear from you soon.

We relied on the reviews when booking this hotel, and unfortunately it turned out to be a huge disappointment. The rooms are outdated, and many areas had noticeable dust buildup. Shortly after our stay, our kids ended up getting the flu, which made the experience even more upsetting.

The hotel description is also misleading. The property is essentially three Marriott hotels clustered together, and the indoor pool is located in a neighboring building and not within the same facility. This means walking a long distance outside, which is especially inconvenient with kids.

To top it all off, the morning we were checking out, the hotel completely ran out of water. Unbelievable. We will not be staying at this property again.

The hotel is next to Highway 4, which can be a bit noisy for rooms facing it due to weak soundproofing. The room is getting old but has everything you need, from a separate sink to a microwave. For breakfast, you can make your own Micky Mouse-shaped waffle, which was fun and delicious. Staff are friendly and courteous.
