We have stayed at many hotels and this one was top notch; probably one of the nicest ones we have stayed at, for many reasons! First, very clean; from outside to the pool to our room, everything was clean and never once felt dingy! Second, the amenities were wonderful; the pool access was great, the store on site was perfect, the activities for the kids was a great bonus and was only a ten minute drive to SeaWorld and walking distance to grocery/conscience stores. Third, even though it is a time share location, we never felt the pressure to sign up (asked but not cornered), which is really a nice bonus! And lastly, the staff, especially Alana were phenomenal! Very kind and accommodating; Alana always waved and talked to my kids and that meant the world to them!

Overall we had a really good experience at this hotel. Our room was clean and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. We also noticed some nice updates around the property, including new pool furniture that made the pool area look refreshed and inviting. It was also fun to see that they added a bocce ball court, which is a great addition for guests looking for something extra to do while staying there.
One thing we weren’t completely sure about was how to request fresh towels or have our bedding changed during our stay. It would be helpful if there were clearer instructions or information about housekeeping services so guests know how to get those items refreshed.
We also noticed that some of the stairs appear to be rusting and have a few holes forming. It would be great to see those addressed as part of the updates. Hopefully the hotel continues making improvements like the ones they’ve already started, because with a little ongoing maintenance this could continue to be a really nice place that keeps guests coming back.

Room itself was great! However I had a 1 bedroom king suite. My only complaint is the 1 bedroom king suites are attached by an interior door to the large 2 bedroom suites and there was a very loud group in there. They were loud and laughing till 1am each night. If noise is a big concern for you I would avoid renting the 1 bedroom suite because there’s a good chance a larger group or family with children will be in the attached suite.

Everything was fabulous like always! Alana by the pools is probably the hardest working person they have on staff. She is constantly moving chairs and wiping down tables, going from pool to pool. Check in staff were kind and professional. We were able to check in early, which was greatly appreciated. The pool areas are lovely! Pools are heated, and there are hot tubs too. Lots of seating available as well. Room itself was pretty good. We enjoyed the small balcony with outdoor chairs. The large bathtub was very nice. The kitchen was well equipped with pretty much everything we needed. The property also has a small store/restaurant on site. Food was pretty decent (we ordered a pizza), and it was much more affordable than other nearby pizza places. The store has simple/common groceries and household items, which was quite useful. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was my second time staying and this time I brought my family! We had an exceptional time! The staff again were amazing the rooms were clean and comfortable and everyone felt right at home! The only problem I had was that I had paid for my room in full which was at the request of the staff but a few days later I had a big charge on my account not once but twice for $260.23 which I went and asked the staff and they told me it was a security deposit and I said no you charged me $100 for the security deposit and they said no that the rates went up and I was never told that so renters beware that you will be charged $260.23 everyday that you stay without being told! Other than me paying $5520.46 security deposit fee that I have not received back it’s a nice place to stay!

Bathtub was very slippery, we almost fell in it. Carpets are very old and felt quite bad, this needs to be replaced soon. Kitchen was well stocked and property had adequate parking. It was our first time at this hotel, and we loved it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean, as were the surrounding areas. There were great areas for the kids to play, and we loved the activities program. The location was also excellent, with Walgreens, Dollar Tree, restaurants, and stores like Ross, Burlington, and Five Below all very close. Disney Springs and the Disney parks are also quite nearby. I will definitely be back.

Property was clean and spacious with good facilities, pools, mini golf, pretty garden, barbecue areas and use of pickle ball courts from sister property Cypress Pointe, which was probably the better property. However, Grand Villas and stairways were looking tired. The villas were quite dark inside. We had a 1 bedroom with a large bathroom, but the kitchen area was dark - no window and it could be noisy at times, especially with people closing doors.
