The staff was AMAZING. I love how convenient the text option was. You can send texts to the front desk if you need additional supplies, need to extend checkout, need to make a payment, etc. They alert you of any relevant updates via text as well (i.e., pool closing/opening due to poor weather conditions).

The room was GREAT. We booked a 2-bedroom (King and Queen) and each room had its own bathroom. The bathroom in the master/king had dual sinks, which is wonderful for my husband and I. The room included a kitchen, dining room area and living room - and a porch outside of the master. The appliances included: washer/dryer, oven/stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

Fees: The only additional fees we had to pay were $10/day for parking which is not bad!

We would definitely stay here again.

This is a resort styled vacation rental home. We rented the two bed suite - king bed, queen bed, and sofa bed w/ garden tub and balcony; living room and dining room with a nice glass top table, updated TVs in all rooms AND a FULLY OPERATIONAL KITCHEN with all cleaning and cooking essentials. There’s 2 bathrooms and a stacked washer/dryer. This place reminds me of a West Gate Resort with its homey style- luxury furniture and fixtures. Had a full kitchen. Definitely kid/family friendly with a few things to do on-site (pool and arcade room ). Staff is friendly and welcoming, Charlie and Chris were very helpful with the check in/out process and anything we needed. We originally book a 1bedroom king by mistake and front desk reception made it so easy to transfer to the correct room. BY THE WAY the 1 bedroom is DEFINITELY meant for a couple - a 300 sq efficiency with the garden tub in the middle of the room an open shower and enclosed toilet - No bueno for kids lol not enough room or privacy. There’s no breakfast that I saw but you do have a cafe on site that offers all necessities and foods and alcoholic/non alcoholic drinks…
Both rooms were cold and inviting, stocked with towels and washcloths (as well as towels for the pool) bar soap, shampoo conditioner and body lotion provided…. JUST BRING YOURSELF AND PACK LIGHTLY THEYLL HANDLE THE REST!

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice these rooms were for the price. We only stayed for one night, so we didn’t have a chance to use the water park area and can’t really comment on that.

The suite was a great value—it included two separate rooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a living room with a pull-out sofa. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the beds were especially comfortable.

For the cost, this was an excellent stay, and I would definitely choose to stay here again if I’m in the area.

Clean, apartment like rooms with kitchens, dining and living room areas. The buildings have no elevators, which may be an issue if you are on the upper floors. Also, there is a $10 a day parking charge, although no guarantee there will be parking near your building. Overall, it was a good value and it’s relatively close to Disney World.

2 bedroom suite was fantastic as was the pool area. Reception desk staff and porters were very friendly. Excellent service from all. The only downside side was that there are no lifts to the 2nd and 3rd floors which many carrying heavy luggage up fairly steep stairs. Other than that I couldn’t fault the place.

Very nice & simple!+ I gave 4 stars due to our water being cold, however it is Florida so a cold shower is okay, but not with a baby!! Didn't report to the hotel, thinking it would fix itself & it did!! That is my only complaint. Everything else was awesome

I really enjoyed the stay here, rooms were very clean and well maintained. Staff was attentive and prompt. It was an incredible value, better than I expected. It was fine for the few nights we stayed. We had a corner room that was conjoined with another family so it was not quiet at all when we tried to sleep. The walls were very very thin so we could hear them come in at all hours of the night/early morning screaming.

There was also a tub in the middle of the room which we thought was odd. But for sleeping purposes this location was fine. We loved that it was gated.

The property is in close proximity to Disney which was what we were in Orlando for. It looked really dated, but the rooms were spacious and very clean. The parking was a major problem though. There just wasn't enough parking for people who were staying there. My husband would drop us off at night after returning from one of the Disney parks and have to park at the sister property and walk over. It was a pain in the neck (and feet after walking all day long). I wouldn't stay here again just for that reason.

For a 3 bedroom 3 bath, the layout was wonky. One of the bedrooms had a tub in the middle of the room and a shower inside the bedroom area. Also had a second car, which we had to park at a different location from the main hotel. Otherwise clean and comfortable, did not use any amenities.

Room needs to be modernized. Amenities were good but not the actual room. Parking was not very good, it’s hard to find spots if you arrive later at night. A lot of construction was happening while we were there. Nobody follows quiet hours

This was my 1st time staying at this property. The SPPED BUMPS WERE TERRIBLE!!! The coffee maker DID NOT work & had to call someone at 6am to bring another & the coffee tasted terrible. Thank God WAWA was a minute away. And the HOT water took well over 10 minutes to get. Needless to say...will not be staying here again.

Very nice stay , room was clean with small screened balcony. Bed was comfortable and the room had the necessary items when traveling ie shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Pool area was clean ,the hot tub as well . Wonderful stay. Close to Disney and Celebration. Definitely will do it again .

The only minor issue is that neither the washing machine or the dryer in our room worked particularly well. That had no real impact on our stay, just a minor inconvenience. The property itself is very nice, but it’s not parking friendly for those who may arrive/return late. We had to park and walk several units/blocks away and one time at the sister property across the street. To make it worse, the last morning when trying to move car closer to bring our luggage down, they were blocking off any free space with cones to prevent closer parking. There are no elevators either. We also could hear our neighbors complete conversation next to us.

Walls are paper thin . I could hear the complete conversation of the woman next door and the cheerleaders screaming . Bed was too firm so not a great sleep. Low water pressure in the shower. The large oversize soaking bathtub was a nice treat. Would not stay there again.

This is our second year that we stay in the property. Love that is Family Friendly, staff are super duper nice and the rooms are perfectly clean. My girls love the recently renovated pool area and the fact that they could played minigolf acrossed the street. The location of the hotel is perfect, closed to the park, shopping center and eating areas.

We only booked it for the hot tub. But it's not a good room to stay in if you intend to use the television. The TV's mounting bracket doesn't extend out. You can't really tell from the picture of the room, but the tv is at an angle from the bed, it's a good distance away, and they furnished a lamp in front of it for whatever reason. There's also not a table in the room, which you don't think about being used to having at other hotels until you stay in this room. But the tub worked great.

I love this property only thing I dislike that you can't turn the air down pass 72 this is Florida and I feel like In the villa there were no extra towels, extra paper towels, extra garbage bags. I feel like it should be plates or utensils or something even though it's not a kitchen you have a microwave. Other than that I will stay again. I didn't like that. The deposit was $200 as well.

Every clean and price is great. Sound proofing between rooms doesn't exist and could hear every works and swear word and noise from the other unit adjoining . Every time they entered their unit it sounded like they're trying to get in mine which made me a bit concerned about door security. . But of noise doesn't bother you . It's very clean and price is good... Nor difficult to get too. And gas station and eats not far.

We have stayed here three times now and each is better than the last. The property is safe quiet, and the staff are exceptional. The 2-bedroom suite is very spacious and comfortable, and we especially loved the volcano pool! We really feel at home here and will 100 percent stay again.

There was no parking when we arrived and we had to park at the sister hotel and have security take us back.

The room configuration was bizarre. My wife and I stayed in a studio. It had a tub in the middle of the room. A microwave and small fridge on one side and sink and shower four feet away the opens up to the whole room offering no privacy. It was dark and only had a small sliding glass door that overlooked the parking lot so we had to leave the curtain closed.

They don't service the rooms. We needed towels and they just tossed a bag of towels at our door.

Stayed for three nights after our cruise. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Good location with plenty of food nearby. We did not use the pool or hot tub. Wall are thin so we could hear noise from other room and hallway etc. No daily room service which is fine with us but only two towels in the room. Could save us from asking if they just have more towels in the room since we are two people staying for three nights.

Stay twice a year, we always enjoy our holidays to cypress point or the joining resort grande villas

Ladies who work in the pool area keep the area spotless, the pool area was busy this year and still the area/bathrooms were spotless clean

People who work in reception are so helpful
Security is also good and makes you feel safe that you see security on the resort
